According to the specific embodiments provided herein, the present application discloses the following technical effects:
the embodiment of the application can provide the electronic price tag which can be used for space positioning. Specifically, the electronic price tag may include an information transmitter and an information receiver disposed on two sides of the electronic price tag body, and when the electronic price tag is mounted on a guide rail disposed on the shelf, the information transmitter and the information receiver respectively face two extending directions of the guide rail. Therefore, the second electronic price tag can externally send identification information of the second electronic price tag through the information transmitter, the adjacent first electronic price tag can obtain the identification information of the second electronic price tag through the information receiver, and the identification information of the first electronic price tag and the identification information of the second electronic price tag are submitted to the first service end through the first client end arranged in the first electronic price tag.
Therefore, the first service end can determine the relative position relation information among the electronic price tags according to the received information and send the relative position relation information to the second service end, so that the second service end can determine the placing position information of the commodity objects according to the association relation between the electronic price tags and the commodity objects, automatically check the placing position information according to legal display mode information, and obtain check result information and send the check result information to the second client. According to the scheme, the checking process is not influenced by human factors any more, and the checking efficiency and the accuracy of the checking result are improved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time for the practice of the present application.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
Considering that after the commodity object is placed, the commodity object needs to be bound with the electronic price tag, and the corresponding relevant information of the commodity object is displayed through the electronic price tag, the embodiment of the application can provide the electronic price tag which can be used for space positioning, so that the placing position of the commodity object is determined through the binding relationship between the electronic price tag and the commodity object, and the execution result of the display task related to the operating personnel is automatically verified.
Referring to the schematic diagram shown in fig. 1, an electronic price tag provided in an embodiment of the present application may include: the electronic price tag comprises an electronic price tag body 11, an information transmitter 12 and an information receiver 13 which are correspondingly arranged at two sides of the body, a controller (not shown in the figure) and a communication module (not shown in the figure). When the electronic price tag is installed on a guide rail of a shelf, the information transmitter and the information receiver respectively face two extending directions of the guide rail (see fig. 3 for an example). Specifically, the information transmitter is used for externally transmitting identification information of the electronic price tag; the information receiver is used for obtaining the identification information sent by other electronic price tags and transmitting the identification information to the controller, so that the controller submits the identification information of the electronic price tags and the identification information of the other electronic price tags to the cloud server through the communication module. The electronic price tag that this application embodiment provided compares volume change little with traditional electronic price tag, and but the adaptation is installed in traditional guide rail, and the installation is maintained comparatively simply.
As an example, the electronic price tag may include an information transmitter and an information receiver, which may be disposed on two sides of the electronic price tag body as shown in fig. 1. For example, an information receiver may be provided on the left side of the electronic price tag body and an information transmitter may be provided on the right side.
Alternatively, the electronic price tag may include two information transmitters and two information receivers, which are disposed on two sides of the electronic price tag body as shown in fig. 2, that is, one information transmitter and one information receiver are disposed on each side. In the application process, the information transmission equipment which is respectively started on the two sides of the electronic price tag can be determined by combining with actual use requirements. For example, if the electronic price tag a enables the information transmitter arranged at the right side of the body, the electronic price tag B may enable the information receiver arranged at the left side of the body for receiving the identification information sent by the electronic price tag a; correspondingly, the electronic price tag B can start the information transmitter arranged on the right side of the body, and sends identification information of the electronic price tag B to the electronic price tag C, and the electronic price tag C can start the information receiver arranged on the left side of the body to receive the identification information of the electronic price tag B. On the contrary, the electronic price tag a can also start the information receiver arranged on the right side of the body and be used for receiving the identification information of the electronic price tag B sent by the information transmitter arranged on the left side of the electronic price tag B, correspondingly, the information receiver can be started on the right side of the electronic price tag B and receive the identification information of the electronic price tag C sent by the information transmitter arranged on the left side of the electronic price tag C, that is, as long as it is ensured that one side of the electronic price tag can send information in the using process, and the other side can receive information.
As an example, the electronic price tags may be communicated with each other by optical communication, such as infrared communication, laser communication, and the like. Taking infrared communication as an example, the information transmitter may be embodied as an infrared transmitter, and the information receiver may be embodied as an infrared receiver.
