The cooling device 40 is detachably disposed at the front end of the roasting device 10 for receiving coffee beans discharged from the movable door panel 153, the cooling device 40 defines a cooling space 42 and an air extracting space 43 located below the cooling space 41 through a screen 41, a toggle unit 44 is disposed in the cooling space 41 and drives the toggle unit 44 to rotate through a driving motor 45, a discharge port 421 is disposed at the periphery of the cooling space 42 to communicate with the outside, the discharge port 421 is disposed with a movable valve 422, a second air extractor 46 is disposed at the outer wall of the air extracting space 43 of the cooling device 40, and the cooling device 40 is disposed with a switch 47 for switching and controlling the driving motor 45 and the second air extractor 46 to operate and shut off.
The baking apparatus 10, the exhausting cylinder 30 and the cooling apparatus 40 are provided with a plurality of wheels 18, 34, 48 at the bottom.
Referring to fig. 4, in a practical use state of the coffee bean roasting machine structure, the unbaked coffee beans are put into the feeding hopper 162 and are guided into the roasting cylinder 12 through the feeding pipe 16, then the heating unit 14 and the roasting cylinder 12 are operated, flame generated by the heating unit 14 acts on the outer wall cylinder body of the roasting cylinder 12, so that heat energy heats the coffee beans through the roasting cylinder 12, the roasting cylinder 12 is driven by the driving unit 13 to rotate, the coffee beans are stirred to achieve an average heated roasting effect, the air draft device 20 is simultaneously started during the roasting process to draw out hot air smoke and a membrane generated during the roasting process, as the coffee beans are completely guided into the roasting cylinder 12, a channel between the feeding hopper 162 and the feeding pipe 16 is sealed through the blocking plate 161, and the first connecting pipe 21 of the air draft device 20 is located below the blocking plate 161, when the first exhaust fan 23 of the exhaust device 20 is operated, the hot air smoke and the skin membrane can be completely guided into the exhaust cylinder 30 through the exhaust pipe 31, and the cylindrical shape of the exhaust cylinder 30 is utilized to make the hot air smoke and the skin membrane entering the exhaust cylinder 30 form a spiral shape, so that the skin membranes can sink and fall into the collection space 33, the hot air smoke rises and is discharged through the exhaust pipe 32 at the top end, meanwhile, the air flow circulation flow inside the roasting cylinder 12 is improved, further, the coffee beans can be heated more uniformly when being roasted, the moisture inside the roasting cylinder 12 can be removed, and the roasting quality of the coffee beans is improved.
Secondly, the air draft device 20 is provided with an adjusting member 24 at one end of the second communicating pipe 22, please refer to fig. 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b, the size of the air draft flow path between the first and second communicating pipes 21 and 22 can be controlled by the adjusting member 24, when the adjusting opening 244 of the adjusting pipe 243 completely faces the mouth of the first communicating pipe 21 to form the maximum air draft flow path, a large amount of hot air in the baking cylinder 12 can be extracted, so as to lower the temperature in the baking cylinder 12, otherwise, when the adjusting opening 244 of the adjusting pipe 243 is staggered from the mouth of the first communicating pipe 21 due to rotation, the amount of hot air extracted can be reduced, so as to raise the temperature in the baking cylinder 12, thereby not only adjusting the flame size by the heating unit 14, but also adjusting the baking temperature by the rotation of the adjusting member 24.
In addition, during the roasting process, the bean-taking rod 17 can be inserted into the roasting cylinder 12 through the bearing seat 151 to sample coffee beans, and the roasting depth of the sampled coffee beans can be checked as a basis for the roasting degree of the coffee beans, so as to adjust the roasting temperature or the roasting time.
The bearing seat 151 also provides a rotational support for the roasting cylinder 12, so that lubricating oil needs to be filled in the bearing seat 151, and an oil containing disc 152 is further arranged below the bearing seat 151, so that the lubricating oil dropping from the bearing seat 151 under the operation of the roasting cylinder 12 can be received by the oil containing disc 152, the lubricating oil is prevented from directly dropping on the surface of the guiding-out arc plate 155 below the movable door plate 153, and the coffee beans are prevented from being taken out and polluted.
Finally, when the roasting of the coffee beans is completed, please refer to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the movable door 153 is opened by the handle 154, the roasted coffee beans are discharged and fall into the cooling space 42 of the cooling device 40, the toggle unit 44 and the second suction fan 46 are activated by the switch 47, the coffee beans are stirred by the toggle unit 44 in the cooling space 42, and the hot air is introduced into the air suction space 43 by the second suction fan 46 and then discharged with the suction of the second suction fan 46, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the coffee beans, and finally the coffee beans are discharged from the discharge port 421 of the cooling space 42, so as to complete the roasting operation of the coffee beans.
