技术领域
本发明涉及打印机设备领域,特别涉及一种3D打印机。
背景技术
3D打印机又称三维打印机(3DP),是一种累积制造技术,即快速成形技术的一种机器。3D打印机的工作原理与普通打印机基本相同,是通过电脑控制把“打印材料”一层一层地叠加起来,最终把计算机上的蓝图变成实物。这项技术常常在模具制造、工业设计等领域被用于制造模型或者用于一些产品的直接制造。目前存在多种3D打印技术,常用的技术包括粘结材料三维打印、光固化三维打印以及熔融材料三维打印等。在3D打印领域采用的技术,无论是SLS、SLA、FDM还是别的技术,几乎所有的3D打印机均是单色打印,无法实现模型真实的颜色外表,进而满足用户更高的要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种3D打印机,其结构紧凑,可根据打印的需要,更换不同的色彩,还可以将两种不同的色彩混合以配置出更多的色彩以满足用户的需要,以实现全彩3D打印。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种3D打印机,包括:上支撑板及底支撑板,所述上支撑板与底支撑板之间设有Z轴导轨,所述上支撑板上方设有料槽,所述Z轴导轨上穿设带有滑筒的滑块,所述滑块间设有X轴导轨,所述X轴导轨上穿设打印喷头,所述打印喷头通过料管与料槽连通,所述底支撑板通过连接杆连接支撑底块,所述支撑底块顶端与底支撑板之间设有Y轴导轨,所述Y轴导轨上穿设打印平台。
进一步,所述导轨及滑块均通过电机提供动力。
进一步,所述料槽通过隔板分割至少3个小料槽。
进一步,所述底支撑板一侧与上支撑板之间设有侧支撑板,所述侧支撑板呈直角三角形。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明其结构紧凑,可根据打印的需要,更换不同的色彩,还可以将两种不同的色彩混合以配置出更多的色彩以满足用户的需要,以实现全彩3D打印,X轴导轨、Y轴导轨及Z轴导轨设置与现有设置不同,打印平台设置在Y轴导轨上,X轴导轨与Z轴导轨在同一平面上,利于打印喷头实现打印。

如图1所示,一种3D打印机,包括:上支撑板1及底支撑板2,所述上支撑板1与底支撑板2之间设有Z轴导轨15,所述上支撑板1上方设有料槽12,所述Z轴导轨15上穿设带有滑筒11的滑块10,所述滑块10间设有X轴导轨4,所述X轴导轨4上穿设打印喷头5,所述打印喷头5通过料管13与料槽12连通,所述底支撑板2通过连接杆9连接支撑底块6,所述支撑底块6顶端与底支撑板2之间设有Y轴导轨8,所述Y轴导轨8上穿设打印平台14。
所述导轨4及滑块10均通过电机提供动力。所述料槽12通过隔板分割至少3个小料槽。所述底支撑板2一侧与上支撑板1之间设有侧支撑板3,所述侧支撑板3呈直角三角形。
该装置使用过程中,料槽12可以将两种不同的色彩混合以配置出更多的色彩以满足用户的需要,以实现全彩3D打印,X轴导轨4、Y轴导轨8及Z轴导轨15设置与现有设置不同,打印平台14设置在Y轴导轨8上,X轴导轨4与Z轴导轨15在同一平面上,利于打印喷头5实现打印。

1.一种3D打印机,其特征在于,包括:上支撑板(1)及底支撑板(2),所述上支撑板(1)与底支撑板(2)之间设有Z轴导轨(15),所述上支撑板(1)上方设有料槽(12),所述Z轴导轨(15)上穿设带有滑筒(11)的滑块(10),所述滑块(10)间设有X轴导轨(4),所述X轴导轨(4)上穿设打印喷头(5),所述打印喷头(5)通过料管(13)与料槽(12)连通,所述底支撑板(2)通过连接杆(9)连接支撑底块(6),所述支撑底块(6)顶端与底支撑板(2)之间设有Y轴导轨(8),所述Y轴导轨(8)上穿设打印平台(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D打印机,其特征在于:所述导轨(4)及滑块(10)均通过电机提供动力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D打印机,其特征在于:所述料槽(12)通过隔板分割至少3个小料槽。
