The invention is aimed at a double-layer structure of a packaging bag, an upper film rolling mechanism and a lower film rolling mechanism are correspondingly arranged on the upper side and the lower side of a frame, plastic films rolled on rolling wheels of the upper film rolling mechanism and the lower film rolling mechanism are tensioned by a tensioning wheel, are vertically overlapped into a strip film with a double-layer structure, are led out outwards, the outer end of the strip film is clamped by a bag body pulling mechanism extending along the side direction of the frame, the strip film is pulled out to a three-side heat sealing mechanism, the part of the strip film close to the outer end is sealed and closed by the three-side heat sealing mechanism, and a plurality of bag bodies with outside (left) openings are formed on the strip film at intervals continuously along with the intermittent continuous pulling of the strip film pulling mechanism; after three-side heat sealing is finished, the bag body pulling mechanism keeps clamping the strip-shaped film and continues to pull outwards, the strip-shaped film passes through the bag clamping mechanism to extend to the bag cutting mechanism, the pulling distance of the bag body pulling mechanism is controlled by the industrial personal computer, the bag body positioned at the outermost end of the strip-shaped film is stretched to the bag cutting mechanism, meanwhile, the rear side of the bag body positioned at the outermost end is positioned at the bag clamping mechanism, at the moment, the bag clamping mechanism clamps the rear side part of the bag body positioned at the outermost end on the strip-shaped film, the bag cutting mechanism cuts the bag body positioned at the outermost end from the strip-shaped film, the bag clamping mechanism clamps the strip-shaped film to keep the strip-shaped film in a pulled state, so that the bag body pulling mechanism clamps the strip-shaped film from the bag clamping mechanism and pulls outwards during the next packaging action, and the outer end bag body cut from the strip-shaped film continues to be clamped by the bag body pulling mechanism; the bag body pulling mechanism transfers the cut single bag body to the side edge cutting mechanism, and redundant parts of the front side edge and the rear side edge of the bag body are cut in order by the side edge cutting mechanism; after the cutting of the side edges is completed, the bag body is conveyed to the bag opening mechanism by the bag body pulling mechanism, so that the bag opening which is not sealed and closed at the left side (outer end) of the bag body is aligned with the sealing mechanism and the pushing mechanism which are arranged at the outer side of the bag opening mechanism, the bag clamping mechanism loosens the bag body, the bag opening mechanism adsorbs the upper side and the lower side of the bag opening through the suction block, then the bag opening moves reversely along the vertical direction, and the product (kit) on the pushing mechanism slides into the bag opening through the trough under the pushing of the air cylinder and the pushing block; after the product is packaged, the sealing mechanism clamps the bag opening of the bag body from the upper side and the lower side and seals the bag opening in a heat sealing way; after the bag opening is sealed and closed, the bag opening mechanism loosens the bag body, and the bag body slides into a storage box arranged on the front side of the frame through a guide box to finish primary packaging; meanwhile, the bag body pulling mechanism returns to the bag clamping mechanism, the strip-shaped film is clamped again from the bag clamping mechanism and pulled out to carry out the next packaging action, and the cycle is carried out to form the kit packaging process of the automatic operation of the assembly line. The invention adopts the horizontal structure design as a whole, the bag body and the product flow along the straight line direction, the flowing directions of the bag body and the product are opposite, the bag body is overlapped by the upper and lower double-layer films and then is subjected to three-side heat sealing, bag clamping and side cutting in sequence to form an independent bag body, after the bag opening is opened at the bag opening mechanism, the product is pushed into the bag body from the opposite direction of the bag body by the pushing mechanism and is sealed and closed by the sealing mechanism, the whole process action is integrated in a single assembly line, the movement of the bag body is completed by a set of bag body pulling mechanism, the structure and the process design can efficiently and stably complete the bag body production and the product packaging action, and the experimental packaging production capacity can reach 700-900 pcs/h.