For the scheme of information transmission by an infrared communication mode, the information interference between adjacent layers of the shelf can be generated by considering the large divergence angle of infrared emission. Referring to fig. 3 for an example, in addition to being received by the electronic price tag 132 on the right side of the layer 3, the infrared signal emitted by the infrared emitter of the electronic price tag 131 installed on the layer 3 of the shelf 1 may also be received by the electronic price tag 122 on the right side of the layer 2 and the electronic price tag 142 on the right side of the layer 4, for which the following preferred solutions for information interference are provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Under a mode, an LED condensing lens can be additionally arranged outside the information transmitter, the transmitting angle of the transmitter is controlled within a certain range, and the infrared signals transmitted by the transmitter are ensured to be received only by adjacent electronic price tags on the same layer and not by other electronic price tags on the adjacent layer.
Or, in another mode, the electronic price tag and the guide rail for fixing the electronic price tag can be optimized, so that the electronic price tag can obtain the identification information of the guide rail where the electronic price tag is located and submit the identification information to the first service end, and thus the first service end can determine the shelf layer where the electronic price tag is located according to the pre-bound association relationship between the guide rail and the shelf layer, so that the problem of information interference between adjacent layers is solved. That is, even if the electronic price tags of adjacent layers receive the infrared signals sent by the electronic price tags 131 and submit the identification information of the electronic price tags 131 to the first service end, the first service end can identify the interference information according to the shelf level information associated with the guide rail where each electronic price tag is located.
Referring to the schematic diagram of fig. 4, the guide rail in the embodiment of the present application may include a guide rail body 21, a controller (not shown in the figure), and a communication wire 22. The guide rail body may include a guide rail groove 23 disposed in the extending direction of the guide rail, and the communication wire is disposed in the guide rail groove and electrically connected to the controller. Correspondingly, the electronic price tag may be provided with a communication contact 15 on the second surface of the electronic price tag body (wherein, the electronic price tag body may include a correspondingly provided first surface and second surface, the first surface is provided with a display screen 14), the shape of the contact matches with the shape of the opening of the guide rail groove, and the communication contact may be electrically connected with the communication lead when the electronic price tag is mounted on the guide rail, as shown in fig. 5. Therefore, the electronic price tag can be connected with the communication wire in parallel through the communication contact to form a single-bus topological structure, and the guide rail controller can issue the identification information of the guide rail to the electronic price tag installed on the guide rail through the communication wire.
In the embodiment of the application, the guide rail controller can periodically send the identification information of the guide rail to the electronic price tag; or when an instruction issued by the first server and used for verifying the display task execution result is obtained, issuing the identification information of the guide rail to the electronic price tag, and submitting the identification information of the guide rail to the first server through the first client deployed in the electronic price tag. As an example, the guideway controller may directly communicate with the first service end to obtain the instruction information; or, the first service end may indirectly communicate with the first service end through other devices, for example, the first service end issues the instruction information to an access point AP (access point) associated with the entity store, and forwards the instruction information to the rail controller through the AP.
The following explains a process of determining the placement position information of the commodity object according to the embodiment of the present application with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 6.
Example 1
S101: and the second server side obtains the identification information of the electronic price tags related to different commodity objects.
When the operation personnel associated with the entity shop executes the display task, after the placing position of the commodity object is determined, the commodity object and the electronic price tag can be bound, and the electronic price tag is fixed at the position corresponding to the placing position of the commodity object, so that a consumer user can check the related information of the corresponding commodity object through the electronic price tag.
Taking the four-layer shelf shown in fig. 3 as an example, the four-layer shelf may include 4 laminates, a rail for fixing an electronic price tag may be installed on a cross beam corresponding to each laminate, and after placing a commodity object on the laminate, the electronic price tag may be clamped in the rail corresponding to the position of the commodity object, specifically, refer to the position relationship between 3 kinds of commodity objects placed on the 3 rd-layer shelf shown in fig. 3 and the electronic price tags associated therewith.
In the actual operation process, the operator can establish the association relationship between the commodity object and the electronic price tag through the price tag management device, and request the second server to issue the related information of the commodity object to the associated electronic price tag for information display. The following takes the commodity object 1 in the physical store 1 as an example, and the implementation process of binding the electronic price tag is illustrated.
The staff in the physical store 1 can scan the bar code of the commodity object 1 and the bar code of the electronic price tag 131 through the price tag management device, obtain the identification information of the two and submit the identification information to the second server. Correspondingly, the second server may issue the related information (for example, commodity information, price information, inventory information, and the like) of the commodity object 1 to the AP deployed in the physical store 1, forward the related information of the commodity object 1 to the electronic price tag 131 through the AP, and display information through the display screen of the electronic price tag 131. Thus, the consumer user can view the information related to the merchandise object 1 through the electronic price tag 131.
