Certain embodiments commensurate in scope with the claimed invention are summarized below. These embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the claimed invention, but rather, they are intended only to provide a brief summary of possible forms of the corresponding invention. Indeed, the claimed invention may encompass a variety of forms that may be similar to or different from the embodiments described below.
The invention aims to provide a tool for picking fruit trees, which can adjust the angle of a fruit screen frame, has simple structure and convenient use, and can conveniently pick the fruit on the fruit trees, improve the labor efficiency and increase the labor pleasure.
Therefore, the invention relates to a fruit picking tool capable of adjusting the angle of a fruit screen frame, which comprises:
the telescopic hand lever comprises a top rod, a lifting sleeve, a connecting rod and a top part arranged on the top rod through a first pivot, wherein the lifting sleeve is arranged on the top rod in a threaded fit mode, a rotatable sleeve ring is arranged on the lifting sleeve, the lower end of the connecting rod is hinged to the sleeve ring through a first fulcrum, and the upper end of the connecting rod is hinged to the top part of the telescopic hand lever through a second fulcrum;
the fruit net frame is fixedly or fixedly arranged at the top of the telescopic hand lever, the central vertical line of the fruit net frame is perpendicular to the pivot axis of the first pivot, and the central vertical line of the fruit net frame is always intersected with or parallel to the straight line where the telescopic hand lever is located;
the fruit loading net is arranged on the fruit screen frame;
a handle cutting mechanism for cutting off the fruit handle, which is arranged at the opening part of the fruit screen frame and is positioned at one side opposite to the telescopic handle rod, the handle cutting mechanism comprises a body, a first fastening part which is arranged on the body and is used for fastening and connecting the fruit screen frame and the telescopic handle bar, a handle cutting opening which is arranged on the body and is parallel to the telescopic handle bar, a guide part which extends towards the fruit screen frame along the two sides of the handle cutting opening in a horn mouth shape, and a second fastening part which is arranged on the guide part and is used for fastening the guide part on the fruit screen frame, a blade approximately parallel to the fruit net frame is arranged above the middle part or on the surface of the handle cutting opening, the cutting edges of the blades cross two sides of the handle cutting opening, the included angle between the cutting edges of the blades and the handle cutting opening is 10-40 degrees, or the curve formed by the cutting edges of the blades is parabolic.
Preferably, the cutting edge of the blade is provided with small sawteeth.
Preferably, the included angle between the cutting edge of the blade and the cutting opening is 15-35 degrees.
Preferably, the included angle between the cutting edge of the blade and the cutting opening is 20-25 degrees.
Preferably, the blade is securely arranged on the handle opening by a pressing plate.
Preferably, the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion are both in the configuration of a hoop.
Preferably, the first fastening portion is a mounting hole and a fastening screw which are arranged on the body, and a first mounting hole matched with the fastening screw is arranged on the fruit net frame.
Preferably, the second fastening portion is a mounting hole and a fastening screw which are arranged on the body, and a second mounting hole matched with the fastening screw is arranged on the fruit net frame.

In addition, the invention also relates to a tool for picking fruit trees and capable of adjusting the angle of the fruit net frame, which comprises:
the telescopic hand lever comprises an ejector rod and a lifting sleeve, the lifting sleeve is arranged on the ejector rod in a threaded fit mode, and a rotatable lantern ring is arranged on the lifting sleeve;
the fruit net frame comprises a net frame handle and a connecting rod, the net frame handle is arranged at the top of the telescopic hand lever through a first pivot, the central vertical line of the fruit net frame is perpendicular to the pivot axis of the first pivot, and the central vertical line of the fruit net frame is always intersected with or parallel to the straight line where the telescopic hand lever is located; the lower end of the connecting rod is hinged to the lantern ring through a first fulcrum, and the upper end of the connecting rod is hinged to the net frame handle through a second fulcrum;
the fruit loading net is arranged on the fruit screen frame;
a handle cutting mechanism for cutting off the fruit handle, which is arranged at the opening part of the fruit screen frame and is positioned at one side opposite to the telescopic handle rod, the handle cutting mechanism comprises a body, a first fastening part which is arranged on the body and is used for fastening and connecting the fruit screen frame and the telescopic handle bar, a handle cutting opening which is arranged on the body and is parallel to the telescopic handle bar, a guide part which extends towards the fruit screen frame along the two sides of the handle cutting opening in a horn mouth shape, and a second fastening part which is arranged on the guide part and is used for fastening the guide part on the fruit screen frame, a blade approximately parallel to the fruit net frame is arranged above the middle part or on the surface of the handle cutting opening, the cutting edges of the blades cross two sides of the handle cutting opening, the included angle between the cutting edges of the blades and the handle cutting opening is 10-40 degrees, or the curve formed by the cutting edges of the blades is parabolic.
