本发明公开了用于制备有机电致发光器件的化合物及发光材料和器件,其中,化合物包含二苯并[c,h]吖啶基团和1,10‑邻菲罗啉衍生物基团;使用该化合物的有机电致发光器件、发光元件和电子设备具电荷传输能力强,电压低,高效率和寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于电子显示技术领域,具体涉及用于制备有机电致发光器件的化合物及发光材料和器件。
背景技术
现有有机电致发光器件(简称OLEDs)由基板、阳极、阴极以及夹在两电极中间的有机层组成,其中有机层至少包含空穴传输层、发光层和电子传输层,空穴由阳极发出经过空穴传输层进入发光层,电子由阴极发出经过电子传输层进入发光层,电子和空穴在发光层中进行复合释放能量发光。因此电子和空穴到达发光层的量决定了有机电致发光器件的电压、效率和寿命。
常规的电子传输材料电子迁移率比空穴传输材料的空穴迁移率慢很多,使得器件电荷不平衡,导致电压高、效率低和寿命差。有文献报道,在电子传输材料中采用金属化合物或者金属掺杂,能够提高电子迁移率;但采用金属化合物掺杂的电子传输层迁移率改善不明显,而且掺杂金属的电子传输层对电子传输材料要求很高,普通的电子传输材料无法和金属形成“固定”,导致金属在通电后漂移进入发光层,导致发光中心淬灭。有些电子传输材料能够“固定”金属,但与金属的作用中心太少,导致金属掺杂浓度非常低,导致批量生产时会出现工艺不稳定的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供用于制备有机电致发光器件的化合物及发光材料和器件,其中化合物为包含二苯并[c,h]吖啶基团和1,10-邻菲罗啉衍生物基团的化合物,不仅可以和常规金属化合掺杂,还可以和金属掺杂;当其和金属掺杂时,掺杂金属可以是含量高的一种金属或两种以上金属混合物,提供很高的电子传输能力,降低电压,提升效率,延长使用寿命。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,用于制备有机电致发光器件的化合物,所述化合物的化学结构中同时包括至少一个如式(ⅠA)所示的1,10-邻菲罗啉衍生物基团和至少一个如式(ⅠB)所示的二苯并[c,h]吖啶基团;其中:
R1~R8各自独立地表示氢原子、氘原子、取代基或者其与L的键合键,且R1~R8中相邻的取代基彼此任选相互键合形成饱和或不饱和的环结构;L表示单键,或者取代或未取代的成环碳原子数6~60的2价芳香族烃基,或者取代或未取代的成环原子数3~60的2价杂环基或者取代或未取代的碳原子数1~50的亚烷基;
在某些优选实施方案中,所述化合物具有如通式(ⅡC)、(ⅡD)、(ⅡE)、(ⅡF)或(ⅡG)其中之一所示的化学结构;其中:
R1~R6或R1~R7各自独立地表示表示氢原子、取代基或者其与L1的键合键,且所述R1~R6或R1~R7相邻取代基彼此任选相互键合形成饱和或不饱和的环结构;L1表示单键、或者取代或未取代的成环碳原子数6~60的2价芳香族烃基、取代或未取代的成环原子数3~60的2价杂环基、或者取代或未取代的碳原子数1~50的亚烷基;Ar表示取代或未取代的芳香基团;
在某些优选实施方案中,所述化合物具有如式(Ⅲ)所示化学结构之一的化合物;
第二方面,有机电致发光材料包括上述化合物,或还包括至少一种金属或金属化合物,或还包括有机材料;其中:
所述金属包括碱金属、碱土金属或稀土金属中的一种或两种以上混合,且所述化合物和所述金属的质量比为70~99:1~30,两者质量比之和为100%;
所述金属化合物包括碱金属化合物、碱土金属化合物或稀土金属化合物中的一种或两种以上混合,且所述化合物和所述金属化合物的质量比为1~99:1~99,两者质量比之和为100%;所述有机材料包括含芳香基团的电子传输材料。
在某些优选实施方案中,上述有机电致发光材料中所述化合物和所述金属化合物的质量比为1~4:1~4,两者质量比之和为100%。
在某些优选实施方案中,所述金属为锂、镁、钙、镱或钐的一种或两种以上混合。在某些优选实施方案中,所述金属化合物为锂化合物、钙化合物、Mg化合物、钐化合物或镱化合物的一种或两种以上混合。在某些优选实施方案中,所述金属化合物为8-羟基喹啉锂、氟化锂、氟化镁、氟化镱或氟化钙的一种或两种以上混合。
第三方面,有机电致发光元件,包括阳极、至少一个阴极以及置于所述阳极和阴极之间的发光层;其中,所述发光层包含上述有机电致发光材料。
在某些优选实施方案中,所述有机电致发光元件还包括置于所述阳极和所述发光层之间阳极侧功能层,以及置于所述阴极和所述发光层之间阴极侧功能层;其中:
所述阳极侧功能层包括空穴注入层、空穴传输层、电子阻挡层或空穴阻挡层中的至少一层,且所述阳极侧功能层至少一层包含上述有机电致发光材料;
所述阴极侧功能层包括空穴阻挡层、电子传输层或电子注入层中的至少一层,且所述阴极侧功能层至少一层包含上述有机电致发光材料。