Similarly, after the commodity object 2 and the electronic price tag 132 are bound, the display screen of the electronic price tag 132 can display the relevant information of the commodity object 2; after the commodity object 3 and the electronic price tag 133 are bound, the display screen of the electronic price tag 133 can display the related information of the commodity object 3.
In the above example, the second server may obtain the association relationship between the commodity object and the electronic price tag shown in table 1 below.

S102: the first client side obtains identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with the first client side and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag, and submits the identification information to the first service side.
In the embodiment of the application, the first client can be deployed on the electronic price tag to realize the functions of the controller. Specifically, the first client may obtain identification information of an associated electronic price tag (i.e., a first electronic price tag) and identification information of a second electronic price tag (i.e., an electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag after the first electronic price tag is installed on the guide rail), and submit the identification information to the first service end.
As an example, the first client may periodically submit the identification information to the first server; or, the identification information may be submitted to the first server when an instruction for verifying the display task execution result issued by the first server is obtained. For example, the first server may issue instruction information to the first client when it is determined that the exhibition task is completed.
Taking the first electronic price tag as the electronic price tag 132 and the second electronic price tag as the electronic price tag 131 as an example, the first client 1 deployed in the electronic price tag 131 can control the information transmitter of the electronic price tag 131 to send its own identification information after obtaining the instruction issued by the first server. Correspondingly, the information receiver of the electronic price tag 132 located on the right side of the electronic price tag 131 can obtain the identification information of the electronic price tag 131 and send the identification information to the first client 2 deployed in the electronic price tag 132, so that when the first client 2 determines to obtain the instruction issued by the first service end, the identification information of the electronic price tag 131 and the identification information of the electronic price tag 132 can be submitted to the first service end through the communication module of the electronic price tag 132.
In the embodiment of the application, if the electronic price tag does not have the remote communication capability, the first client can obtain the instruction issued by the first service end through the AP, and submit the identification information to the first service end through the AP. As an example, if the communication module in the electronic price tag is a bluetooth module, the first client may wirelessly communicate with the AP through the bluetooth module.
Thus, in the example illustrated in fig. 3, the first client deployed in the electronic price tag 132 may obtain the identification information of the electronic price tag 131 and the identification information of the electronic price tag 132 and submit the obtained identification information to the first service end; the first client deployed in the electronic price tag 133 can obtain the identification information of the electronic price tag 132 and the identification information of the electronic price tag 133 and submit the identification information to the first service end. For a first client deployed in the electronic price tag 131 (i.e., the first electronic price tag in the signal transmission direction), when it is determined that the identification information of the adjacent electronic price tag is not received, information submission may not be performed; or, only the self identification information may be submitted to the first service end; alternatively, the field representing the identification information of the adjacent electronic price tag may be set to null at the time of information submission.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the adjacent second electronic price tags may be understood as electronic price tags adjacent to each other in a signal transmission manner. Taking the electronic price tag 132 shown in fig. 3 as an example, the electronic price tags 131, 133, 122, 142 are all adjacent to the electronic price tag 132 in terms of spatial position, but the electronic price tag 131 and the electronic price tag 133 located on the same shelf layer are adjacent to the electronic price tag 132 in terms of signal transmission direction. If the electronic price tag is provided with the information receiver on the left side and the information transmitter on the right side of the body as shown in fig. 1, the identification information of the adjacent electronic price tag 131 can be obtained when the electronic price tag 132 is used as the first electronic price tag; if the information transmitter is disposed on the left side of the electronic price tag body and the information receiver is disposed on the right side of the electronic price tag body, the identification information of the adjacent electronic price tag 133 can be obtained when the electronic price tag 132 is used as the first electronic price tag.
S103: and the first server side determines the relative position relation information among the electronic price tags according to the identification information submitted by at least one first client side, and sends the information to the second server side.
After the first server side obtains the identification information submitted by the plurality of first clients, the relative position relation information among the electronic price tags can be determined according to the identification information. In the above example, the first server may obtain the following relative position relationship according to the identification information submitted by the electronic price tag 132: the following relative position relationship can be obtained by combining the electronic price tag 131-the electronic price tag 132 and the identification information submitted by the electronic price tag 133: the electronic price tag 131-the electronic price tag 132-the electronic price tag 133, so that the relative position relationship information between the above 3 electronic price tags can be obtained.
