本发明涉及高分子防水卷材领域，尤其涉及一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置，其包括机架，裁边装置及宽度切割装置，所述机架包括两侧的护板，所述两侧的护板上沿延伸方向设有多个防水卷材托辊，所述中部的防水卷材托辊上方设有宽度切割装置，所述端部防水卷材托辊的上方设有裁边装置。本发明提供的装置效率高，既可以裁边又可以根据宽度及厚度需要进行调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子防水卷材领域，尤其涉及一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置。
背景技术
随着经济的飞速发展，建筑及其他很多领域对防水卷材的要求越来越高，需求也越来越大，高分子膜防水卷材因其抗拉强度高，匀质性强，耐热性能好，不易老化等优点而越来越得到广泛应用，而各种应用场所对防水卷材的宽度及厚度的要求也不一样，生产单一宽度及厚度的防水卷材很难适应市场的需求，如果不同宽度及厚度的防水卷材使用不同的生产线，必将占用很大的场地且极大增加成本，因此需要对防水卷材的切割装置进行改进以适应不同宽度及厚度的防水卷材的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供效率高，可以根据宽度及厚度需要进行调节的一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置，其包括机架，裁边装置及宽度切割装置，所述机架包括两侧的护板，所述两侧的护板上沿延伸方向设有多个防水卷材托辊，所述中部的防水卷材托辊上方设有宽度切割装置，所述端部防水卷材托辊的上方设有裁边装置。
所述宽度切割装置包括宽度切割装置固定辊，所述宽度切割装置固定辊内部设有刀架丝杠，所述刀架丝杠通过宽度调节手柄驱动其转动，所述宽度切割装置固定辊的两端沿延伸方向设有腰型通孔，所述腰形通孔处通过与刀架丝杠配合的螺母套连接切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动。
所述宽度切割装置固定辊沿延伸方向的中部套设有切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动。
所述的宽度切割装置还包括厚度调节装置，所述厚度调节装置包括与厚度调节手柄相连的调节轴，所述调节轴运动带动宽度切割装置固定辊上下运动。
所述裁边装置包括裁边装置固定辊所述裁边装置固定辊上通过滑套固定安装有裁边刀具，所述裁边刀具通过电机驱动其转动，所述裁边装置固定辊通过与裁边手柄相连的调节轴带动其上下移动。
本发明的有益效果是：
通过设置裁边装置及宽度切割装置，实现既能宽度切割，又能进行裁边，并且可以根据宽度及厚度需要进行调节；
具体通过以下结构实现，所述宽度切割装置包括宽度切割装置固定辊，所述宽度切割装置固定辊内部设有刀架丝杠，所述刀架丝杠通过宽度调节手柄驱动其转动，所述宽度切割装置固定辊的两端沿延伸方向设有腰型通孔，所述腰形通孔处通过与刀架丝杠配合的螺母套连接切割刀架，这样设置，可以通过转动宽度调节手柄从而通过丝杠带动切割刀架沿着腰形通孔运动以适应不同宽度的需要；
所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动，这样设置可以通过旋转刀具手轮，从而带动切割刀具上下移动，以确定切割角度及位置；
所述宽度宽度切割装置固定辊沿延伸方向的中部套设有切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有宽度调节丝杆，所述宽度调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动，这样更能适应不同宽度的防水卷材的需求，并且也可以完成一分为二的切割；
所述的宽度切割装置还包括厚度调节装置，所述厚度调节装置包括与厚度调节手柄相连的宽度切割调节轴，所述宽度切割调节轴运动带动宽度切割装置固定辊上下运动，这样通过旋转厚度调节手柄可以使宽度切割装置固定辊上下运动，从而可以裁切不同厚度的防水卷材；
所述裁边装置包括裁边装置固定辊，所述裁边装置固定辊上通过滑套固定安装有裁边刀具，所述裁边刀具通过电机驱动其转动，所述裁边装置固定辊通过与裁边手柄相连的裁边调节轴带动其上下移动，这样设置可以对防水卷材的边缘进行裁剪切割，并且可以根据防水卷材的厚度及宽带进行调节。

