Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The existing electronic tag generally comprises a display screen, a wireless communication module and a power supply. When the number of the electronic tags required on the shelf is large, each electronic tag is provided with the wireless communication module and the power supply independently, so that the cost is high. For example, taking an example that each shelf includes 6 shelf layers and each shelf layer needs to use 5 electronic tags, each shelf needs 30 electronic tags, and a convenience store or supermarket usually has more than 30 shelves, such a convenience store or supermarket may need thousands of electronic tags, which results in high cost and hinders popularization and promotion of the electronic tags to some extent.
Meanwhile, each electronic tag is provided with a wireless communication module, so that when the electronic tag and the control host carry out wireless communication, communication conflict may be caused due to mutual interference, in order to avoid the communication conflict, the control host generally refreshes data in the electronic tag in a polling mode to adjust display content on the electronic tag, and the polling mode is poor in real-time performance and may take tens of minutes or even hours to complete one refreshing action.
In addition, when part of the electronic tags are bound with goods, workers need to scan the goods and then scan the bar codes on the electronic tags, so that the binding of the electronic tags and the goods is completed. If the goods corresponding to the electronic tags are replaced, the processes need to be repeated, so that the using process of the electronic tags is complicated, and manpower is wasted.
In order to solve the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide an electronic tag control method, an electronic tag control apparatus, a control host, and an electronic tag system. The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the present embodiment provides an electronic label system, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, which includes an electronic label 3 and at least one communication device 2 provided on a shelf. Each communication device 2 can be connected with a plurality of electronic tags 3. The electronic tag 3 is connected with the control host 3 through the connected communication equipment 2, so that the control host 1 adjusts the display content of the electronic tag 3.
For example, a plurality of electronic tags 3 on each shelf may be connected to one communication device 2; or a plurality of electronic tags 3 on each row of shelves are connected to one communication device 2; or a plurality of electronic tags 3 on each shelf are connected to one communication device 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the communication device 2 includes a power supply module 23, a first controller 21, and a data transmission module 22 connected to the first controller 21. The power module 23 is used for supplying power to the communication device 2 and the electronic tag 3 connected with the communication device 2. The data transmission module 22 is used for data transmission with the control host 1. The data transmission module 22 may be a wireless module, such as a bluetooth module, a radio frequency module, an infrared module, or a WiFi module.
The electronic tag 3 comprises a second controller 31 and a display screen 32 connected with the second controller 31, and the second controller 31 is used for transmitting the information sent by the communication equipment 2 to the display screen 32 for displaying. The display screen 32 may be an LED dot matrix display screen or an electronic ink screen.
An alternative embodiment is: the communication equipment 2 is connected with the electronic tag 3 through a connecting line, and information and electric energy are transmitted through the connecting line. Further, the communication device 2 is provided with a first data transceiving interface, and the electronic tag 3 is provided with a second data transceiving interface. The first data transceiving interface and the second data transceiving interface are connected through a connecting line and are used for transmitting information and electric energy between the communication equipment 2 and the electronic tag 3. The communication device 2 may be provided with a plurality of first data transceiving interfaces for connecting a plurality of electronic tags 3. This way, it is possible to realize that a plurality of electronic tags 3 on each shelf are connected to one communication device 2.
Another alternative embodiment is shown in fig. 3 and 8: all set up guide rail 4 and communications facilities 2 on every layer of goods shelves, communications facilities 2 connect the tip at guide rail 4. A plurality of electronic tags 3 are connected on guide rail 4, and communication equipment 2 is connected with a plurality of electronic tags 3 that set up on same layer goods shelves through guide rail 4. This way, a plurality of electronic tags 3 on each layer of shelf can be connected to one communication device 2. If with 4 vertical settings of guide rail, communications facilities 2 are connected in the upper end or the lower extreme of guide rail 4, and a plurality of electronic tags 3 are connected on guide rail 4, can realize that a plurality of electronic tags 3 on every row of goods shelves all are connected to a communications facilities 2.
Furthermore, a plurality of metal conductors are arranged on the guide rail 4, each metal conductor is connected with the communication equipment 2, and different functions such as a power line, a data line, a clock signal line and the like are correspondingly realized. The metal conductor may be a bare copper-clad layer on an elongated PCB, for example, a plurality of bare copper-clad layers are disposed on the elongated PCB mounted on the rail 4, and respectively serve as a power line (including the Vcc line and the ground line GND shown in fig. 3) and a data line (including the data transmission line Tx and the data reception line Rx shown in fig. 3). Different contacts are arranged on the electronic tag 3 and are respectively connected with different metal conductors on the guide rail 4. Specifically, the electronic tag 3 is provided with a power line contact and a data line contact, the power line contact is used for connecting a power line, and the data line contact is used for connecting a data line.
