Abstract

本发明公开了一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,其包括圆盘形的切割刀片、转轴、倒角刀、圆盘形的倒角刀座和丝杆。优点在于:在大口径管材的生产过程中,使用本发明所述的大口径管材倒角刀,同时完成切割和倒角两道工序,一次成型,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本;同时,无需人工操作,避免了切割过程中产生的毛刺对于工人造成的损伤。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种倒角装置,尤其涉及一种大口径管材倒角刀。
背景技术:
在大口径PVC管材的生产中,为了在施工中便于安装,同时为了去除切割带来的毛刺,一般会对PVC管材的管口进行倒角,以提升产品品质。
传统的生产工艺中,首先需要使用切割刀具对大口径PVC管材进行切割,然后在使用倒角刀对切割完成的大口径PVC管材的管口进行倒角。但是使用这种方式的生产效率低,生产不同规格的产品时,需要更换倒角刀,劳动强度大,同时由于大口径PVC管材体积较大,工人在操作时可能被切割过程中产生的毛刺划伤。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以同时进行切割和倒角的大口径管材倒角刀。
本发明由如下技术方案实施:一种大口径管材倒角刀,其包括圆盘形的切割刀片、转轴、倒角刀、圆盘形的倒角刀座和丝杆;在所述转轴上同心固定设有所述切割刀片;在所述转轴上延轴向滑动设有所述倒角刀座;在所述切割刀片上螺接有与所述转轴平行的所述丝杆,所述丝杆一端转动固定在所述倒角刀座上;在所述切割刀片和所述倒角刀座之间以所述转轴为中心成圆周均匀排列设有所述倒角刀,所述倒角刀的一端与所述切割刀片的盘面活动连接,所述倒角刀的另一端滑动置于与所述切割刀片相对的所述倒角刀座的盘面上的滑槽内;所述滑槽以所述倒角刀座的圆心成放射状均匀排列设置。
进一步的,在所述切割刀片的盘面上固定设有铰接座,所述倒角刀与所述切割刀片上的所述铰接座铰接。
进一步的,在所述切割刀片的盘面上固定设有接头座,在所述倒角刀的一端固定设有万向接头,所述万向接头与所述接头座转动连接。
进一步的,在所述倒角刀座的中心孔处固定设有花键,在所述转轴上对应所述花键开设有花键槽。
进一步的,在所述丝杆外套设有第一保护套和第二保护套,所述第一保护套与所述切割刀片的盘面固定连接,所述第二保护套与所述倒角刀座的盘面固定连接。
本发明的优点:在大口径管材的生产过程中,使用本发明所述的大口径管材倒角刀,同时完成切割和倒角两道工序,一次成型,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本;同时,无需人工操作,避免了切割过程中产生的毛刺对于工人造成的损伤。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
实施例1,如图1-4所示的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其包括圆盘形的切割刀片1、转轴2、倒角刀3、圆盘形的倒角刀座4和丝杆5;在转轴2上同心固定设有切割刀片1;在转轴2上延轴向滑动设有倒角刀座4;在切割刀片1上螺接有与转轴2平行的丝杆5,丝杆5一端转动固定在倒角刀座4上;在丝杆5外套设有第一保护套6和第二保护套7,第一保护套6与切割刀片1的盘面固定连接,第二保护套7与倒角刀座4的盘面固定连接,避免碎屑影响设备的使用;在切割刀片1和倒角刀座4之间以转轴2为中心成圆周均匀排列设有倒角刀3,倒角刀3的一端与切割刀片1的盘面活动连接,在切割刀片1的盘面上固定设有铰接座8,倒角刀3与切割刀片1上的铰接座8铰接,可以调节倒角的角度;倒角刀3的另一端滑动置于与切割刀片1相对的倒角刀座4的盘面上的滑槽9内;滑槽9以倒角刀座4的圆心成放射状均匀排列设置,在倒角刀座4的中心孔处固定设有花键10,在转轴2上对应花键10开设有花键槽11,确保倒角刀座4延转轴2的轴向运动。
使用说明:在使用本发明所述的大口径管材倒角刀时,首先将转轴2相邻切割刀片1的一端与电机的输出轴连接,移动倒角刀座4,倒角刀3沿铰接座8转动,调节倒角的角度,启动电机,在切割刀片1对大口径管材进行切割的同时,倒角刀3同时对管口进行倒角。
实施例2,如图4-7所示的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其包括圆盘形的切割刀片1、转轴2、倒角刀3、圆盘形的倒角刀座4和丝杆5;在转轴2上同心固定设有切割刀片1;在转轴2上延轴向滑动设有倒角刀座4;在切割刀片1上螺接有与转轴2平行的丝杆5,丝杆5一端转动固定在倒角刀座4上;在丝杆5外套设有第一保护套6和第二保护套7,第一保护套6与切割刀片1的盘面固定连接,第二保护套7与倒角刀座4的盘面固定连接,避免碎屑影响设备的使用;在切割刀片1和倒角刀座4之间以转轴2为中心成圆周均匀排列设有倒角刀3,倒角刀3的一端与切割刀片1的盘面活动连接,在切割刀片1的盘面上固定设有接头座12,在倒角刀3的一端固定设有万向接头13,万向接头13嵌入接头座12内与接头座12转动连接,使倒角刀3可以向转轴2方向移动或者远离转轴2方向移动,便于调节倒角的角度;倒角刀3的另一端滑动置于与切割刀片1相对的倒角刀座4的盘面上的滑槽9内;滑槽9以倒角刀座4的圆心成放射状均匀排列设置,在倒角刀座4的中心孔处固定设有花键10,在转轴2上对应花键10开设有花键槽11,确保倒角刀座4延转轴2的轴向运动。
使用说明:在使用本发明所述的大口径管材倒角刀时,首先将转轴2相邻切割刀片1的一端与电机的输出轴连接,移动倒角刀座4,与倒角刀3连接的万向接头13在接头座12内转动,调节倒角的角度,启动电机,在切割刀片1对大口径管材进行切割的同时,倒角刀3同时对管口进行倒角。

1.一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,其包括圆盘形的切割刀片、转轴、倒角刀、圆盘形的倒角刀座和丝杆;在所述转轴上同心固定设有所述切割刀片;在所述转轴上延轴向滑动设有所述倒角刀座;在所述切割刀片上螺接有与所述转轴平行的所述丝杆,所述丝杆一端转动固定在所述倒角刀座上;在所述切割刀片和所述倒角刀座之间以所述转轴为中心成圆周均匀排列设有所述倒角刀,所述倒角刀的一端与所述切割刀片的盘面活动连接,所述倒角刀的另一端滑动置于与所述切割刀片相对的所述倒角刀座的盘面上的滑槽内;所述滑槽以所述倒角刀座的圆心成放射状均匀排列设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,在所述切割刀片的盘面上固定设有铰接座,所述倒角刀与所述切割刀片上的所述铰接座铰接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,在所述切割刀片的盘面上固定设有接头座,在所述倒角刀的一端固定设有万向接头,所述万向接头与所述接头座转动连接。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,在所述倒角刀座的中心孔处固定设有花键,在所述转轴上对应所述花键开设有花键槽。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,在所述丝杆外套设有第一保护套和第二保护套,所述第一保护套与所述切割刀片的盘面固定连接,所述第二保护套与所述倒角刀座的盘面固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种大口径管材倒角刀,其特征在于,在所述丝杆外套设有第一保护套和第二保护套,所述第一保护套与所述切割刀片的盘面固定连接,所述第二保护套与所述倒角刀座的盘面固定连接。
