本发明公开了一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置,包括底座，所述底座上设有两个滑动卡块，所述底座的上侧壁开设有滑槽，两个所述固定卡块均滑动于滑槽内，两个所述固定卡块之间通过弹簧连接，所述底座的上侧壁固定连接竖直设置的支撑杆，所述支撑杆的上端固定连接有扳手，所述支撑杆的一侧侧壁上转动连接有压杆，所述压杆的外壁上固定有三角刀，所述压杆的前端固定连接有把手。本发明通过拉动其中一个卡块将玉米棒放入，按压压杆至压杆与底座平行，圆形滑块从弧形卡槽内滑出后再通过扳手转动支撑杆完成玉米棒的切块，同时采用三角刀插入玉米内部进行掰断，避免了传统使用刀具切割易损伤玉米粒的问题，方便、省力、安全、实用性强。

本发明涉及切割机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和生活水平的日益提高，人们主动利用科技知识改善生活环境的意识逐渐增强，饮食爱好也在逐渐的改变，对于粗粮的需求也日益增大，特别对于玉米的需求量更是大大增加。
而传统的玉米棒切块易损伤过多的玉米粒且切块不平整还费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中的问题，而提出的一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置，包括底座，所述底座上设有两个滑动卡块，所述底座的上侧壁固定连接竖直设置的支撑杆，所述支撑杆的上端固定连接有扳手，所述支撑杆的一侧侧壁上转动连接有压杆，所述压杆的外壁上固定有三角刀，所述压杆的前端固定连接有把手，所述底座的上侧壁固定连接有卡块，所述卡块上开设有弧形卡槽。
优选地，所述底座的上侧壁开设有滑槽，两个所述滑动卡块均滑动于滑槽内，两个所述滑动卡块之间通过弹簧连接，每个所述滑槽的两侧内壁上均开设有限位槽，每个所述滑动卡块的两侧侧壁上均一体成型有与限位槽相匹配的限位边，所述滑槽上方设有两个滑槽盖，所述滑槽的两侧侧壁上开设有两个上下相近的滑动槽，所述两个滑槽盖滑动于滑动槽内。
优选地，所述支撑杆开设有轴孔，所述轴孔内安装有轴承，所述轴承内插设有转动轴，所述压杆固定套设在转动轴的外壁上。
优选地，所述压杆和三角刀上均开设有多个螺纹口，每两个相对应的所述螺纹口内均旋有固定螺栓。
优选地，所述转动轴另一端滑动套接有转动杆，所述转动杆一端转动连接有圆形滑块，所述圆形滑块位于弧形卡槽内并与弧形卡槽的内壁滑动连接。
优选地，所述底座的上侧壁与支撑杆的一侧下端通过合页进行转动连接。
与现有的技术相比，本一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置的优点在于：
1、设置滑动卡块、滑槽、弹簧和滑槽盖，通过弹簧在卡槽内带动固定卡块将玉米棒固定，使用时更加方便省力，且更加安全。
2、设置三角刀、螺纹口和螺栓，通过螺栓和螺纹口固定住三角刀，通过三角刀能有效地切入玉米棒内部，且不会过度伤害玉米粒，使切下的玉米块更加的完整。
3、设置合页和扳手，合页的开合使支撑杆具有一定范围内的转动，带动三角刀更好的掰开玉米棒，扳手使支撑杆转动过程中更加省力。
4、设置转动杆、圆形滑块和弧形卡槽，转动杆与压杆成垂直状态，当压杆与底座平行后圆形滑块正好滑出弧形卡槽，可以实现支撑杆的摆动。
综上所述，本发明通过拉动其中一个卡块将玉米棒放入，按压压杆至压杆与底座平行，圆形滑块从弧形卡槽内滑出后再通过扳手转动支撑杆完成玉米棒的切块，同时采用三角刀插入玉米内部进行掰断，避免了传统使用刀具切割易损伤玉米粒的问题，方便、省力、安全、实用性强。

参照图1-3，一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置，包括底座7，底座7的上侧壁固定连接有卡块14，卡块14上开设有弧形卡槽12，底座7上设有两个滑动卡块8，底座7的上侧壁开设有滑槽17，两个滑动卡块8均滑动于滑槽17内，两个滑动卡块8之间通过弹簧16连接，每个滑槽17的两侧内壁上均开设有限位槽，每个滑动卡块8的两侧侧壁上均一体成型有与限位槽相匹配的限位边，滑槽17上方设有两个滑槽盖18，滑槽17的两侧侧壁上开设有两个上下相近的滑动槽，两个滑槽盖18滑动于滑动槽内。
底座7的上侧壁固定连接有卡块14，卡块14上开设有弧形卡槽12。
底座7的上侧壁固定连接竖直设置的支撑杆1，底座7的上侧壁与支撑杆1的一侧下端通过合页9进行转动连接，支撑杆1的上端固定连接有扳手2，支撑杆1的一侧侧壁上转动连接有压杆10，支撑杆1开设有轴孔，轴孔内安装有轴承，轴承内插设有转动轴3，转动轴3另一端滑动套接有转动杆15，转动杆15一端转动连接有圆形滑块13，圆形滑块13位于弧形卡槽12内并与弧形卡槽12的内壁滑动连接，压杆10固定套设在转动轴3的外壁上，压杆10的外壁上固定有三角刀4，压杆10和三角刀4上均开设有多个螺纹口6，两个两个相对应的螺纹口6内旋有固定螺栓，压杆10的前端固定连接有把手5。
本发明中，通过两个卡块14以及弹簧16固定玉米棒，使用者使用把手5将三角刀4插入玉米棒内至压杆10与底座7平行，此时转动杆15带动圆形滑块13滑离弧形卡槽12，使用扳手2通过合页9的开合使支撑杆1转动，带动三角刀4掰开玉米棒。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置，其特征在于，所述底座(7)的上侧壁开设有滑槽(17)，两个所述滑动卡块(8)的下端均滑动于滑槽(17)内并与滑槽(17)的内壁滑动连接，两个所述滑动卡块(8)之间通过弹簧(16)连接，每个所述滑槽(17)的两侧内壁上均开设有限位槽，每个所述滑动卡块(8)的两侧侧壁上均一体成型有与限位槽相匹配的限位边，所述滑槽(17)上方设有两个滑槽盖(18)，所述滑槽(17)的两侧侧壁上开设有两个上下相近的滑动槽，所述两个滑槽盖(18)滑动于滑动槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用玉米棒切块装置，其特征在于，所述支撑杆(1)开设有轴孔，所述轴孔内安装有轴承，所述轴承内插设有转动轴(3)，所述压杆(10)固定套设在转动轴(3)的外壁上。
4.根据权利要求(3)所述的一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置，其特征在于，所述压杆(10)和三角刀(4)上均开设有多个螺纹口(6)，每两个相对应的所述螺纹口(6)内均旋有固定螺栓。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型家用玉米棒切块装置，其特征在于，所述转动轴(3)另一端滑动套接有转动杆(15)，所述转动杆(15)一端转动连接有圆形滑块(13)，所述圆形滑块(13)位于弧形卡槽(12)内并与弧形卡槽(12)的内壁滑动连接。