Preferably, the lower end of the connecting rod is pivoted on the lantern ring through a first fulcrum, and the upper end of the connecting rod is pivoted on the net frame handle through a second fulcrum.
Against the background described above, the advantageous effects of the present invention are substantially as follows.
1. The telescopic hand lever comprises a top rod, a lifting sleeve, a connecting rod and a top arranged on the top rod through a first pivot, the lifting sleeve is arranged on the top rod in a threaded fit mode, a rotatable lantern ring is arranged on the lifting sleeve, the lower end of the connecting rod is hinged to the lantern ring through a first fulcrum, and the upper end of the connecting rod is hinged to the top of the telescopic hand lever through a second fulcrum; the fruit net frame is fixedly or tightly installed at the top of the telescopic hand lever, the central perpendicular line of the fruit net frame is perpendicular to the pivot axis of the first pivot, and the central perpendicular line of the fruit net frame is always intersected with or parallel to the straight line where the telescopic hand lever is located. Thereby being capable of conveniently adjusting the angle of the fruit net frame and being suitable for various occasions.
2. The fruit-picking tool capable of adjusting the angle of the fruit net frame comprises a handle cutting mechanism, a handle cutting opening, a guide part and a second fastening part, wherein the handle cutting mechanism is arranged at one side, opposite to the telescopic hand rod, of the opening part of the fruit net frame and comprises a body, the first fastening part is arranged on the body and is used for being fastened with the fruit net frame and the telescopic hand rod, the handle cutting opening is arranged on the body and is parallel to the telescopic hand rod, the guide part extends towards the fruit net frame in a horn-shaped mode along two sides of the handle cutting opening, the second fastening part is arranged on the guide part and is used for fastening the guide part on the fruit net frame, a blade approximately parallel to the fruit net frame is arranged above the middle part or on the surface of the handle cutting opening, the cutting edges of the blade cross two sides of the handle cutting opening, and the included angle between the cutting edges of the blade and the handle cutting opening ranges from 10 degrees to 40 degrees, Or the curve formed by the cutting edge of the blade is parabolic. When picking fruits, the picking tools are moved to place the fruit stalks of the fruits into the handle cutting openings, and then the fruit stalks of the fruits can be cut off by pulling forcefully, so that the fruits fall into the fruit containing net. Simple structure, simple operation, convenient use and fun.
3. The tool for picking the fruit trees with the adjustable fruit net frame angle has the advantages that the blade for cutting the fruit bundles is positioned at the position of the fruit bundle cutting opening or in the fruit bundle cutting opening, so that the target fruit cannot be damaged by the blade for cutting the fruit bundles in the moving process of the picking tool. In the fruit tree picking tool disclosed in publication No. CN 107548705A, in the implementation of the embodiment, it is obviously necessary to pay attention not to touch the fruit during the moving process, and the fruit may be damaged, but the invention can well avoid the problem.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the technical solutions involved in the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. It should be noted that, in a non-conflicting manner, the embodiments and the specific features described in the embodiments in the present application may be combined in any suitable manner; in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations are not described in the present application, and should be considered as disclosed in the present application as long as they do not depart from the gist of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an alternative embodiment of a fruit picking tool capable of adjusting an angle of a fruit net frame provided in the present application; FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the fruit picking tool with adjustable angle of the fruit net frame in FIG. 1, and a part of the fruit holding net and the telescopic handle is omitted; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the fruit net frame of FIGS. 1 and 2; fig. 4 is a perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the handle cutting mechanism of fig. 1 and 2.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fruit picking tool capable of adjusting the angle of the fruit net frame comprises a telescopic handle rod 10, a fruit net frame 20, a fruit containing net 30 and a handle cutting mechanism 40, wherein the fruit net frame 20 is tightly mounted on the top 11 of the telescopic handle rod 10, the fruit containing net 30 is mounted on the fruit net frame 20, and the handle cutting mechanism 40 is arranged at the mouth of the fruit net frame 20 and is located at the side opposite to the telescopic handle rod 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the handle cutting mechanism 40 includes a body 41, a first fastening portion 42, a handle cutting opening 43, a guiding portion 44, a second fastening portion 45, and a blade 46, wherein the first fastening portion 42 is disposed on the body 41, the body 41 is fastened to a portion of the fruit net frame 20 opposite to the telescopic handle bar 10 through the first fastening portion 42, the handle cutting opening 43 is disposed on the body 41 and parallel to the telescopic handle bar 10, the guiding portion 44 extends toward the fruit net frame 20 in a bell mouth shape along both sides of the handle cutting opening 43, the second fastening portion 45 is disposed on the guiding portion 44 for fastening the guiding portion 44 to the fruit net frame 20, the blade 46 is disposed on a surface of the handle cutting opening 43 and substantially parallel to the fruit net frame 20, a cutting edge of the blade 46 spans both sides of the handle cutting opening 43, and an included angle between the cutting edge of the blade 46 and the handle cutting opening 43 is 10 ° -40 °.