The bag body pulling mechanism 4 comprises a linear module 41, a pulling motor 42, a pulling screw 43, a clamping cylinder 44, an upper clamping plate 45 and a lower clamping plate 46, wherein the linear module 41 is of a strip-shaped structure, and the linear module 41 is arranged on the frame 1 in a linear manner along the guiding-out direction of the strip-shaped film; the pull-out screw 43 is rotatably disposed in the linear module 41; the pull-out motor 42 is disposed at one end of the linear module 41, and an output end of the pull-out motor 42 is connected with the pull-out screw 43 and drives the pull-out screw 43 to rotate; the clamping cylinder 44 is arranged at one side of the linear module 41, the side wall of the clamping cylinder 44 is connected with a pull-out screw seat sleeved on the pull-out screw 43, and when the pull-out screw 43 rotates, the pull-out screw seat drives the clamping cylinder 44 to linearly slide along the direction of the pull-out screw 43; the upper clamping plate 45 and the lower clamping plate 46 are respectively connected to the output ends of the clamping cylinder 44, and the clamping cylinder 44 drives the upper clamping plate 45 and the lower clamping plate 46 to move relatively along the vertical direction so as to clamp one end of the strip-shaped film, and the strip-shaped film is driven by the pull-out motor 42 to move linearly along the direction of the linear module 41.
The three-side heat sealing mechanism 5 comprises a support 51, a heat sealing cylinder 52, a heat sealing push rod 53, a support plate 54, a lower heat sealing seat 55, an upper heat sealing seat 56 and a heat sealing strip 57, wherein the support 51 is arranged on the frame 1 and is positioned at one side of the outwards extending strip-shaped film, and the side wall of the support 51 is arranged towards the strip-shaped film; the heat-sealing cylinder 52 is arranged on the side wall of the support 51, and the output end of the heat-sealing cylinder 52 is upward; the heat sealing push rod 53 is vertically connected to the output end of the heat sealing cylinder 52 and driven by the heat sealing cylinder 52 to move up and down; the support plate 54 is horizontally connected to the heat seal push rod 53 and extends to the upper part of the strip film; the lower heat-sealing seat 55 is arranged at the lower part of the heat-sealing cylinder 52 and extends to the lower part of the strip-shaped film; the upper heat seal seat 56 is fixed on the lower part of the support plate 54, the upper heat seal seat 56 and the lower heat seal seat 55 are vertically spaced on the upper side and the lower side of the strip-shaped film, and the upper heat seal seat 56 moves up and down along with the support plate 54; the heat sealing strip 57 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper heat sealing seat 56, the heat sealing strip 57 is of a U-shaped strip structure, and a U-shaped opening of the heat sealing strip 57 is arranged towards the drawing direction of the strip-shaped film; when the upper heat seal seat 56 descends, the heat seal 57 presses the strip-shaped film down to the lower heat seal seat 55, heat generated by the heat seal 57 is sealed on the strip-shaped film made of plastic, three-side heat sealing is carried out on the strip-shaped film, a single bag body A with an opening facing the pulling direction of the strip-shaped film is formed, and after the three-side heat sealing is finished, the strip-shaped film is pulled out by the bag body pulling mechanism 4, so that the single bag body A on the strip-shaped film passes through the bag cutting mechanism 7.
The bag clamping mechanism 6 is arranged at one side of the three-side heat sealing mechanism 5 along the drawing direction of the strip-shaped film, and when the single bag body A on the strip-shaped film passes through the bag cutting mechanism 7, the bag clamping mechanism 6 clamps the strip-shaped film at the inner side of the single bag body A; the bag clamping mechanism 6 comprises a supporting seat 61, a bag clamping cylinder 62, an upper clamping strip 63, a lower clamping strip 64 and a clamping block 65, wherein the supporting seat 61 is arranged on the frame 1, and the side wall of the supporting seat 61 is arranged towards the direction of the strip-shaped film; the bag clamping cylinder 62 is vertically arranged on the side wall of the supporting seat 61; the upper and lower holding strips 63 and 64 are connected to the output end of the bag clamping cylinder 62 at an upper and lower interval and extend to the upper and lower sides of the strip film, respectively; the clamping blocks 65 comprise at least two clamping blocks 65, the clamping blocks 65 are respectively arranged at the lower part and the upper part of the upper clamping strip 63 and the lower clamping strip 64 at intervals, and the upper clamping strip 63 and the lower clamping strip 64 are driven to relatively move through the bag clamping cylinder 62, so that the clamping blocks 65 clamp the inner side of the bag body A at the upper outer end of the strip-shaped film; after the packaging is completed, the bag body pulling mechanism 4 returns to the bag clamping mechanism 6, and clamps the strip-shaped film to pull out for the next packaging.