Besides the relative position information among the electronic price tags, the first service end can also obtain the identification information of the area where the electronic price tags are located and send the identification information to the second service end, so that the second service end can conveniently carry out position verification on the placing positions of the commodity objects by taking the area as a basic unit.
In the embodiment of the application, the identification information of the area where the electronic price tag is located can be the identification information of the shelf where the electronic price tag is located.
Specifically, the first server can obtain identification information of electronic price tags associated with different shelves, so that after the first server obtains the identification information of the electronic price tags submitted by the first client, which shelf each electronic price tag is located on can be determined accordingly, that is, the distribution positions of the electronic price tags can be positioned to the specific shelves.
That is, the operator can perform binding processing on the electronic price tag and the goods shelf in addition to the binding processing on the electronic price tag and the goods object. As an example, the operator can scan the bar code of the shelf and the bar code of the electronic price tag to be associated through the price tag management device, obtain the identification information of the two, and submit the identification information to the first service end for storage.
In the actual operation process, the worker can bind the shelf and one electronic price tag at a single time, for example, the barcode of the shelf 1 and the barcode of the electronic price tag 131 are respectively scanned, the identification information of the two is submitted to the first service end, and the binding of the shelf 1 and the electronic price tag 131 is completed; or, a shelf and a plurality of electronic price tags may be bound in batch at a single time, for example, after scanning the barcode of the shelf 1, the barcodes of the electronic price tags 131, 132, 133, 121, 122, and 142 are scanned, and then the shelf 1 and the 6 electronic price tags are bound, correspondingly, the first server may obtain the association relationship between the electronic price tags and the shelf shown in table 2 below.

According to the association relationship shown in table 2, after the first service end determines the relative position relationship between the electronic price tag 131, the electronic price tag 132, and the electronic price tag 133, it is further possible to further clarify the specific distribution position of the three items as the shelf 1.
Or, in this embodiment of the application, the identification information of the area where the electronic price tag is located may be identification information of a shelf where the electronic price tag is located and shelf level information, that is, the distribution position of the electronic price tag may be further located to a specific shelf layer.
Specifically, the first server can obtain identification information of the guide rails associated with different levels of the shelf, so that after the first server obtains the identification information of the guide rail where the first electronic price tag is located, which shelf layer each electronic price tag is located on, can be determined accordingly.
As an example, the operator may establish the association between the guide rail and the shelf level information through the price tag management apparatus. Taking the shelf shown in fig. 3 as an example, for the guide rail 13 installed on the 3 rd floor of the shelf 1, the operator of the physical store 1 can scan the barcode of the guide rail 13 and the barcode of the 3 rd floor of the shelf through the price tag management device, obtain the identification information of the two, and submit the identification information to the first service end for storage. Similarly, the binding of the rail 12 to the layer 2 shelf and the binding of the rail 14 to the layer 4 shelf can be completed, so that the first server can obtain the association relationship between the rail and the shelf level information shown in the following table 3.

The electronic price tag is positioned to a specific shelf layer, so that the verification of the position information of the commodity object by taking the shelf layer as a basic unit by the second server is facilitated, and the problem that information interference possibly generated between adjacent layers of the shelf by infrared emission is solved by the first server.
Taking the electronic price tag 122 as an example, if the communication contact of the electronic price tag 122 obtains the identification information of the guide rail 12 sent by the controller of the guide rail 12, and the information receiver of the electronic price tag 122 obtains the identification information of the electronic price tag 121 sent by the information transmitter of the electronic price tag 121 and the identification information of the electronic price tag 131 sent by the information transmitter of the electronic price tag 131, the first client deployed in the electronic price tag 122 may submit the following information to the first service end: identification information of the electronic price tag 122, identification information of the electronic price tag 121, identification information of the electronic price tag 131, and identification information of the guide rail 12.
According to the information submitted by the electronic price tag and the association relationship shown in table 3, the first service end may at least determine: the electronic price tag 121 is located on the 2 nd layer of the shelf 1, the electronic price tag 122 is located on the 2 nd layer of the shelf 1, and the electronic price tag 131 is located on the 3 rd layer of the shelf 1, so that the identification information of the electronic price tag 131 included in the information submitted by the electronic price tag 122 can be determined as the identification information of the interference electronic price tag, the identification information of the interference electronic price tag can be deleted, and the relative position relationship information between the electronic price tags can be determined by using the identification information of the electronic price tag 122 and the identification information of the electronic price tag 121. At this time, the first service end may not only obtain the relative position relationship between the electronic price tag 121 and the electronic price tag 122, but also further determine that the specific distribution position of the two is the layer 2 of the shelf 1, and submit the two to the second service end.
