S1、上纱,选用精梳棉纱55%、70D氨纶纱14%和200D涤纶纱31%进行织造;
S2、过结:将上述纱线分别过结后卷绕在经轴上完成盘头,排列成特定的纱线排列结构;
S3、整经,将若干根纱线按长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,纱线在经轴上分布均匀;
S4、上轴,将卷绕有纱线的经轴放入经编机的盘头,其中,上轴后织造车间内部需保持室温20-28℃,湿度50-60%;
S5、织造,按照上述特定的纱线排列利用经编机进行织造,若干纱线分别经由盘头及经轴传输进入中间织床完成织造;
S6、坯布下机,即完成所述双面竖条提花布的织造。
优选的是,所述的一种双面竖条提花布的织造方法中,所述S6中坯布下机后,还包括将坯布置于整理液中浸轧8-12小时后,恒温烘干的步骤;

本发明的有益效果是:
1)加入了氨纶纱和涤纶纱之后的无纺布在耐磨性能上更高,提高了无纺布的使用寿命,不会出现在使用过程中由于频繁磨损导致的无纺布破裂。
2)通过将坯布置于整理液和中药混合液浸泡,提高无纺布的抗菌和防污性能。
