Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method of a steel structure assembled building heat-insulating external wall panel, which comprises the steps of welding first angle steel on the upper side of an upper flange and the lower side of a lower flange of an H-shaped steel beam, and welding second angle steel on the lower side of the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam and the outer side edge of the upper side of the lower flange; installing an assembled steel bar truss floor support plate, pouring a concrete floor slab, and reserving a gap of 60-80 mm from the installation position of an outer wall outer plate; installing an outer wall plate, and fixing the outer wall plate on the first angle steel by using a hook bolt; filling first rock wool in the groove on the outer side of the H-shaped steel beam; mounting a protection plate, and fixing the protection plate on the second angle steel by using a self-tapping screw; a rock wool heat insulation plate is arranged on the indoor side of the outer wall outer plate, and second rock wool is filled in a groove on the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam; and (5) installing an outer wall inner plate to finish wall installation. The invention can solve the problems of exposed column edges and steel beams of the traditional assembly type steel structure outer wall, omits fireproof paint or fireproof plates by utilizing the fireproof effect of the inner plate of the outer wall, and has the effects of heat preservation and sound insulation.

Background

In addition, because of the fireproof requirement, the steel column and the steel beam are required to be sprayed with fireproof paint or wrapped with fireproof plates, the construction is complex, and the cost is high. A. installing fixed angle steel of the external wall panel: welding a first angle steel at the middle position of the upper side of the upper flange and the lower side of the lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam, and welding a second angle steel at the outer side edge positions of the lower side of the upper flange and the upper side of the lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam;
B. pouring a floor slab: paving an assembled steel bar truss floor support plate on the H-shaped steel beam, binding steel bars, pouring a concrete floor slab, and reserving a gap between the floor slab and the outer wall outer plate mounting position;
C. installing an outer wall plate: inserting a hook bolt into a hole of the outer wall plate, hanging a hook part of the hook bolt on the first angle steel, and then tightening a nut at the other end of the hook bolt to fix the outer wall plate;
D. installing a protection plate: filling first rock wool in a groove at the outer side of the H-shaped steel beam, installing a protection plate at the outer side of the first rock wool, and then fixing the protection plate on the second angle steel;
E. installing a rock wool heat-insulating plate: and installing a rock wool insulation board on the indoor side of the outer wall outer plate, and paving the rock wool insulation board in a flat way.
F. Filling a second rock wool: the groove on the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam is filled with second rock wool, the second rock wool is densely filled, and the surface of the second rock wool is flush with the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam;
G. installing an outer wall inner plate: and welding a special connecting piece on the bottom flange of the H-shaped steel beam, then installing an outer wall inner plate, and pouring a gap reserved by a floor slab by using concrete after the outer wall inner plate is installed, thereby completing the installation of the heat-insulating outer wall body.
Preferably, the gap reserved between the floor board and the installation position of the outer wall outer plate in the step B is 60mm-80mm.

E. installing a rock wool heat-insulating plate: and a rock wool heat insulation board 11 is arranged on the indoor side of the outer wall plate 5, the rock wool heat insulation board 11 is fixed on the outer wall plate 5 through special screws, and the rock wool heat insulation board 11 is laid flatly.
F. Filling a second rock wool: the groove on the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam 1 is filled with second rock wool 12, the second rock wool 12 is densely filled, and the surface of the second rock wool 12 is flush with the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam 1;

D. installing a protection plate: filling first rock wool in a groove at the outer side of the H-shaped steel beam, installing a protection plate at the outer side of the first rock wool, and then fixing the protection plate on the second angle steel;
E. installing a rock wool heat-insulating plate: a rock wool heat-insulating plate is arranged on one indoor side of the outer wall outer plate, and the rock wool heat-insulating plate is laid in a flat way;
F. filling a second rock wool: the groove on the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam is filled with second rock wool, the second rock wool is densely filled, and the surface of the second rock wool is flush with the inner side of the H-shaped steel beam;