S104: the second server side obtains the relative position relation information of the electronic price tags sent by the first server side, can determine the placing position information of each commodity object according to the incidence relation between the commodity objects and the electronic price tags, verifies the placing position information according to the legal display mode information, and sends the verification result information to the second client side.
In the embodiment of the application, the legal display mode information can be universal display mode information which is uniformly configured for each entity shop, and can be applied to all entity shops opened by a service provider; or, personalized display mode information configured for different entity stores may be provided, and in response to the personalized display mode information, the second server may obtain legal display mode information associated with each of the different entity stores, obtain target legal display mode information associated with the target entity store after determining identification information of the target entity store to which the electronic price tag belongs, compare the target legal display mode information with placement position information of the commodity object, and issue verification result information to the second client associated with the target entity store.
The method comprises the steps that an association relation between an electronic price tag and an entity shop can be stored in a first server, namely, the first server determines identification information of a target entity shop to which the electronic price tag belongs and then sends the identification information to a second server; or, the association relationship may be stored in the second server, that is, after the second server obtains the relative position relationship information of the electronic price tag sent by the first server, the target entity store to which the electronic price tag belongs is determined according to the association relationship.
The following describes an implementation process for obtaining the verification result information by referring to a specific example.
After the second server obtains the relative position relationship information (for example, the electronic price tag 131, the electronic price tag 132, and the electronic price tag 133) of the electronic price tag associated with the entity store 1 sent by the first server, it can be determined that the commodity objects placed on the 3 rd layer of the shelf 1 are, in order from left to right, according to the association relationship shown in table 1: the commodity object 1, the commodity object 2, and the commodity object 3 are compared with the legal display mode information to obtain verification result information.
Specifically, if the placement position information of the commodity object determined by the second server matches with the legal display mode information, the verification result information with correct placement can be obtained; otherwise, the wrong placement check result information can be obtained.
As an example, if the legal display mode information includes the following items placed on the 3 rd layer of the shelf 1 from left to right: the commodity object 1, the commodity object 2, and the commodity object 4, the verification result information of the commodity object placing error can be obtained in this example, and the verification result information is sent to the second client. Preferably, the verification result information may include information related to the commodity object with the wrong placement, for example, the commodity object 3 on the 3 rd layer of the shelf 1 is placed with the wrong placement and please be adjusted to the commodity object 4, so that the operator can quickly perform error positioning according to the verification result information, which is beneficial to improving the error correction efficiency.
In the embodiment of the application, the verification result information obtained by the second server can be issued to the second client for the operator associated with the second client to check. If the verification result information indicates that the commodity object placing position information accords with the legal display mode information (no commodity object with placing error exists; or the placing error rate does not exceed a preset value, for example, the preset value is 2%), the operator does not need to process the commodity object placing position information; if the verification result information indicates that the commodity object placement position information does not match the legal display mode information, the operator can correct the commodity object placed in the wrong position.
Or, in another mode, when the second server determines that the verification result information indicates that the placement position information of the commodity object does not match the legal display mode information, the second server issues the information processing result to the second client to prompt the operator to perform correction processing.
S105: and the second client acquires the verification result information issued by the second server and pushes the verification result information to the user associated with the second client.
In this embodiment, the user associated with the second client may be an operator who performs the display task, and the verification result information is pushed to the operator, so that the operator may be prompted to correct the error when there is a commodity object placed in error.
For the goods object with the wrong placement, the operator can correct the error in various ways. For example, in one mode, the incorrectly placed product object 3 and associated electronic price tag 133 may be removed from the shelf 1, and the product object 4 and its associated electronic price tag may be replaced as required by legitimate display mode information; or, in another mode, the commodity object 3 and the electronic price tag 133 may be unbound, after the commodity object 3 is removed from the shelf 1, the commodity object 4 is placed at the original position of the commodity object 3, and the commodity object 4 and the electronic price tag 133 are bound, so that the related information of the commodity object 4 is displayed on the display screen of the electronic price tag 133.
