背景技术
三排圆柱滚子组合转盘轴承由内圈、外圈、滚子以及保持架组成,这种转盘轴承可以承受较大的轴向载荷、径向载荷和倾覆力矩;主要应用在港口机械、起重运输等行业。
一般的保持架都采用兜孔同向布置,这样布置能将轴承在一个方向上运作,但是,在实际使用过程中,在产生径向载荷和倾覆力矩时,往往会将保持架扭断,使用不安全,容易产生报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种增加保持架强度,使用安全、不易报废的回转支承平面保持架单元。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种回转支承平面保持架单元,包括扇形架体,所述扇形架体上均布有六个孔,所述扇形架体的上下两面上至少各固定连接有两个支架。
所述扇形架体上相邻的孔之间的上下两面上均固定连接有支架。
所述支架具有两个支腿。
所述扇形架体上的孔的边角上具有应力槽。
采用上述结构后,由于所述扇形架体的上下两面上至少各固定连接有两个支架,增加了保持架的强度,在使用时支架与滚道接触,转动配合。不会使得保持架和滚子之间产生相对的扭力,不易断裂,使用安全。

如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型的一种回转支承平面保持架单元,包括扇形架体1,所述扇形架体1上均布有六个孔2,所述扇形架体1的上下两面上至少各固定连接有两个支架3。
如图1所示,为了更好的保持平衡,所述扇形架体1上相邻的孔2之间的上下两面上均固定连接有支架3。
如图1所示,所述支架3具有两个支腿3-1,能更好的保证支架3和滚道之间的滚动配合。
如图1所示,为了减少孔2上的应力,所述扇形架体1上的孔2的边角上具有应力槽2-1。
