Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lightning arrester testing, in particular to a multifunctional electric power lightning arrester testing device with functions of cleaning and conveying a lightning arrester.
Background
In the electric power environment, before the installation and use of the lightning arrester, the lightning arrester needs to be tested to ensure the normal operation of the electric power line. The existing lightning arrester test is generally that a tester fixes the lightning arrester on a base, and then presses the lightning arrester to test the lightning arrester. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 17, the present invention mainly comprises a base 1, a platform 2, a track 3, a conveying mechanism, a lightning arrester holder 4, a cleaning mechanism 5 and a suction nozzle 7, and the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the base 1 is a basic component of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the base includes semicircular portions at both ends and a rectangular portion in the middle. The bottom at the base is equipped with walking wheel 11, is equipped with platform 2 in the top of base, and the upper surface of base and the upper surface parallel and level of platform, the lower surface of base are less than the lower surface of platform. An inclined strut 12 is arranged between the platform and the base, the inclined strut is a rod piece which is arranged in an inclined mode and used for connecting the base and the platform, and the inclined strut is arranged on the periphery of the base. As shown in fig. 4, the outer shape of the platform is the same as that of the base, but the outer size of the platform is larger than that of the base, and the platform is provided with a through hole which is the same as that of the base and has a size larger than that of the base. An outer baffle 32 is arranged at the top of the platform, the outer baffle is of a closed structure and comprises semi-circular arc-shaped parts at two ends and a straight line-shaped part in the middle, and as shown in fig. 3, a track 3 is enclosed between the outer baffle and the inner baffle.
The conveying mechanism is arranged in the track and comprises a locomotive 6, carriages 61 and a storage battery 62, the carriages 61 are hinged and connected between two adjacent carriages, the locomotive 6 is arranged at the front ends of the carriages, the locomotive is hinged and connected with the carriages, the storage battery 62 is arranged on the carriage hinged with the locomotive, the locomotive and the carriages form a train structure, and the storage battery can drive the whole train to move when supplying power to the locomotive. The bottom of the track can be provided with a guide rail matched with the train, and the two sides of the train can also be provided with rolling wheels contacted with the inner wall of the track, and the rolling wheels roll relative to the inner wall of the track. Round holes 63 are arranged on the carriage and penetrate through the top and the bottom of the carriage.
The arrester seat 4 is arranged on a carriage, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the arrester seat 4 mainly comprises an annular outer ring 41 and an annular inner ring 42, a rolling body is arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring, an inner thread 421 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner ring, and a lining 43 is arranged on the arrester seat, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the lining is of a generally cylindrical structure and comprises an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder, the outer diameter of the upper cylinder is larger than that of the lower cylinder, the lining is of a hollow structure, the inner cavity of the lining is a jack 431 and is used for placing screw rods at two ends of an arrester, an outer wall of the lower part of the lining is provided with an external thread 432 matched with the inner wall of the inner ring, when the arrester seat is installed, as shown in fig. 11. The size of jack is different on the inside lining, and the demand of placing of unidimensional arrester can be satisfied in the setting of inside lining. The outer ring of the arrester seat is fixed on the carriage, the jack on the lining is vertically aligned with the round hole, so that the inner ring can rotate relative to the outer ring, and the screw rod on the arrester passes through the jack and then extends out of the round hole, thereby facilitating wiring.
Two cleaning mechanisms 5 are arranged on a straight line section of the track, as shown in fig. 14, each cleaning mechanism mainly comprises a shell 50, a first cleaning wheel 52, a second cleaning wheel 53 and a cleaning wheel driving mechanism, the shell 50 is of a cuboid hollow structure, doorways 51 are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the front side and the rear side of the shell, an outer baffle and an inner baffle are arranged in the doorways, the first cleaning wheel 52 and the second cleaning wheel 53 are rotatably arranged in an inner cavity of the shell, the number of the first cleaning wheel and the number of the second cleaning wheel are respectively two, and the first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel are respectively positioned at four corners of the rectangle. The first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel mainly comprise rotating shafts and cleaners 521 positioned outside the rotating shafts, the cleaners are umbrella-shaped solid bodies, and the cleaners are arranged on the rotating shafts along the axial direction of the rotating shafts. To drive the first and second cleaning wheels to rotate, as shown in fig. 15, a first cleaning gear 54 is fixed to the rotating shafts of the two first cleaning wheels on the front side, a second cleaning gear 55 is fixed to the rotating shafts of the two second cleaning wheels on the rear side, the first cleaning gear on the left side is engaged with the second cleaning gear on the left side, and the first cleaning gear on the right side is engaged with the second cleaning gear on the right side. A third cleaning gear 56 is fixed to the rotation shaft of the second cleaning wheel on the left side, and a fourth cleaning gear 57 is fixed to the rotation shaft of the second cleaning wheel on the right side, and the third cleaning gear is engaged with the fourth cleaning gear. Thus, as shown in fig. 17, the two first cleaning wheels are turned in opposite directions, the two second cleaning wheels are turned in opposite directions, the first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel on the same side are turned in opposite directions, and the first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel on opposite corners are turned in the same direction.
As shown in fig. 16, a cleaning motor 59 is fixed to the top of the housing, and a fifth cleaning gear 58 is provided at the output end of the cleaning motor, and is engaged with the fourth cleaning gear. The first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel are driven to rotate by the cleaning motor, the first cleaning gear, the second cleaning gear, the third cleaning gear, the fourth cleaning gear and the fifth cleaning gear, the cleaners on the first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel stretch into the umbrella skirt of the lightning arrester, and the lightning arrester is cleaned by continuous rotation of the first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel in the continuous conveying process of the lightning arrester. Two first cleaning wheels turn to opposite, and when first cleaning wheel was cleaned the arrester, the frictional force between the first cleaning wheel of the left and right sides and the arrester was offset each other, and then avoided the rotation of arrester under the effect of first, second cleaning wheel, and then guaranteed clean effect. In the same way, the friction force between the second cleaning wheels at the left side and the right side and the lightning arrester is offset mutually. The cleaning motor, the first cleaning gear, the second cleaning gear, the third cleaning gear, the fourth cleaning gear and the fifth cleaning gear constitute a cleaning wheel driving mechanism.
To achieve the absorption of the dust, as shown in fig. 14, a suction nozzle 7 is provided between the first cleaning wheel and the second cleaning wheel, and the suction nozzle is connected with a dust collector and is used for absorbing the dust scraped from the lightning arrester.
When the lightning arrester testing device is used, the lightning arrester is placed at one semicircular end of the platform, moves under the action of the conveying mechanism, is cleaned after passing through the first cleaning mechanism, and is pressurized at two ends of the lightning arrester after reaching the second semicircular end, so that testing is realized, the tested lightning arrester is continuously conveyed, and is cleaned again after passing through the second cleaning mechanism.