Further, please refer to fig. 5 to 7, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a top portion of a telescopic handle of an alternative embodiment of the fruit picking tool with adjustable fruit frame angle provided in the present application; FIG. 6 is a schematic view, partly in section, of FIG. 5, showing the lifting sleeve and collar mounted thereon, with the body portion of the telescoping handle omitted; fig. 7 is a bottom schematic view of the collar and link of fig. 5.
In still another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the top 11 of the telescopic handle 10 is disposed on the top rod 13 through the first pivot 12, the lifting sleeve 15 is disposed on the top rod 13, the top rod 13 has an external thread section 14 below the first pivot 12, the lifting sleeve 15 has an internal thread 152 matching with the external thread section 14, the lifting sleeve 15 has a ring groove 151 on the upper portion, a collar 16 is disposed in the ring groove 151, the lower end of the connecting rod 17 is hinged to the collar 16 through the first fulcrum 18, the upper end of the connecting rod 17 is hinged to the top of the top 11 through the second fulcrum 19, and the pivot axis of the first pivot 12 is perpendicular to the center vertical line of the fruit net frame 20, and the center vertical line of the fruit net frame 20 is always intersected or parallel with the telescopic handle 10. Obviously, the central vertical line of the fruit net frame 20 refers to a straight line passing through the fruit net frame 20 and perpendicular to the fruit net frame 20. Therein, the pivot of the first pivot 12 may also be referred to as the first pin 12, where the function is the same but the nomenclature is somewhat different.
During adjustment, the lifting sleeve 15 is rotated, because the internal thread 152 on the lifting sleeve 15 is matched with the external thread section 14 on the mandril 13, the lifting sleeve 15 can be driven to lift relative to the mandril 13 by rotating the lifting sleeve 15, the lantern ring 16 arranged on the lifting sleeve 15 can lift synchronously along with the lifting sleeve 15, the lantern ring 16 pulls the connecting rod 17 through the first fulcrum 18, the connecting rod 17 drives the top part 11 to rotate through the second fulcrum 19, and the top part 11 rotates relative to the telescopic hand lever 10, namely, the angle of the fruit net frame 20 relative to the telescopic hand lever 10 is changed.
In some alternative embodiments, not shown, the mesh frame 20 may also be fixed to the top 11 of the telescopic handle bar 10. The blade 46 may also be positioned above the middle of the handle opening 43 by providing the body 41 with a blade mounting hole to position the blade 46 below the surface and then securing it with a mating securing element, the securing element merely securing the blade being entirely conventional and not overly described herein. The blade 46 may be constructed in such a manner that the cutting edge of the blade 46 forms a parabolic curve, so that the efficiency of cutting the fruit stalks by the cutting edge of the blade 46 is improved when the telescopic handle 10 is pulled. It should be noted that the telescopic handle 10 may adopt various telescopic rod structures, and details thereof are not described herein. Of course, unless otherwise specified, both side walls of the above-described cut-off opening 43 are fixed, and both side walls are parallel or substantially parallel to each other.
Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, the top part 11 of the telescopic handle bar 10 in fig. 5 is a part of the fruit net frame 20, i.e. a mounting handle for the fruit net frame 20, which is arranged on the carrier rod 13 by the first pivot 12, and the second pivot 19 is arranged on the mounting handle.
Referring to fig. 5-7, in a preferred embodiment, first fulcrum 18 is in the form of a pin or pivot and second fulcrum 19 is in the form of a pin or pivot. One end of the pin shaft or the pivot is provided with a pin shaft head, and the other end adopts the simplest cotter pin; furthermore, nuts or other various locking elements may be used for locking. Wherein, the lantern ring 16 adopts the structure similar to the staple bolt, and is convenient succinct. In addition, in some embodiments not shown, the lifting sleeve 15 may be located above the first pivot 12, that is, the first pivot 12 is not located at the top end of the top rod 13, and it is also possible to achieve the function thereof, and only the specific structure of the top 11 needs to be adjusted properly to make the adjustable range larger, and it is also possible to adjust the lifting sleeve 15 less conveniently.
