When the whole fire extinguishing and silencing device is used, after the exhaust gas exhausted by a forklift engine is extinguished by the primary fire extinguishing and silencing device 2, residual sparks enter the communication air pipe 12 of the communication pipeline 1, the pipe of the communication air pipe 12 with the length of about 1.1m is used for realizing the choking fire extinguishing of flames and hot solid particles, the inner diameter of the communication air pipe 12 is smaller than that of the exhaust pipe 21 of the primary fire extinguishing and silencing device, when the residual sparked exhaust gas enters the communication air pipe 12, the gas passage is suddenly reduced, the possibility that sparks strike the pipe wall to extinguish is increased, the exhaust gas treated by the communication pipeline 1 is connected with the air inlet pipe 31 of the secondary spark extinguisher through the L-shaped structure at one end of the communication air pipe 12, the possibility that sparks strike the pipe wall to extinguish is also increased by the pipeline with the L-shaped structure, the inner diameter of the air inlet pipe 31 of the secondary spark extinguisher is smaller than that of the communication air pipe 12, so that the gas passage is suddenly reduced again, the residual sparks in the exhaust gas is suddenly extinguished again, the sparks are extinguished, so that the effect of thoroughly extinguishing sparks is achieved, the residual sparks in the exhaust gas is arranged between the primary muffler 2 and the secondary spark extinguisher 3, the internal structure is effectively protected, and the service life of the sparks is prolonged.

Claims (9)

1. A fire extinguishing and silencing device, characterized in that: comprises a primary fire extinguishing muffler (2), a secondary spark extinguisher (3) and a communicating pipeline (1) for communicating an exhaust pipe (21) of the primary fire extinguishing muffler with an air inlet pipe (31) of the secondary spark extinguisher;
the communicating pipeline (1) is arranged on the upper part of the forklift balancing weight (4) in a standing way, one end of the communicating pipeline (1) is communicated with the exhaust pipe (21) of the primary fire extinguishing muffler, and the other end of the communicating pipeline is communicated with the air inlet pipe (31) of the secondary spark extinguisher through the connecting piece (5);
the primary fire extinguishing muffler (2) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the forklift balancing weight (4), and the exhaust pipe (21) of the primary fire extinguishing muffler penetrates through an air pipe through hole (41) at the top of the balancing weight (4).
2. The fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 1, wherein: the communicating pipeline (1) comprises a vertical pipeline (11) with a hollow inside and a communicating air pipe (12) penetrating through the vertical pipeline.
3. The fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 2, wherein: the vertical pipeline (11) is a cylindrical pipeline which is made of hard materials and has the length of 1.0-1.2 m.
4. A fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: and uniformly distributed heat dissipation through holes (111) are formed in the outer side face of the circumference of the vertical pipeline (11).

The fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 2, wherein: one end of the communication air pipe (12) is communicated with an exhaust pipe (21) of the primary fire extinguishing muffler, and the other end of the communication air pipe is communicated with an air inlet pipe (31) of the secondary spark extinguisher; one end of an air inlet pipe (31) of the secondary spark extinguisher extends into the communication air pipe (12).
6. The fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 2 or 5, characterized in that: one end of the communication air pipe (12) communicated with the air inlet pipe (31) of the secondary spark extinguisher is of an inverted L-shaped structure.
7. The fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting piece (5) comprises two C-shaped pieces (51) used in pairs and bolts (52) fixedly connecting the two C-shaped pieces.

The fire suppression and silencing device according to claim 7, wherein: the two C-shaped pieces (51) are encircling the outer side of the joint of the communication air pipe (12) and the air inlet pipe (31) and form an annular clamping ring for clamping the joint of the communication air pipe (12) and the air inlet pipe (31).
9. The fire extinguishing muffler device according to claim 1, wherein: the primary fire extinguishing muffler (2) and the secondary spark extinguisher (3) are transversely and fixedly arranged on the forklift frame.
