Abstract
With the increasing size of net cages used in offshore and deep sea fish culture, the high-efficiency capture technology of cultured fishes becomes a problem to be solved urgently. The invention relates to a device for catching and culturing fishes in batches for a giant net cage, which consists of a bottom pocket, a bottom pocket lifting rope, an upper cover and a guide steel rope. The bottom pocket consists of three parts, namely an extension wing net, a classification area and a fish collection box, and has the main functions of containing the gathered fishes and enabling the fishes with small specifications to escape; the bottom pocket lifting rope is made of steel cables or ropes, and has the main function of lifting the bottom pocket to or from the water surface; the upper cover consists of an upper cover frame and an upper cover net and has the main function of repelling and gathering cultured fishes; the guiding steel cable is composed of 2 or more steel cables, and the main function is to accurately buckle the upper cover on the bottom pocket during fishing. The device solves the problems of daily multiple fishing, classified fishing and different water layers fishing which are urgently needed in giant net cage culture, and has the advantages of simple and convenient use and operation, labor saving and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture and ocean resource development, and particularly relates to a device for catching cultured fishes in a giant net cage, which is used for supporting the expansion of net cage culture of seawater fishes to deep open sea.
Background
With the rapid development of the marine aquaculture industry in China, a series of problems such as industrial conflict, ecological hazard, disease risk, quality safety and the like are brought by offshore large-scale marine aquaculture. Therefore, the expansion of the mariculture industry from offshore to offshore and deep open sea has become a necessary trend for the development of the mariculture industry in China.
As cage culture is more and more offshore, the water depth and sea state level are also increased, the volume of the cage for culture is larger, and the capture technology of cultured fishes is a concern. The prior cage culture fish catching technology frequently adopted by people comprises net spreading catching, purse net catching in a cage, netting pulling catching and the like, and the catching modes have the advantages of simplicity and high labor power. The near-term Wuhan vessel is a semi-submersible type steel frame structure net cage built in Norway by using a mechanical driving and lifting method; the 'deep blue No. 1' fully submersible net cage in China adopts a floating box fishing technology. The fishing techniques of these latter two cages are too complex. And the whole fishing system needs to be started for fishing part of fishes, so that certain damage is caused to the cultured fishes which are not planned to be fished. At present, a simple mechanized batch fishing device is urgently needed at home and abroad.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for catching and culturing fishes in batches for a giant net cage, which overcomes the defects of the prior art.
A device for catching and culturing fishes in batches for a giant net cage is characterized by comprising a guide steel cable, an upper cover, a bottom bag and a bottom bag lifting cable, wherein the upper cover, the bottom bag and the bottom bag lifting cable are arranged on the guide steel cable;
the upper cover comprises an upper cover frame of a frame structure and an upper cover net with a downward net opening, and the upper cover frame supports the net opening of the upper cover net; the outer sides of all corners of the upper cover frame are provided with upper cover frame guide rings; the top of the upper cover net is provided with an upper cover guide ring;
the upper part of the bottom pocket is provided with a wing net, the middle part is provided with a grading area, and the lower part is provided with a fish collecting box;
the wing net comprises a bucket-shaped frame with a large upper part and a small lower part, wherein the upper part and the lower part of the bucket-shaped frame are opened, and the side surface of the bucket-shaped frame is provided with a netting; the inner sides of all corners of the upper frame of the bucket-shaped frame are provided with bottom pocket guide rings;

the guide steel cable is composed of a plurality of steel cables and penetrates through the upper cover frame guide ring and the bottom pocket guide ring, the upper end of the guide steel cable is connected with the working deck of the giant net cage, and the lower end of the guide steel cable is connected with the bottom platform of the giant net cage.
The upper cover frame, the guide ring of the bottom pocket, the framework of the grading area, the bucket-shaped framework of the wing net and the fish collection box are all made of stainless steel materials.
The upper cover net is made of nylon or polyethylene netting, and the netting of the bucket-shaped frame and the netting of the frame are also made of nylon or polyethylene.
The waterproof material of the side surface and the bottom surface of the fish collection box is canvas material.
The bottom pocket lifting rope is made of steel cables or ropes.
The mesh size of the net of the bucket-shaped frame structure is such that the captured target fish does not escape or get caught.
The method for catching and culturing fishes in batches in the giant net cage by utilizing the device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the bottom pocket is placed in a water layer with dense fishes by controlling the length of the lifting rope of the bottom pocket; placing the upper cover at the height of the working platform at the upper part of the net cage; bait is thrown above the bottom pocket to concentrate the cultured fishes above the bottom pocket; loosening the upper cover to make it fall down quickly by gravity (if necessary, with lead weight), and covering the fish in the space formed by the upper cover and the bottom bag; starting a winch or a crane on the upper part of the net cage, rolling up a lifting rope of the bottom pocket, lifting the fish collecting box of the bottom pocket out of the water surface, opening the fish placing sleeves at the bottom of the bottom pocket, and guiding the captured fish into the fish containing container; or the upper edge of the fish collecting box of the bottom bag is lifted to the water surface, and the fish is caught by a fish suction pump.
The device solves the problems of daily multiple fishing, classified fishing and different water layers fishing which are urgently needed in giant net cage culture, and has the advantages of simple and convenient use and operation, labor saving and the like.