In some preferred embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the mounting position of the fruit net frame 20 is expandable, two ends of the mounting position of the fruit net frame 20 are respectively provided with a mounting block 23 and a mounting block 24, the mounting block 23 is arranged at the left end of the frame body of the fruit net frame 20, the mounting block 24 is arranged at the right end of the frame body of the fruit net frame 20, the mounting block 23 and the mounting block 24 are provided with coaxial mounting holes, and the fastening bolt 12 passes through the mounting holes on the mounting block 23 and the mounting block 24 and then is screwed into the threaded hole on the top 11 of the telescopic handle bar 10 to complete fastening. The scheme is one of the simplest installation structures, and of course, other various existing technologies are also simpler, and are not described herein again. In addition, the fruit net frame 20 is pulled open, so that the fruit net 30 can be conveniently installed; in use, the fruit net 30 is generally installed first, and then the fruit net frame 20 is installed on the telescopic handle bar 10, which is convenient.
In some preferred embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, and fig. 4, the cutting edge of blade 46 is angled between 15 ° and 35 ° relative to handle opening 43; preferably between 20 ° and 25 °.
In some preferred embodiments, not shown, the cutting edge of blade 46 is provided with small serrations. The efficiency of cutting off the fruit stalk can be improved, like the hook, the effect of cutting can be improved.
In some preferred embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the first fastening portion 42 is a mounting hole 421 and a fastening screw 422 provided on the body 41 of the handle mechanism 40, and the fruit net frame 20 is provided with a first mounting hole 21 engaged with the fastening screw 422.
In some preferred embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the second fastening portion 45 is a mounting hole 451 and a fastening screw 452 provided on the body 41 of the handle mechanism 40, and the fruit net frame 20 is provided with a second mounting hole 22 engaged with the fastening screw 452.
In some alternative embodiments, not shown, both the first fastening portion 42 and the second fastening portion 45 may be in the configuration of a hoop to provide the handle cutting mechanism 40 on the fruit net frame 20. In addition, the specific structure of the first fastening portion 42 and the second fastening portion 45 may also adopt other various prior arts.
In some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the blade 46 is fastened to the handle opening 43 by a pressing plate 47, or the blade 46 is provided with mounting holes and fastened directly to the handle opening 43 by fasteners. Of course, any other suitable means, such as welding, gluing, or any other suitable means may be used.
In some preferred embodiments, not shown, fruit net 30 is made of a nylon mesh, although various other suitable meshes may be used.
In some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, 4, the rear of the guide 44 has a cover 48 that covers the area between the guide and the frame 20.
In some preferred embodiments, not shown, the width of the cut-out 43 is 1mm-2mm or 2mm-4mm, 4mm-6mm, 6mm-8mm, 8mm-10mm, 10mm-12mm, 12mm-15mm, 15mm-18mm, 18mm-25 mm.
In some preferred embodiments, not shown, the body of the handle mechanism has a thickness of 1mm to 2mm or 2mm to 5mm, or 5mm to 10mm, 10mm to 15mm, 15mm to 20mm at the location of the handle opening 43.
In some alternative embodiments, please refer to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another alternative embodiment of the lifting sleeve and the collar mounted thereon.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the collar 16 is of a sleeve-like structure, and a protruding portion for mounting the first support point 18 is provided at a certain outer periphery, and an upper side wall of the ring groove 151 of the lifting sleeve 15 is formed by a sleeve nut 153 fastened to the lifting sleeve 15 by screw-fitting, so that the collar 16 can be easily removed by removing the sleeve nut 153, and the mounting is also convenient. In addition, there may be some other alternative ways, for example, the sleeve nut 153 may be replaced by a sleeve, so that the lifting sleeve 15 is not provided with an external thread for installing the sleeve nut 153, and is directly sleeved on the upper side wall of the upper part and the sleeve forms the upper side wall of the ring groove 151, and then is locked by various suitable ways such as a set screw arranged in the circumferential direction or at the end.
In addition, in other partial adjustments, such as the internal threads 152 of the lift sleeve 15 shown in fig. 5 and 8, which are all threaded, the middle portion may be provided with no threads but rather with a larger axial bore for ease of machining, thus eliminating the need to machine the entire screw.
Furthermore, with reference to fig. 5 to 8, in some alternative embodiments, not shown, the annular groove 151 provided in the lifting sleeve 15 and the collar 16 provided on the annular groove 151 may be replaced by a bearing provided on the lifting sleeve 15, and the same effect may be achieved by providing the first fulcrum 18 on the bearing outer ring, which, of course, needs to be of a type such that the bearing outer ring does not move axially.
The above description of the function or effect of each invention is intended to mean that it has the function or effect, and that it may have other functions or effects, and therefore should not be construed as unduly limiting the function or effect.