The bag cutting mechanism 7 is arranged at one side of the bag clamping mechanism 6 along the drawing direction of the strip-shaped film; the bag cutting mechanism 7 comprises a bracket 71, an upper cylinder 72, a cutter holder, a pressing seat 73, a cutter 74, a lower cylinder 75 and a cutting seat 76, wherein the bracket 71 is arranged on the frame 1, and the upper part of the bracket 71 is arranged above the strip-shaped film in a straddling way; the upper cylinder 72 is disposed on a side wall of the bracket 71, and an output end of the upper cylinder 72 is disposed downward; the tool apron is connected to the output end of the upper cylinder 72 and driven by the upper cylinder 72 to move up and down; the pressing seat 73 is connected to the lower part of the tool apron through a spring rod; the cutter 74 is vertically connected to the lower part of the cutter holder, and extends downward through the pressing seat 73, and the cutter 74 freely slides in the pressing seat 73; the lower cylinders 75 are arranged below the upper cylinders 72 at intervals, and the output ends of the lower cylinders are arranged upwards; the cutting seat 76 is connected to the output end of the lower cylinder 75 and is positioned at the lower side of the strip-shaped film; a concave groove is formed in the cutting seat 76 along the transverse section direction of the strip-shaped film, a concave knife groove 77 is formed in the concave groove, and the knife groove 77 and the cutter 74 are arranged up and down correspondingly; when the bag body pulling mechanism 4 pulls out the bag body A at the outer end of the strip-shaped film to the outer side of the bag cutting mechanism 7, the cutter seat drives the cutter 74 and the pressing seat 73 to descend, and the pressing seat 73 presses the bag body A positioned at two sides of the cutter 74 and is buffered by the spring rod; the cutter 74 is further lowered and inserted into the cutter groove 77 to cut the bag A from the strip film; the cut bag body a is continuously pulled out through the bag body pulling mechanism 4.
The side cutting mechanism 8 is arranged on one side of the bag cutting mechanism 7 along the drawing direction of the strip-shaped film, and the bag body A cut by the bag cutting mechanism 7 is drawn out to the side cutting mechanism 8 through the bag body drawing mechanism 4 so as to cut the side edges on two sides of the bag body A in order; the side edge cutting mechanism 8 comprises a fixed seat 81, an upper edge cutting cylinder 82, an edge cutting seat 83, an edge cutting pressing plate 85, an edge cutting knife 86, a lower edge cutting cylinder 87, an edge cutting support 88 and a waste box 810; wherein, the fixed seat 81 is arranged on the frame 1, and the upper part of the fixed seat 81 is arranged above the bag A in a crossing way; the upper trimming cylinder 82 is disposed on a side wall of the fixing seat 81, and an output end thereof is disposed downward; the edge cutting seat 83 is connected to the output end of the edge cutting cylinder 82, the bottom of the edge cutting seat 83 is horizontally and alternately connected with edge cutting pressing plates 85 through spring rods 84, and through grooves are respectively formed in the front side and the rear side of the edge cutting pressing plates 85; the two edge cutters 86 are respectively and vertically connected to the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the edge cutting seat 83, and the two edge cutters 86 respectively pass through two through grooves of the edge cutting pressing plate 85 to extend downwards; the lower trimming cylinder 87 is correspondingly arranged at the lower part of the upper trimming cylinder 82, and the output end is upwards arranged; the trimming support 88 is horizontally connected to the output end of the lower trimming cylinder 82 and is located at the lower side of the bag body a; the front side and the rear side of the trimming support 88 are respectively provided with trimming grooves 89 which extend outwards and downwards in an inclined manner; the two waste cartridges 810 are respectively arranged near the side edges of the two edge cutting grooves 89; the cut bag A is clamped and conveyed