(2)将葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚、积雪草提取物、淘米水、EGF、胶原蛋白、丁二醇、双甘油、聚谷氨酸钠、丙二醇、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸、卡波姆混合均质得到精华液。

下面结合具体实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述，但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
一种含有苹果多酚的精华液，按重量份数计，主要由以下原料制成：淘米水17份、EGF 4份、胶原蛋白5份、丁二醇6份、双甘油5份、聚谷氨酸钠2份、丙二醇7份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷5份、透明质酸8份、卡波姆5份、葡萄籽提取物11份、苹果多酚10份和积雪草提取物8份。
一种含有苹果多酚精华液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)提取葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物；提取方法包括：
(a)选取6-8成成熟的新鲜苹果，将苹果打碎，以果渣作为提取苹果多酚的原料，将葡萄籽和积雪草粉碎，然后将苹果的果渣、葡萄籽粉末和积雪草粉末混合，得到混合原料；
(b)将混合原料置入连续逆流超声设备中，加入料液比为1:28的60v％乙醇溶液，调整pH值在4.5之间，在水溶液中添加抗氧化剂，抗氧化剂为抗坏血酸，加入的量为果渣总重量的0.6％，超声波处理一段时候后，过滤，得到超声波粗提液；超声的条件为：超声频率40KHz，超声功率为180W，超声处理时间为45min，工作的温度是50℃。

(b)将混合原料置入连续逆流超声设备中，加入料液比为1:33的50v％乙醇溶液，调整pH值在4之间，在水溶液中添加抗氧化剂，抗氧化剂为抗坏血酸，加入的量为果渣总重量的0.3％，超声波处理一段时候后，过滤，得到超声波粗提液；超声的条件为：超声频率50KHz，超声功率为150W，超声处理时间为30min，工作的温度是40℃。
(c)将超声波粗提液过DA201大孔树脂柱，吸附温度为45℃，粗提液上柱的速度为0.6-0.8BV/h，先用8柱体积50v％乙醇溶液洗柱，再用质量浓度为10％的8柱体积氢氧化钠溶液进行洗柱，收集洗脱液，洗脱的速度为2-3BV/h，在洗脱液中加入盐酸溶液中和至pH值为7.5，将洗脱液回收酒精以后，经浓缩干燥制成半成品；
(d)将半成品加入半成品重量3倍的有机溶剂进行清洗，去杂，浓缩干燥得到葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物的混合物。所述有机溶剂为甲醇。混合物中葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物的质量比为12：7：11。
(2)将葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚、积雪草提取物、淘米水、EGF、胶原蛋白、丁二醇、双甘油、聚谷氨酸钠、丙二醇、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸、卡波姆混合均质，均质搅拌的速度为28000rpm/min，时间为20min，得到精华液。
使用该组分配比的精华液能有效的达到对面部皮肤的淡化色素、提亮肤色、淡化细纹功效，且对面部皮肤无刺激；利用该工艺制造所述的精华液，能确保精华液的质量和功效。

Claims (10)

1.一种含有苹果多酚的精华液，其特征在于，主要由以下原料制成：淘米水、EGF、胶原蛋白、丁二醇、双甘油、聚谷氨酸钠、丙二醇、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸、卡波姆、葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述含有苹果多酚的精华液，其特征在于，按重量份数计，主要由以下原料制成：淘米水13-23份、EGF 1-6份、胶原蛋白2-7份、丁二醇4-8份、双甘油3-8份、聚谷氨酸钠1-3份、丙二醇4-9份、环聚二甲基硅氧烷3-7份、透明质酸4-11份、卡波姆3-6份、葡萄籽提取物8-12份、苹果多酚7-13份和积雪草提取物5-11份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述含有苹果多酚精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)提取葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物；
(2)将葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚、积雪草提取物、淘米水、EGF、胶原蛋白、丁二醇、双甘油、聚谷氨酸钠、丙二醇、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸、卡波姆混合均质得到精华液。
4.根据权利要求3所述含有苹果多酚精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(1)中葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物的提取方法包括：
(a)选取未成熟的新鲜苹果，将苹果打碎，以果渣作为提取苹果多酚的原料，将葡萄籽和积雪草粉碎，然后将苹果的果渣、葡萄籽粉末和积雪草粉末混合，得到混合原料；
(b)将混合原料置入超声设备中，加入料液比为1:20-33的50-70v％乙醇溶液，调整pH值在4-5之间，在水溶液中添加抗氧化剂，超声波处理一段时候后，过滤，得到超声波粗提液；
(c)将超声波粗提液过大孔树脂柱，先用50-75v％乙醇溶液洗柱，再用质量浓度为10-15％的氢氧化钠溶液进行洗柱，收集洗脱液，在洗脱液中加入盐酸溶液中和至pH值为6-7.5，将洗脱液回收酒精以后，经浓缩干燥制成半成品；
(d)将半成品加入有机溶剂进行清洗，去杂，浓缩干燥得到葡萄籽提取物、苹果多酚和积雪草提取物的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述含有苹果多酚精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(b)中的超声设备为连续逆流超声设备，超声的条件为：超声频率30-50KHz，超声功率为150-200W，超声处理时间为30-60min，工作的温度是40-55℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述含有苹果多酚精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(b)中抗氧化剂为抗坏血酸，加入的量为果渣总重量的0.3-1％。
7.根据权利要求4所述含有苹果多酚精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(c)中大孔树脂DA201或DM301；吸附温度为45-55℃，粗提液上柱的速度为0.6-0.8BV/h，洗脱的速度为2-3BV/h。
8.根据权利要求4所述的含有苹果多酚的精华液，其特征在于，步骤(c)中50-75v％乙醇溶液为6-8柱体积的乙醇溶液，氢氧化钠溶液为6-8柱体积。
9.根据权利要求4所述的含有苹果多酚的精华液，其特征在于，步骤(d)中加入有机溶剂的量为半成品重量的3-5倍；所述有机溶剂为乙醇、丙醇或甲醇中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求3所述的含有苹果多酚的精华液，其特征在于，步骤(2)中，均质搅拌的速度为25000-28000rpm/min，时间为20-35min。
