背景技术：
现有的拉簧喷漆，没有过滤处理，漆雾直接进入大气，污染环境。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种用于拉簧的加工室结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种用于拉簧的加工室结构，包括室体、水槽、抽风管、挡板和抽风机，所述室体的顶端面上设有抽风口，水槽固定于室体内腔室的顶壁上，且水槽与抽风口相贯通，在水槽内注入清水；在水槽的侧壁上设有进风口，且进风口位于水槽内清水液面的上方；抽风管连接在所述抽风口处，且抽风管的底端伸于水槽中的清水内，抽风管与抽风机相连；若干个挡板分层设于抽风管内，且相邻的两个挡板错开设置。
进一步地，所述挡板上包裹有毡布。
进一步地，所述抽风管与室体中抽风口的结合处设有密封橡胶圈。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明使用时，漆雾通过过滤，不会直接排入大气中，减少环境污染。

如图1所示，本发明一种用于拉簧的加工室结构，包括室体11、水槽21、抽风管22、挡板23和抽风机，室体11的顶端面上设有抽风口，水槽21固定于室体11内腔室的顶壁上，且水槽21与抽风口相贯通，在水槽21内注入清水。在水槽21的侧壁上设有进风口，且进风口位于水槽21内清水液面的上方。抽风管22连接在抽风口处，且抽风管22的底端伸于水槽21中的清水内，抽风管22与抽风机相连；若干个挡板23分层设于抽风管22内，且相邻的两个挡板23错开设置。
为便于更好地吸附漆雾，在挡板23上包裹有毡布。
为保证密封性，在抽风管22与室体11中抽风口的结合处设有密封橡胶圈。
喷漆过程中产生的漆雾会被抽风机抽走，漆雾进入水槽21内，并通过清水进入过滤，蒸发的水蒸气可以通过挡板23上的毡布过滤，避免漆雾直接进入大气中，污染环境。

1.一种用于拉簧的加工室结构，其特征在于：包括室体(11)、水槽(21)、抽风管(22)、挡板(23)和抽风机，所述室体(11)的顶端面上设有抽风口，水槽(21)固定于室体(11)内腔室的顶壁上，且水槽(21)与抽风口相贯通，在水槽(21)内注入清水；在水槽(21)的侧壁上设有进风口，且进风口位于水槽(21)内清水液面的上方；抽风管(22)连接在所述抽风口处，且抽风管(22)的底端伸于水槽(21)中的清水内，抽风管(22)与抽风机相连；若干个挡板(23)分层设于抽风管(22)内，且相邻的两个挡板(23)错开设置。
