When the roaster stops operating, the controller 4 starts the discharging motor 28, the first discharging port 23 and the second discharging port 24 are respectively opened by the first material baffle 25 and the second material baffle 26, so that the red dates in the roasting cavity 5 flow out under the action of gravity, and because the first discharging port 23 and the second discharging port 24 respectively face the first inclined plane 6 and the second inclined plane 7, the red dates in the roasting cavity 5 can be completely discharged, the discharging motor 28 is closed by the controller 4 after the discharging is finished, and the first discharging port 23 and the second discharging port 24 are respectively closed by the first material baffle 25 and the second material baffle 26.
The invention also provides a use method of the red date baking machine 100, and the use method, namely the red date baking method, as shown in figure 3, comprises the following steps:
step 1, starting the whole red date baking machine, and enabling the air guide device, the temperature sensor and the driving motor to start to operate.
Step 2, automatic feeding control; the controller opens the feeding valve, and when the material level of the red dates reaches the positions of the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver, the controller automatically closes the feeding valve to finish feeding.
In the step, because the first stirring sheet and the second stirring sheet are always in a stirring state, the red dates with moisture cannot be adhered to the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane.
Step 3, starting heating; in the baking process, the controller obtains the current temperature of the baking cavity 5 in real time through the temperature sensor, compares the current temperature with the first threshold value and the second threshold value in real time after the current temperature reaches the first threshold value for the first time, closes the air guide device when the current temperature is higher than the first threshold value and the temperature rise trend of the baking cavity 5 is ascending, and opens the air guide device when the current temperature is lower than the second threshold value and the temperature rise trend of the baking cavity 5 is descending. Here, the first threshold is set at 170-175 degrees, and the second threshold is set at 140-150 degrees.
Step 4, stopping heating; when the controller finishes baking, only the air guide device and the temperature sensor are closed, meanwhile, the timer is started, the timer automatically resets and starts to time, a time threshold value is preset on the timer, when the time counted by the timer is higher than the time threshold value, the timer transmits a closing signal to the controller, the controller is closed, and the red date baking machine stops running.
Step 5, automatically discharging; when the roaster stops operating, the controller starts the discharging motor to discharge, and specifically, a first discharge port and a second discharge port are respectively opened for a first striker plate and a second striker plate, so that red dates in the roasting cavity flow out under the action of gravity, and because the first discharge port and the second discharge port respectively face towards a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane, the red dates in the roasting cavity can be completely discharged, the discharging motor is closed by the controller after the discharging is finished, and the first discharge port and the second discharge port are respectively closed by the first striker plate and the second striker plate.
The invention also provides baking equipment applying the red date baking machine 100, which structurally comprises a base 200 and the efficient vertical red date baking machine 100 arranged on the base 200 as shown in fig. 4, wherein an annular trough 201 is arranged around the base 200, the red date baking machine 100 is positioned at the center of the base 200, and the first discharge hole 23 and the second discharge hole 24 of the red date baking machine 100 face the annular trough 201, so that red dates in the red date baking machine 100 fall into the annular trough 201 under the action of gravity after the first discharge hole 23 and the second discharge hole 24 are opened.

And be provided with temperature sensor in the inside of toasting the chamber, the controller starts whole red date roaster when toasting and beginning, the controller obtains the current temperature of toasting the chamber in real time through temperature sensor in toasting the in-process, and after the current temperature reaches first threshold for the first time, in real time with current temperature and first threshold, the second threshold is compared, close air ducting when the current temperature is higher than first threshold and toasts the temperature rise trend in chamber for rising, and open air ducting when the current temperature is less than second threshold and toasts the temperature rise trend in chamber for descending, will toast the chamber temperature like this and accurately control between first threshold and second threshold, and first threshold is less than carcinogenic temperature point, thereby make and can not produce carcinogenic substance at the in toasting in-process red date.