to the cutting edge support 88 by the bag pulling mechanism 4, and the front side and the rear side edges of the bag A extend to the outer sides of the two cutting edge grooves 89 respectively; the upper edge cutting cylinder 82 and the lower edge cutting cylinder 87 respectively drive the edge cutting seat 83 and the edge cutting support 88 to move relatively, the edge cutting pressing plate 85 presses the bag body A on the edge cutting support 88, the edge cutting seat 83 drives the edge cutting knife 86 to continuously descend, the edge cutting knife 86 passes through the through groove on the edge cutting pressing plate 85 and cuts into the edge cutting groove 89 downwards, so that the side edges of the front side and the rear side of the bag body A are cut neatly, and the cut waste edges slide into the waste box 810 through the edge cutting groove 89.
The bag opening mechanism 9 is arranged at one side of the side edge cutting mechanism 8 at intervals along the strip-shaped film pulling direction, the bag body A after the side edge cutting is clamped to the bag opening mechanism 9 through the bag body pulling mechanism 4, and the bag body pulling mechanism 4 releases the bag body A and returns to the bag clamping mechanism 6 along the strip-shaped film pulling direction; the bag opening mechanism 9 comprises a frame 91, a slide rail 92, a bag opening cylinder 93, a push seat 94, a slide block 95, a connecting seat 96, a bag opening cylinder 97 and a suction block 98, wherein the frame 91 is arranged on the frame 1, and an upper support plate of the frame 91 is arranged above the bag A in a crossing manner; the slide rail 92 is arranged at the lower part of the upper support plate along the transverse direction of the strip-shaped film; the bag opening air cylinder 93 is arranged at the upper part of the upper support plate, and the output end of the bag opening air cylinder 93 is arranged along the direction of the upper support plate; the pushing seats 94 comprise two pushing seats 94, and the two pushing seats 94 are respectively connected to the output ends of the bag opening air cylinders 93 and driven by the bag opening air cylinders 93; the connecting seats 96 are of a Z-shaped plate structure, the connecting seats 96 comprise two connecting seats 96, the upper parts of the two connecting seats 96 are connected to the side wall of the pushing seat 94, the lower parts of the connecting seats 96 respectively extend downwards along a Z-shaped path, and the connecting seats 96 are slidably connected to the sliding rails 92 through sliding blocks 95; the two bag opening cylinders 97 are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the two connecting seats 96, and the output ends of the two bag opening cylinders 97 are oppositely arranged at the front side and the rear side of the bag body A at intervals; the suction blocks 98 comprise at least two suction blocks 98, wherein the output end of the bag opening cylinder 97 is connected with two suction blocks 98 at intervals up and down, the two suction blocks 98 are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the bag body A, and a vacuum suction port is arranged at one side of the two suction blocks 98, which is close to the bag body A, and is connected with a vacuum generating device so as to generate negative pressure to adsorb the surface of the bag body A; when the bag body A is clamped and transported between the two bag opening air cylinders 97, the bag opening air cylinders 93 drive the two bag opening air cylinders 97 to be close to the bag body A, the bag opening air cylinders 97 drive the upper suction block 98 and the lower suction block 98 to move towards each other to be close to the upper surface and the lower surface of the bag opening of the bag body A, and after the vacuum suction openings of the upper suction block 98 and the lower suction block 98 adsorb the upper surface and the lower surface of the bag body A, the bag opening air cylinders 97 drive the two suction blocks 98 to move relatively to suck the upper surface and the lower surface of the bag opening of the bag body A, so that the bag opening is opened, and a product to be packaged is pushed in.