Preferably, in order to simplify the operation of the operator (for example, removing the electronic price tag, or performing unbinding processing and rebinding processing on the electronic price tag), when the operator performs the correction task, the second client may display the identification information of the commodity object placed in the wrong position, and when the first commodity object selected by the operator is obtained, generate a task processing request and submit the task processing request to the second server. Correspondingly, the second server can determine a target electronic price tag associated with the first commodity object, unbind the first commodity object and the target electronic price tag, determine a second commodity object placed at the position of the first commodity object according to legal display mode information, establish an association relationship between the second commodity object and the target electronic price tag, and issue the related information of the second commodity object to the target electronic price tag for display. Thus, the operator does not need to remove the electronic price tag, nor manually perform the unbinding process and the rebinding process on the electronic price tag.
In addition, for the commodity object with the wrong placement, if the placement position information of the commodity object does not accord with the legal display mode information due to human negligence, the operator can update the verification result information through the second client.
For example, in the actual operation process of the physical store 1, it is found that placing the commodity object 3 on the 3 rd floor of the shelf 1 contributes to increasing the sales volume of the commodity object 3, so that when the operator performs the display task, the operator places the commodity object 3 at a position where the legal display mode requires the placement of the commodity object 4, resulting in a verification result that the commodity object is placed incorrectly, and at this time, the operator can submit a verification result update request to the second server through the second client.
Specifically, the second client may display the identification information of the commodity object placed in the wrong position, and generate a verification result update request to submit to the second server when the third commodity object selected by the operator is obtained. Preferably, the second client may further obtain reason information of the commodity object placement error, and submit the reason information to the second server, as a reason for updating the verification result.
In this embodiment of the application, the second server may perform the update processing in a plurality of ways. For example, in one mode, the available reason information may be obtained in advance, and when it is determined that the reason information submitted by the second client belongs to the available reason information, the processing result of the placing error of the commodity object 3 is updated to be that the commodity object 3 is placed correctly, and the commodity object is delivered to the second client.
Or, in another mode, the second server may issue the information submitted by the second client to a client associated with a relevant person (for example, the store manager of the entity store 1, or a user with a higher management authority), and when obtaining information that the relevant person can perform result updating by determining that the relevant person is submitted by the associated client, update the verification result information of the commodity object 3 with the wrong placement to that the commodity object 3 is placed correctly, and issue the verification result information to the second client.
In the embodiment of the application, the second client may submit the reason information to the second server through various implementation manners. For example, in one mode, the second server may obtain the optional reason information in advance and send the optional reason information to the second client, so that the second client may display the optional reason information after obtaining the information of the verification result update request submitted to the second server, and obtain the target reason information selected by the operator and submit the target reason information to the second server. That is, the reason information may be obtained by way of information clicking.
Or, in another mode, after obtaining the information of submitting the verification result update request to the second server, the second client may provide an operation option for submitting the reason information, and submit the reason information obtained through the operation option to the second server. That is, the reason information may be obtained by way of user editing.
In addition, the embodiments of the present application also provide the following preferred embodiments, which are explained below with reference to specific examples.
Preferably, the second server obtains the identification information of the designated area where the personalized display can be performed, and if the placement position of the commodity object is located in the designated area, the commodity object is not subjected to position verification.
In order to improve the flexibility and diversity of commodity object display modes, the commodity objects in the designated area can be subjected to personalized display design according to the use requirements of the entity stores. The designated area may be at least one shelf in the store, or may be at least one shelf board of the shelf, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the application.
As an example, the second server may determine the designated area in a unified configuration manner, that is, for all the physical stores opened by the service provider, personalized display of the commodity objects may be performed in the same designated area; or, the second server may obtain the identification information of the designated area submitted by the third client associated with the physical store, that is, the second server may perform personalized display of the commodity object in different designated areas according to the actual conditions of the store.
The third client may be deployed on a terminal device associated with a store manager (e.g., store owner), provide an operation option for submitting identification information of a specified area, submit information obtained through the operation option to the second server, and establish an association relationship between the physical store and the specified area by the second server.
As one example, the third client may obtain identification information for a selectable region associated with the physical store for the store manager to select a designated region from. That is to say, the operation option provided by the third client may be embodied as a selection box having a plurality of selectable items, each selection box corresponds to a selectable area, so that the user may determine the designated area from the plurality of selectable items displayed by the operation option in a selection manner, and the third client submits the identification information of the designated area to the second server. Therefore, the clicking operation is beneficial to simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
Preferably, the second server may send the verification result information to the third server, so that the third server performs related evaluation on the operator who performs the commodity object display task according to the verification result information.
