Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动车电池组,包括上壳体、下壳体、充放电端口、绝缘板、固定板、电池模块、支架、电池总正极、电池总负极及提手,所述上壳体与下壳体连接。固定板连接在绝缘板与上壳体连接面的对应面,电池模块连接在两组固定板之间,电池总正极连接在固定板的一侧,电池总负极连接在固定板的另一侧。在绝缘板上设置一个电池管理系统BMS,在位于电池组下方的固定板下方设置缓冲垫,在下壳体与上壳体连接处设置防水密封圈。增设一个电池管理系统BMS提高电池组使用的安全性。电池组通过固定板隔开,便于散热,避免在行驶或者充电过程中因为电池组过热发生事故。电池模块均为统一形式,方便组装及现场施工。

一种电动车电池组
技术领域
本发明涉及电动车制造领域,准确的说是一种电动车电池组。
背景技术
随着世界石油资源逐渐减少,人们的环保意识也在不断加强,在许多应用场合,电动车成为人们首选的交通及运输工具。
但人们在需要临时的交通工具时,并不能常备电动车在身边随时使用。而且,电动车受限于结构及体积重量等原因,续航里程受限,一旦行驶中提示电量低,驾驶人就会非常的不便,只能寻找周围可以给电动车充电的充电站。而现实中充电站数量不多,即使有充电站,也需要等待很长的充电时间后才能继续行驶,时间效率很低。现有的电动车在充电过程中时常出现电池过热的现象,这又使电动车存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种电动车电池组,本发明通过增设一个电池管理系统BMS检测电池组中的每块电池的端电压、温度、充放电电流以及电池包总电压,防止电池发生充电过度或放电过度的现象。电池组通过固定板隔开,便于散热。设置缓冲垫减少在行驶或者搬运过程中对电池组的损耗。
技术方案:为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种电动车电池组,包括上壳体、下壳体、充放电端口、绝缘板、固定板、电池模块、支架、电池总正极、电池总负极及提手,所述上壳体与下壳体连接,所述充放电端口在上壳体外表面,绝缘板与上壳体内表面连接,提手连接在上壳体的外表面。所述绝缘板采用环氧树板,能够防潮、防摩擦,更好地起到绝缘效果。在绝缘板与上壳体之间可增设一个缓冲垫,减少行驶或是搬运过程中对电池的磨损。所述提手能承受大于50公斤的重量。
固定板连接在绝缘板与上壳体连接面的对应面,所述固定板至少2组,电池模块连接在两组固定板之间,支架固定在固定板四周,电池总正极连接在固定板的一侧,电池总负极连接在固定板的另一侧。所述固定板采用ABS阻燃材质,增强电池组的安全性能。通过固定板将电池模块隔开,有利于电池模块的散热,避免由于电池模块过热引发的安全事故。电池模块均为统一形式,方便组装及现场施工。
进一步地,在绝缘板上设置一个电池管理系统BMS,在固定板与下壳体之间设置缓冲垫。在下壳体与上壳体连接处设置防水密封圈,使本发明在雨天中行驶不受损耗。
所述电池管理系统BMS在电池充放电过程中,实时采集电动汽车蓄电池组中的每块电池的端电压、温度、充放电电流及电池包总电压,防止电池出现过度充电或过度放电现象。同时能够及时给出电池状况,挑选出有问题的电池,保持整组电池运行的可靠性和高效性。所述缓冲垫为硅胶垫,减少电池组在行驶或者搬运过程中的磨损。
更进一步的,电池模块由单体电芯串联组成。所述单体电芯为三元HLY26650-5Ah,一端为正极一端为负极,单体电芯至少有10个。所述电池模块至少有2组,且电池模块通过电线并联。电池模块均为统一形式,方便组装及现场施工。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
1、通过增设一个电池管理系统BMS检测电池组中的每块电池的端电压、温度、充放电电流以及电池包总电压,防止电池发生充电过度或放电过度的现象。提高电池组使用的安全性。
2、电池组通过固定板隔开,便于散热,避免在行驶或者充电过程中因为电池组过热发生事故,减少安全隐患。
3、电池模块均为统一形式,方便组装及现场施工。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种电动车电池组,包括上壳体1、下壳体2、充放电端口3、绝缘板4、固定板5、电池模块6、支架7、电池总正极8、电池总负极9及提手14,所述上壳体1与下壳体2连接,所述充放电端口3在上壳体1外表面,绝缘板4与上壳体1内表面连接,固定板5连接在绝缘板4与上壳体1连接面的对应面。所述绝缘板4为环氧树板。
所述电池模块6连接在两组固定板5之间。
支架7固定在固定板5四周,电池总正极8连接在固定板5的一侧,电池总负极9连接在固定板5的另一侧,提手14连接在上壳体1的外表面。
在绝缘板4上设置一个电池管理系统BMS10,在位于电池模块6下方的固定板5下方设置缓冲垫11,在下壳体2与上壳体1连接处设置防水密封圈12。所述缓冲垫11为硅胶垫。
如图2所示,所述电池模块6由单体电芯13串联组成,电梯电芯13通过导电铜线串联。
如图1、图2所示,电池模块6的正极接入箱体电池总正极8电源接插件,电池模块6的负极接入电池总负极9电源接插件,电压检测排插接入电池管理系统BMS10的端口
所述电池模块6至少有2组,所述固定板5至少3组,且电池模块6通过导电铜线并联。
所述单体电芯13为三元HLY26650-5Ah,且至少有10个。

1.一种电动车电池组,包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(2)、充放电端口(3)、绝缘板(4)、固定板(5)、电池模块(6)、支架(7)、电池总正极(8)、电池总负极(9)及提手(14),所述上壳体(1)与下壳体(2)连接,所述充放电端口(3)在上壳体(1)外表面,绝缘板(4)与上壳体(1)内表面连接,固定板(5)连接在绝缘板(4)与上壳体(1)连接面的对应面,所述电池模块(6)连接在两组固定板(5)之间,支架(7)固定在固定板(5)四周,电池总正极(8)连接在固定板(5)的一侧,电池总负极(9)连接在固定板(5)的另一侧,提手(14)连接在上壳体(1)的外表面,其特征在于:在绝缘板(4)上设置一个电池管理系统BMS(10),在固定板(5)与下壳体(2)之间设置缓冲垫(11),在下壳体(2)与上壳体(1)连接处设置防水密封圈(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电动车电池组,其特征在于:所述绝缘板(4)为环氧树板。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种电动车电池组,其特征在于:所述电池模块(6)由单体电芯(13)串联组成,电梯电芯(13)通过导电铜线串联。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种电动车电池组,其特征在于:所述电池模块(6)至少有2组,且电池模块(6)通过导电铜线并联。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种电动车电池组,其特征在于:所述固定板(5)至少3组。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种电动车电池组,其特征在于:所述缓冲垫(11)为硅胶垫。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种电动车电池组,其特征在于:所述单体电芯(13)为三元HLY26650-5Ah,且至少有10个。