Taking a large steel structure net cage for breeding Atlantic salmon in an area with the water depth of 56m in the sea area of the cold water cluster in the yellow sea as an example, the specific mode is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a device for catching and cultivating fishes in batches for a giant net cage consists of a bottom pocket 4, a bottom pocket lifting rope 5, an upper cover 2 and a guide steel rope 1;
the bottom bag 4 consists of a wing net 9, a grading area 10 and a fish collecting box 11; the wing net 9 is the uppermost part of the bottom pocket 4, and is a stainless steel bucket-shaped frame structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, the size of the upper opening is 10m (length) × 10m (width), the size of the lower opening is 2.5m (length) × 2.5m (width), and the height is 2 m; the side surface of the wing net 9 is covered with a nylon material netting, and the mesh size is based on the standard that the captured target fish cannot escape and be stabbed and hung; the inner sides of four corners of the wing net upper frame 8 are all provided with stainless steel bottom bag guide rings 13 with the diameter of 8 cm; the grading region 10 is positioned in the middle of the bottom pocket 4, is of a cubic frame structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, is made of stainless steel materials, and has the size of 2.5m (length) multiplied by 2.5m (width) multiplied by 1m (height); the side surface of the grading area 10 is covered with a nylon net, and the meshes of the net are based on the standard that the caught target fishes cannot escape; one side or a plurality of sides of the grading region 10 are provided with fish-sized grading grids, and the grid spacing is based on the standard of preventing the captured target fish from escaping; the fish collecting box 11 is positioned at the bottom of the bottom pocket 4, is of a cubic structure with an upper opening, and is made of stainless steel materials into a frame with the size of 2.5m (length) multiplied by 2.5m (width) multiplied by 2m (height); the side surface and the bottom surface are made of impervious canvas materials; the bottom of the fish collecting box is provided with fish placing sleeves;
the bottom bag lifting rope 5 is made of steel cables, the lower end of the bottom bag lifting rope is divided into 4 strands, and the bottom bag lifting rope is connected with four corners of the upper opening of the bottom bag grading area 10; the upper end of the bottom bag lifting rope 5 is connected with a winch at the upper part of the net cage;
the upper cover 2 consists of an upper cover frame 7 and an upper cover net; the upper cover frame 7 is a square structure made of stainless steel material, and the size is 10.1m (length) multiplied by 10.1m (width); the outer sides of four corners of the upper cover frame 7 are provided with stainless steel upper cover frame guide rings 12 with the diameter of 8 cm; the upper cover net 3 is made of nylon netting, and the lower opening end is connected with the upper cover frame 7; an upper cover clothes guide ring 6 with the diameter of 8cm is built at the top of the upper cover net 3, and a bottom bag lifting rope 5 penetrates through the upper cover clothes guide ring 6;
the guide steel cable 1 is composed of 2 steel cables, penetrates through an upper cover frame guide ring 12 and a bottom pocket guide ring 13 which are arranged at opposite angles, the upper end of the guide steel cable is connected with a working deck, and the lower end of the guide steel cable is connected with a bottom platform of the net cage.
When fishing in seasons (same temperature period) with little difference of water temperature vertical distribution, the bottom bag 4 is placed in a water layer with dense fish ratios by controlling the length of the bottom bag lifting rope 5; the upper cover 2 is arranged at the height of the working platform at the upper part of the net cage; bait is thrown above the bottom pocket 4, so that the cultured fishes are concentrated above the bottom pocket 4; the upper cover 2 is loosened to enable the fish to fall down quickly by gravity (if necessary, a lead weight is matched), and the fish is covered in a space formed by the upper cover 2 and the bottom pocket 4; starting a winch at the upper part of the net cage, rolling up a lifting rope 5 of the bottom pocket, lifting the fish collecting box of the bottom pocket out of the water surface, opening fish placing sleeves at the bottom of the bottom pocket, and guiding the captured fish into a fish containing container; or the upper edge of the fish collecting box of the bottom bag is lifted to the water surface, and the fish is caught by a fish suction pump.
When fishing in summer (variable temperature period) with large vertical distribution difference of water temperature, the bottom pocket 4 is placed in a water layer with a denser fish ratio at the lower part of the thermocline (-25 m to-30 m water layer) by controlling the length of the lifting rope 5 of the bottom pocket; the upper cover 2 is arranged on the net cage at the height of a working platform; the following steps are the same as above.
Claims (4)
1. A device for catching and culturing fishes in batches for a giant net cage is characterized by comprising a guide steel cable (1), a bottom pocket lifting rope (5), an upper cover (2) arranged on the guide steel cable (1) and a bottom pocket (4);
the upper cover (2) comprises an upper cover frame (7) with a frame structure and an upper cover net (3) with a downward net opening, and the upper cover frame (7) is supported at the net opening of the upper cover net (3); the outer sides of all corners of the upper cover frame (7) are provided with upper cover frame guide rings (12); the top of the upper cover net (3) is provided with an upper cover guide ring (6);
the upper part of the bottom pocket (4) is provided with a wing net (9), the middle part is provided with a grading area (10), and the lower part is provided with a fish collecting box (11);
the wing net (9) comprises a bucket-shaped frame with a big upper part and a small lower part, the upper part and the lower part of the bucket-shaped frame are opened, and the side surface of the bucket-shaped frame is provided with a netting; the inner sides of all corners of the upper frame (8) of the bucket-shaped frame are provided with bottom pocket guide rings (13);
the grading area (10) comprises a frame which is provided with an upper opening, a lower opening and a netting arranged on the side surface, and one or more side surfaces of the frame are provided with fish-specification grading grids;
the fish collecting box (11) comprises an upper opening type box body, and the side surface and the bottom surface of the box body are coated with high-strength waterproof materials; the bottom of the fish collecting box (11) is provided with fish sleeves;
the upper end of the bottom bag lifting rope (5) penetrates through the upper cover coat guide ring (6) and is connected with a winch or a crane on the upper part of the giant net cage, and the lower end of the bottom bag lifting rope is divided into a plurality of strands which are respectively connected with the upper ends of all corners of the grading area (10) of the bottom bag (4);

the waterproof materials on the side surface and the bottom surface of the fish collection box (11) are canvas materials;