That is to say, the verification result information in the embodiment of the present application may be used for instructing the operator to correct the error, and may also be applied to other information processing scenarios. For example, the verification result information may reflect the operation capability of the operator to a certain extent, the third server may perform statistical analysis on the verification result information associated with the operator, and if the verification result information with the wrong placement matches the preset condition, it may be determined that the operation capability of the operator is weak, and the operator may be trained in display operation. The preset condition may be that the number of the placed wrong verification results exceeds a preset number within a preset time period, or the number of the placed wrong commodity objects exceeds a preset value in a single verification process, and the like.
For another example, the verification result information may reflect the work effect of the operator to a certain extent, and the third server (which may be embodied as a server of the performance assessment system) may determine the verification result information as a reference item of performance assessment, and accordingly determine the assessment result of the operator.
It can be understood that the first server and the second server in the embodiment of the present application may be different servers, or may be different modules in the same server, and are used here only for dividing functionally, and should not be considered as a limitation to a specific implementation.
In addition, the information processing scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to other entity stores (which can be called as third party stores) with information processing requirements besides the entity stores opened by the service provider of 'new retail'. The following explains a specific implementation process with reference to a flowchart shown in fig. 7.

That is, for a third party store without information processing capability, if the electronic price tag provided by the embodiment of the present application is bound to a commodity object associated with the third party store, after it is determined that an operator of the third party store completes a display task, an access interface of the second server may be called (for example, the interface may be called by a display operation server associated with the third party store), and identification information of the electronic price tag associated with the commodity object in the third party store and legal display form information of the commodity object may be submitted to the second server.
Correspondingly, a first client deployed in an electronic price tag associated with a third-party shop can call an access interface of a first service end and submit identification information of the electronic price tag to the first service end, so that the first service end can determine relative position relation information among the electronic price tags according to the received information and send the relative position relation information to a second service end, the second service end determines placement position information of a commodity object associated with the third-party shop according to the association relation between the commodity object and the electronic price tag, the placement position information is compared with legal display mode information to obtain verification result information, and the verification result information is issued to a second client associated with the third-party shop to be processed.
For parts not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the description in embodiment 1, and details are not repeated here.
Example 3
The scheme for carrying out space positioning based on the optical communication technology in the embodiment of the application can be applied to electronic price tags, positioning processing is carried out on commodity objects related to the electronic price tags, and other equipment arranged in an entity shop, such as a goods shelf, a POS machine, a camera, a fire alarm, a loudspeaker and other equipment with relatively fixed positions. Namely, the equipment can be modified, and an information transmitter and an information receiver capable of optical communication are additionally arranged, so that the automatic positioning of the equipment is realized on the basis of increasing the equipment cost as little as possible, and further, the digital management of the entity shop is realized.
The following explains a process of determining the device layout position information according to the embodiment of the present application with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 8.
S301: the method comprises the steps that a first client obtains identification information of first equipment associated with the first client and identification information of second equipment adjacent to the first equipment, the identification information of the second equipment is submitted to a first service end, the identification information of the second equipment is sent to the first equipment by the second equipment in an optical communication mode, and the first equipment and the second equipment belong to the same entity shop.
In this example, a first client deployed on a device may obtain identification information and submit the identification information to a first service in multiple application scenarios, which is described below as an example.
In one scenario, the submission of the identification information may be performed at device startup. That is, when the first client determines that the associated first device is started, the first client may send its own identification information to the outside through the information transmitter, and obtain, through the information receiver, the identification information of the second device sent by the adjacent second device, and submit the identification information of the first device and the identification information of the second device to the first service end. The first server side can determine the relative position relation among the equipment arranged in the shop according to the information, and then writes the relative position relation information into the database to finish the initial input of the equipment arrangement position information. The automatic information input scheme is beneficial to simplifying the operation process of information input and improving the efficiency and the accuracy of information input.
As an example, the initial entry process may be performed when a new store is opened; or after the shop is upgraded and modified, the layout mode of the equipment can be greatly changed.
Or, in another scenario, the identification information may be submitted when the operating state of the device changes. Correspondingly, the first service end can position the equipment with the changed running state according to the identification information and perform other related processing according to the requirement.