Optionally, a positioning assembly is arranged on the guide rail 4, a positioning contact in contact connection with the positioning assembly is arranged on the electronic tag 3, and the communication device determines the position of each electronic tag on the guide rail according to the position of the positioning contact on the positioning assembly.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning assembly comprises a plurality of resistors 42 connected in series and circumscribing positioning points 41 connected between adjacent resistors. The circumscribed anchor points 41 are arranged in a row on the surface of the guide rail 4. When the positioning contact of the electronic tag 3 is in contact with different external positioning points, the voltages detected by the electronic tag 3 are different. The electronic tag 3 sends the detected voltage to the communication device 2, and the communication device 2 can determine the position of the positioning contact of the electronic tag 3 on the positioning component according to the received voltage. For example, a positioning contact on the electronic tag 3 is connected to the second controller 31. When the positioning contact point of the electronic tag 3 is in contact with different external positioning points, the voltages detected by the second controller 31 are different, the second controller 31 sends the detected voltages and the identifier of the electronic tag to the communication equipment 2, and the first controller 21 of the communication equipment determines the position of the positioning contact point on the positioning component according to the corresponding relationship between the position of the prestored external positioning point and the voltage, so as to determine the position of the electronic tag on the guide rail. The communication equipment 2 sends the determined position of the electronic tag to the control host 1, so that the control host 1 determines the goods corresponding to the electronic tag according to the position of the electronic tag and the position of the goods on the shelf.
In another alternative embodiment, the positioning assembly comprises a plurality of outer contact points on the guide rail 4, which may be arranged in rows on the guide rail 4. Each external contact point is connected with the communication equipment 2; when the positioning contact of the electronic tag 3 is in contact with one of the external contacts, the communication device 2 determines the position of the positioning contact of the electronic tag 3 on the positioning assembly according to the pre-stored positions of the external contacts. For example, each external contact point is connected to the first controller 21 of the communication device 2. If the electronic tag 3 is in contact with an external contact, the external contact is pressed. The communication device 2 stores the positions of the respective external contact points in advance. The first controller 21 powers up the respective external contact points in turn, and if a certain external contact point is pressed by the electronic tag, the electronic tag in contact with the external contact point is activated, and the identification of the electronic tag is transmitted to the communication device 2. The first controller 21 of the communication device 2 determines the location of the electronic tag in combination with the identification of the electronic tag and the location of the external contact point. In this way, the communication device 2 can also determine the location of each electronic tag connected thereto. The communication equipment 2 sends the determined position of the electronic tag to the control host 1, so that the control host 1 determines the goods corresponding to the electronic tag according to the position of the electronic tag 3 and the position of the goods on the shelf.
In the electronic tag system, the plurality of electronic tags share one data transmission module and one power supply module, so that the cost can be reduced, the popularization and the popularization of the electronic tags are facilitated, and meanwhile, the power consumption is also saved due to the reduction of the data transmission modules in the system. Compared with the prior art that each electronic tag uses one wireless communication module, the number of the wireless modules in the system is reduced, and the mutual interference and communication conflict of signals in the communication process can be reduced.
Optionally, in order to further save power consumption, the display screen 32 of the electronic tag 3 adopts a display screen capable of displaying power down. An electronic switch is arranged on the power line, the electronic switch is connected with the first controller 21 of the communication equipment 2, and under the action of the first controller 21, the power module 23 supplies power to the electronic tag 3 discontinuously. The first controller 21 may cut off the power supply of the electronic tag 3 from the power supply module through the electronic switch during the time when the electronic tag data does not need to be updated. After the power supply is cut off, the display screen 32 of the electronic tag 3 can still display the content displayed before the power supply is cut off. At this time, standby power consumption exists only in the communication device 2 in the system, so that power can be saved.
The first controller 21 controls the electronic switch on the power line to be conducted once every set time interval, so as to realize heartbeat type power-on. Illustratively, the first controller 21 may control the electronic switch to be energized for 5 seconds every 5 minutes. When the communication equipment 2 receives the goods refreshing information sent by the control host 1, the electronic switch on the power line is controlled to be switched on once, and the received goods refreshing information is sent to the corresponding electronic tag. The data in the electronic tag is refreshed in the mode, the speed is high, and the data refreshing can be realized in real time. When the electronic switch on the power line is turned on, the communication equipment receives the identification and the position of the electronic tag sent by each electronic tag connected with the communication equipment; or the communication equipment receives the identification of the electronic tag sent by each electronic tag connected with the communication equipment and determines the position of each electronic tag.