为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案，下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示，一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置，其包括机架，裁边装置及宽度切割装置，所述机架包括两侧的护板1，所述两侧的护板上沿延伸方向设有多个防水卷材托辊11，所述中部的防水卷材托辊上方设有宽度切割装置，所述端部防水卷材托辊的上方设有裁边装置。
优化的，所述宽度切割装置包括宽度切割装置固定辊2，所述宽度切割装置固定辊内部设有刀架丝杠7，所述刀架丝杠通过宽度调节手柄9驱动其转动，所述宽度切割装置固定辊的两端沿延伸方向设有腰型通孔6，所述腰形通孔处通过与刀架丝杠配合的螺母套4连接切割刀架10，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔(未示出)，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆5，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具12，上端通过刀具手轮3驱动。
进一步，所述宽度切割装置固定辊沿延伸方向的中部套设有切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动。
进一步，所述的宽度切割装置还包括厚度调节装置，所述厚度调节装置包括与厚度调节手柄8相连的宽度切割调节轴19，所述宽度切割调节轴运动带动宽度切割装置固定辊上下运动。
进一步，所述裁边装置包括裁边装置固定辊14，所述裁边装置固定辊上通过滑套15固定安装有裁边刀具18，所述裁边刀具通过电机16驱动其转动，所述裁边装置固定辊通过与裁边手柄13相连的裁边调节轴17带动其上下移动。
当防水卷材的宽度确定后需要切割时，可以根据需要旋转宽度调节手柄，从而使刀架沿着宽度切割装置固定辊滑动，来确定刀架的位置，通过旋转刀具手轮来调节刀具的切割角度及位置，通过调节厚度调节手柄实现来实现宽度切割装置固定辊的上下移动以适应切割不同厚度的防水卷材的需要，并且可以通过中间设置的切割刀具来实现一分为二，切割效率更高，通过旋转裁边手柄来实现裁边装置固定辊的上下移动以适应不同厚度的防水卷材的要求。
由于通过设置裁边装置及宽度切割装置，实现既能宽度切割，又能进行裁边，并且可以根据宽度及厚度需要进行调节；
具体通过以下结构实现，所述宽度切割装置包括宽度切割装置固定辊，所述宽度切割装置固定辊内部设有刀架丝杠，所述刀架丝杠通过宽度调节手柄驱动其转动，所述宽度切割装置固定辊的两端沿延伸方向设有腰型通孔，所述腰形通孔处通过与刀架丝杠配合的螺母套连接切割刀架，这样设置，可以通过转动宽度调节手柄从而通过丝杠带动切割刀架沿着腰形通孔运动以适应不同宽度的需要；
所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动，这样设置可以通过旋转刀具手轮，从而带动切割刀具上下移动，以确定切割角度及位置；
所述宽度宽度切割装置固定辊沿延伸方向的中部套设有切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有宽度调节丝杆，所述宽度调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动，这样更能适应不同宽度的防水卷材的需求，并且也可以完成一分为二的切割；

1.一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置，其特征是：包括机架，裁边装置及宽度切割装置，所述机架包括两侧的护板，所述两侧的护板上沿延伸方向设有多个防水卷材托辊，所述中部的防水卷材托辊上方设有宽度切割装置，所述端部防水卷材托辊的上方设有裁边装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置，其特征是：所述宽度切割装置包括宽度切割装置固定辊，所述宽度切割装置固定辊内部设有刀架丝杠，所述刀架丝杠通过宽度调节手柄驱动其转动，所述宽度切割装置固定辊的两端沿延伸方向设有腰型通孔，所述腰形通孔处通过与刀架丝杠配合的螺母套连接切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高分子膜防水卷材切割装置，其特征是：所述宽度切割装置固定辊沿延伸方向的中部套设有切割刀架，所述切割刀架沿延伸方向设有通孔，所述通孔处通过螺纹连接有调节丝杆，所述调节丝杆下端连接切割刀具，上端通过刀具手轮驱动。
