Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于PVC人造革的防霉剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将硝酸锌溶液和硝酸银溶液加入到浓氨水中,制备配合物,将上述配合物置于水浴中恒温,搅拌,水解直到有部分沉淀生成,再向溶液中滴加碳酸钠溶液,继续反应;(2)将反应液倒入离心管中,离心,洗涤后将产物转移至坩埚中,在干燥箱中干燥,然后再将干燥好的产物放置于马弗炉中煅烧,待充分反应后,冷却得到Ag‑ZnO纳米复合材料;(3)将Ag‑ZnO纳米复合材料置于容器中,加入异丙醇,超声分散,再加入钛酸酯偶联剂,在常温下搅拌反应一段时间,然后离心、烘干,制得。本发明通过对Ag‑ZnO纳米复合材料进行改性,其作为抗菌添加剂,加入到PVC人造革中,抑菌能力高效、持久。

Description

一种用于PVC人造革防霉剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于PVC人造革的防霉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。主要有PVC人造革、PU人造革和PU合成革三类。
在我国,人们习惯将用PVC树脂为原料生产的人造革称为PVC人造革(简称人造革);用PU树脂为原料生产的人造革称为PU人造革(简称PU革):用PU树脂与无纺布为原料生产的人造革称为PU合成革(简称合成革)。
传统聚氯乙烯人造革采用布基做底材,然后在上面涂覆PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂制成,由于布基、增塑剂中均含有有养料和水分,从而成为微生物的营养源,容易引起发霉现象,影响皮具制品的美观和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌效果好的用于PVC人造革的防霉剂及其制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种用于PVC人造革防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纳米Ag-ZnO前驱体制备:将硝酸锌溶液和硝酸银溶液加入到浓氨水中,制备配合物,将上述配合物置于水浴中恒温,搅拌,在一定温度下水解直到有部分沉淀生成,再向溶液中滴加碳酸钠溶液,继续反应6-7h;
(2)将步骤(1)中的反应液倒入离心管中,控制离心机的的转速为8500-9500转/分钟,离心6min,洗涤后将产物转移至坩埚中,在干燥箱中干燥,然后再将干燥好的产物放置于马弗炉中煅烧5-6h,待充分反应后,冷却得到Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料置于容器中,加入异丙醇,超声分散,再加入钛酸酯偶联剂,在常温下搅拌反应一段时间,然后离心、烘干,得到Ag-ZnO纳米复合抗霉剂。
优选的,步骤(1)中浓氨水的质量分数为25~28%,水解温度为55℃。
优选的,干燥箱的干燥温度为65℃,煅烧温度为380℃。
优选的,步骤(3)中搅拌速度为850转/分钟,搅拌时间为2h。
本发明制备了一种Ag-ZnO纳米复合抗霉剂并通过对其改性,以使其更加适用于PVC人造革中,并且当其作为抗菌添加剂,加入到PVC人造革中,能够有效抑制细菌的产生,经大量的实验验证,本发明防霉剂的抑菌能力高效、持久,在PVC领域的中具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
一种用于PVC人造革的防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纳米Ag-ZnO前驱体制备:将硝酸锌溶液和硝酸银溶液加入到质量分数为25~28%浓氨水中,制备配合物,将上述配合物置于水浴中恒温,搅拌,在55℃下水解直到有部分沉淀生成,再向溶液中滴加一定量的碳酸钠溶液,继续反应6-7h;
(2)将步骤(1)中的反应液倒入离心管中,控制离心机的的转速为8500-9500转/分钟,离心6min,洗涤后将产物转移至坩埚中,在干燥箱中干燥,干燥箱的干燥温度为65℃,然后再将干燥好的产物放置于马弗炉中煅烧5-6h,煅烧温度为380℃,待充分反应后,冷却得到Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料置于容器中,加入异丙醇,超声分散,再加入钛酸酯偶联剂,在常温下搅拌反应一段时间,搅拌速度为850转/分钟,搅拌时间为2h,然后离心、烘干,得到Ag-ZnO纳米复合抗霉剂。
按重量份数分别取上述制得的Ag-ZnO纳米复合抗霉剂4份,PVC人造革50份,邻苯二四酸二辛酯43份,大豆油5份,稳定剂1份,聚丙烯酸酯1份,通过混料、炼胶、热压、冷压等步骤后制成PVC人造革,并对其抗菌性能进行检测。
表1为本发明制备的抗菌PVC对大肠杆菌的抗菌率
表2为本发明制备的抗菌PVC对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率
综上,可以看出,本发明的抗霉剂通过加入钛酸酯偶联剂对Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料进行改,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用,且改性后的抗霉剂由于加入了偶联剂,使其对PVC材料的融合性更好。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于PVC人造革防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)纳米Ag-ZnO前驱体制备:将硝酸锌溶液和硝酸银溶液加入到浓氨水中,制备配合物,将上述配合物置于水浴中恒温,搅拌,在一定温度下水解直到有部分沉淀生成,再向溶液中滴加碳酸钠溶液,继续反应6-7h;
(2)将步骤(1)中的反应液倒入离心管中,控制离心机的的转速为8500-9500转/分钟,离心6min,洗涤后将产物转移至坩埚中,在干燥箱中干燥,然后再将干燥好的产物放置于马弗炉中煅烧5-6h,待充分反应后,冷却得到Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的Ag-ZnO纳米复合材料置于容器中,加入异丙醇,超声分散,再加入钛酸酯偶联剂,在常温下搅拌反应一段时间,然后离心、烘干,得到Ag-ZnO纳米复合抗霉剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC人造革的防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中浓氨水的质量分数为25~28%,水解温度为55℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC人造革的防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:干燥箱的干燥温度为65℃,煅烧温度为380℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC人造革的防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中搅拌速度为850转/分钟,搅拌时间为2h。