Compared with the prior art that each electronic tag independently uses one battery, the electronic tags share one battery, so that the workload of replacing the battery can be reduced. Specifically, in the conventional electronic tag system, a batch of electronic tags are generally used at the same time, and when the electric energy of the battery of one or some electronic tags is exhausted, all the batteries of the batch of electronic tags are replaced. In the electronic tag system of the embodiment of the invention, if 5 electronic tags share one power supply module, the workload of replacing the battery can be reduced to one fifth of the prior workload.
Example two:
the present embodiment provides an electronic tag control method, which can be applied to the control host of the electronic tag system described in the first embodiment. The control host is connected with at least one communication device, and the communication device is connected with a plurality of electronic tags arranged on the goods shelf. The control host adjusts the display content of the electronic tag through the communication equipment. It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow charts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein. The present embodiment will be described in detail below.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an electronic tag control method provided in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
step S602, identifying the goods to be refreshed and the positions of the goods to be refreshed on the shelves from the acquired shelf images.
The shelf image can be shot by a worker from the front face of the shelf by using a camera or by other means. On the shelf, an electronic tag located below the article is used to display article information of the article, as shown in fig. 8. After the camera shoots the goods shelf image, the goods shelf image is transmitted to the control host. The control host can identify the goods of the display content of the electronic tag to be refreshed from the shelf image by using the existing image identification method, and comprises the step of identifying the goods identification of the goods to be refreshed from the shelf image and the like. The item identification may be a name of the item or a number of the item, etc. For example, when a supermarket puts in stock, each batch of goods has a corresponding number, the goods to be refreshed are identified from the shelf image by using an image identification method, and the number corresponding to the goods to be refreshed is determined. The control host can also determine the position of the goods to be refreshed on the goods shelf through the coordinates of the goods to be refreshed in the goods shelf image. The location of the items to be refreshed on the shelves may include the shelf layer on which the items to be refreshed are located and the lateral position of the items to be refreshed on the shelf layer. For example, the shelf layer where the refreshed item is located may be determined according to the ordinate of the refreshed item in the shelf image. According to the abscissa of the goods to be refreshed in the shelf image, the transverse position of the goods to be refreshed on the shelf layer can be determined.
And step S604, determining the communication equipment and the electronic tag corresponding to the goods to be refreshed according to the position of the goods to be refreshed on the shelf.
According to the shelf layer where the goods to be refreshed are located and the pre-stored corresponding relation between the shelf layer and the communication equipment, the communication equipment corresponding to the goods to be refreshed can be determined. And acquiring the identification and the position of each electronic tag connected with the communication equipment corresponding to the goods to be refreshed. The identification of the electronic tag may be a tag ID. The control host can search the identification and the position of each electronic tag connected with the corresponding communication equipment from the pre-stored electronic tag positions. The control host stores the corresponding relation between each communication device and the electronic tag. The pre-stored electronic tag position is the position of each electronic tag which is uploaded by each communication device last time. The control host may also send an electronic tag location solicitation request to the communication device after determining the communication device corresponding to the goods to be refreshed, and request the communication device to upload the current location of each electronic tag. And determining the electronic tags corresponding to the transverse positions of the goods to be refreshed on the shelf layer according to the positions of the electronic tags. For example, the transverse position of the goods to be refreshed on the shelf layer can be compared with the position of each electronic tag; if the position deviation between the position of a certain electronic tag and the transverse position of the goods to be refreshed on the shelf layer is smaller than or equal to a set threshold value, the electronic tag can be determined as the electronic tag corresponding to the transverse position of the goods to be refreshed on the shelf layer. The set threshold may be between 0cm and 3cm, taking into account the actual size of the goods.
Step S606, the goods information of the goods to be refreshed is extracted from the goods information database.
The goods information database stores therein goods information of respective goods, such as names, prices, manufacturers, and the like of the goods. The goods information of the goods to be refreshed can be extracted from the goods information database according to the goods identification of the goods to be refreshed.
The order of step S606 and step S604 may be reversed.
Step S608, goods refreshing information is generated according to the goods information of the goods to be refreshed and the identification of the electronic tag corresponding to the goods to be refreshed.
