The anti-winding double-cutter-head garbage disposer with the centrifugal disc as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that two transverse cutter heads (b) and twenty static grinding cutter heads (g) are arranged on a multidirectional rack (16), three longitudinal cutter heads (d) are arranged on each transverse cutter head (b), three rows of grinding cutter heads (c) are symmetrically arranged on a main cutter disc (9), two grinding cutter heads (c) are arranged on each row, a hollow groove is formed between the grinding cutter heads (c), a through hole is formed in a flow passage between the auxiliary centrifugal blades (f), two ends of each grinding cutter head (c) are respectively matched with the two longitudinal cutter heads (d) to complete cutting and smashing, and the grinding cutter head (c) on the outermost edge is matched with the static grinding cutter head (g) to complete cutting and smashing.