A sealing mechanism 10 and a pushing mechanism 11 are arranged on one side of the bag opening mechanism 9, the sealing mechanism 10 comprises a sealing bracket 101, an upper sealing cylinder 102, an upper heat sealing block 103, a lower sealing cylinder 104 and a lower heat sealing block 105, wherein the sealing bracket 101 is arranged on the frame 1, and the upper part of the sealing bracket 101 is arranged above the bag body 1 in a crossing way; the upper sealing cylinder 102 is vertically arranged on the side wall of the sealing bracket 101, and the output end is downward arranged; the upper heat sealing block 103 is connected to the output end of the upper sealing cylinder 102; the lower sealing cylinder 104 is vertically arranged at the lower part of the frame 1, and the output end of the lower sealing cylinder is upwards arranged; the lower heat sealing block 105 is connected to the output end of the lower sealing cylinder 104; the pushing mechanism 11 comprises a trough and a pushing block, a product to be packaged is placed in the trough, one side of the trough extends to the outer side of the frame 1, the other side of the trough extends to the outer side of a bag opening of the bag body A, and after the bag opening of the bag body A is opened by the bag opening mechanism 9, the product in the trough is pushed into the bag opening by driving the pushing block through an air cylinder; the upper sealing cylinder 102 and the lower sealing cylinder 104 respectively drive the upper heat sealing block 103 and the lower heat sealing block 105 to move in opposite directions, and clamp and heat seal the bag opening.
The lower part of the frame 1 is also provided with a guide box 12, the upper end of the guide box 12 is arranged below the bag body A, and the lower end of the guide box 12 extends downwards to the front side of the frame 1 in an inclined way; after the sealing of the bag body A is finished, the bag body A slides into the material guiding box 12 and slides into the material storing box 13 arranged on the front side of the frame 1 along the material guiding box 12.
An automatic packaging process of a double-film bag-forming type automatic packaging machine comprises the following process steps:
s1, double-film pulling: the upper film and the lower film led out by the upper film rolling mechanism and the lower film rolling mechanism are overlapped up and down to form a strip film with a double-layer structure, and the outer end of the strip film is clamped by the bag body pulling mechanism and then pulled out;
s2, three-side heat sealing: the bag body pulling mechanism in the step S1 pulls the overlapped strip-shaped film to the three-side heat sealing mechanism, and three sides are heat-sealed and closed by the three-side heat sealing mechanism, so that continuous single bag bodies are formed on the strip-shaped film at intervals;
s3, cutting a single bag: the bag body pulling mechanism pulls out the bag body at the outer end of the strip-shaped film in the step S2 to the bag cutting mechanism, and the single bag body at the outer end is cut off from the strip-shaped film through the bag cutting mechanism;
s4, bag clamping: before the bag body at the outer end of the strip-shaped film is cut off in the step S3, the bag clamping mechanism clamps the strip-shaped film at the inner side of the bag body at the outer end;
s5, cutting the side edges: the bag body pulling mechanism continuously clamps the outer end bag body cut in the step S3, and transfers the outer end bag body to the side edge cutting mechanism, and the front side edge and the rear side edge of the bag body are cut in order through the side edge cutting mechanism;
s6, bagging the product: the bag body pulling mechanism conveys the bag body with the side edges cut in the step S5 to the bag opening mechanism, and after the bag opening mechanism opens the bag opening on the outer side, the product is pushed into the bag body from the bag opening by the pushing mechanism;
S7, sealing: after the product in the step S6 is filled into the bag body, the sealing mechanism seals the bag opening of the bag body in a heat sealing way;
s8, blanking: after the bag opening of the bag body in the step S7 is closed, the bag opening mechanism loosens the bag body, the bag body slides down onto the material guiding box, and is guided into the material storing box through the material guiding box; the bag body pulling mechanism moves back to the bag clamping mechanism and clamps the strip-shaped film at the bag clamping mechanism so as to carry out the next packaging action.