上述任一所述有机电致发光元件为荧光发光元件或磷光发光元件。
上述任一所述有机电致发光元件还包括玻璃或聚合物材质的基板,且在400nm~700nm可见光区域的透过率大于50%;其中,所述玻璃包括钠钙玻璃、含钡和/或含锶玻璃、铅玻璃、铝硅酸玻璃、硼硅酸玻璃、钡硼硅酸玻璃或石英玻璃中的一种;所述聚合物包括碳酸酯丙烯酸、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚硫化物或聚砜中的一种。在某些优选实施方案中,所述有机电致发光元件在400nm~700nm可见光区域的透过率大于70%。
上述任一所述有机电致发光元件的阳极由包括氧化铟锡合金、氧化锡、氧化铟锌氧化物、金、银、铂或铜中的一种经蒸镀或溅射形成的薄膜,厚度为l0nm~1μm。在某些优选实施方案中,所述阳极的厚度为20nm~100nm。
上述任一所述有机电致发光元件的阴极为银或含银的金属或金属合金混合物。在某些优选实施方案中,所述阴极由包括银、银镁、银钙合金、银镱合金、银铝合金、镁、镁铟合金、镁铝合金、铝钾合金、铝钪钾合金或镁银合金中至少一种经蒸镀或溅射形成的至少一层薄膜。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明采用包含二苯并[c,h]吖啶基团和1,10-邻菲罗啉衍生物基团的化合物,可以与常规金属化合掺杂,或与金属掺杂,提供很高的电子传输能力,降低电压,提升效率,延长使用寿命。

按照如图1所示的器件结构制备有机电致发光元件,包括基板1、ITO电极2、第一空穴传输层3、第二空穴传输层4、电子阻挡层mCP(9,9'-(1,3-苯基)二-9H-咔唑)5、发光层6、空穴阻挡层HBL 7、第一电子传输层8和银电极9;其中:
第一空穴传输层3为P型结构的掺杂材料,主体材料为P型材料和主体材料的质量比为1:50;第二空穴传输层4为NPB材料;发光层6为BH:BD材料,其中BH:BD质量比为19:1;空穴阻挡层HBL 7为第一电子传输层8为有机电致发光材料,包括化合物C2和金属Yb,其中C2:Yb的质量比为19:1。

8.根据权利要求6所述的有机电致发光元件,其特征在于,所述有机电致发光元件从阳极或阴极发光,且所述发光颜色为红光、绿光、蓝光、黄光或白光中的一种或两种以上组合。
9.根据权利要求6所述的有机电致发光元件,其特征在于,还包括玻璃或聚合物材质的基板,且在400~700nm可见光区域的透过率大于50%;其中,
所述玻璃选自钠钙玻璃、含钡和/或含锶玻璃、铅玻璃、铝硅酸玻璃、硼硅酸玻璃、钡硼硅酸玻璃或石英玻璃中的一种;
所述聚合物选自碳酸酯丙烯酸、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚硫化物或聚砜中的一种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的有机电致发光元件,其特征在于,所述阳极是由选自氧化铟锡合金、氧化锡、氧化铟锌氧化物、金、银、铂或铜中的一种经蒸镀或溅射形成的薄膜,厚度为l0nm~1μm;
所述阴极是由选自银、银镁、银钙合金、银镱合金、银铝合金、镁、镁铟合金、镁铝合金、铝钾合金、铝钪钾合金或镁银合金中至少一种经蒸镀或溅射形成的至少一层薄膜。