As an example, the change of the operation state may be embodied as an abnormality of the operation of the device. Correspondingly, after the first client obtains the information that the first device runs abnormally, the first client can submit the identification information of the first device and the identification information of the second device adjacent to the first device to the first service end, so that the first service end can obtain the relative position relation information related to the first device accordingly, and the abnormal device can be positioned quickly. For example, a plurality of POS are associated with a store, and when one POS alarms abnormally, abnormal equipment may be located according to identification information submitted by a first client deployed on the POS, that is, an abnormal POS requiring maintenance may be determined from the plurality of POS according to a relative positional relationship between the POS and an adjacent device.
Or, as another example, the change in the operation state may be embodied as the device being illegally moved. Correspondingly, after obtaining the information that the first device is illegally moved, the first client may submit the identification information of the first device and the identification information of the second device adjacent to the first device (the identification information may be the identification information of the adjacent device at the position before the device is illegally moved, or the identification information of the adjacent device at the position after the device is illegally moved) to the first service end, so that the first service end obtains the relative position relationship information related to the first device accordingly, and the rapid positioning of the device is realized. Specifically, according to the relative position relationship information before and after the movement of the device, which device is illegally moved can be determined; according to the relative position relation information after the device is moved, the position of the shop where the device is moved can be determined.
Or, in another scenario, the identifier information may be submitted when the location verification instruction issued by the first server is obtained.
As an example, according to the legal layout mode information of the device, after the device deployment is completed, a location verification instruction may be issued to the first client associated with each device through the first server, and the first client is triggered to obtain the identification information of the associated first device and the identification information of the second device adjacent to the first device and submit the identification information to the first server. Therefore, the first service end can obtain the relative position relation information between the equipment associated with the entity shop according to the received information, further carry out position verification on the relative position relation information according to the legal layout position information of the equipment, and carry out layout position adjustment according to the verification result.
In this scenario, the legal layout position information of the device may be stored in the first server, and correspondingly, the first server may directly issue a position verification instruction to the first client when needed, and perform position verification according to the information submitted by the first client; or, the legal layout position information of the device may be stored in the second server, and correspondingly, the second server may issue a position verification instruction to the first server as needed, and forward the position verification instruction to the first client via the first server, and in addition, after obtaining the relative position relationship information between the devices according to the information submitted by the first client, the first server may forward the position verification instruction to the second server.
Or, as another example, when asset inventory needs to be performed on the entity store, a location verification instruction may be issued to the first client associated with each device through the first server, and the first client is triggered to submit the identification information. Correspondingly, after obtaining the relative position relationship information between the devices according to the received information, the first service end can compare the relative position relationship information with the legal layout position information of the devices, and if the relative position relationship information and the legal layout position information are consistent, the asset state can be determined to be normal; otherwise, it may be determined that the asset status is abnormal. In addition, according to the relative position relation information, the equipment with the abnormal asset state can be positioned, and the equipment with the abnormal asset state and the corresponding abnormal type are determined. For example, if the identification information of a certain device(s) is found to be absent through comparison, the abnormal type corresponding to the device(s) may be device loss; if the identification information of the device exists, but the relative position relationship of the device changes, the abnormal type corresponding to the device may be that the device is shifted.
S302: and the first server determines the relative position relation information between the equipment associated with the entity shop according to the identification information submitted by at least one first client.

Fig. 25 illustrates an architecture of a computer system, which may include, in particular, a processor 2010, a video display adapter 2011, a disk drive 2012, an input/output interface 2013, a network interface 2014, and a memory 2020. The processor 2010, video display adapter 2011, disk drive 2012, input/output interface 2013, network interface 2014, and memory 2020 may be communicatively coupled via a communication bus 2030.
The processor 2010 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solution provided by the present Application.
The Memory 2020 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static Memory device, a dynamic Memory device, or the like. The memory 2020 may store an operating system 2021 for controlling the operation of the computer system 2000, a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) for controlling low-level operations of the computer system 2000. In addition, a web browser 2023, a data storage management system 2024, an information processing system 2025, and the like may also be stored. The information processing system 2025 may be a first server and a second server that implement the operations of the foregoing steps in this embodiment of the application. In summary, when the technical solution provided in the present application is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 2020 and called for execution by the processor 2010.
The input/output interface 2013 is used for connecting an input/output module to realize information input and output. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The network interface 2014 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the figure) to enable the device to interact with other devices in a communication manner. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
The bus 2030 includes a pathway for communicating information between various components of the device, such as the processor 2010, the video display adapter 2011, the disk drive 2012, the input/output interface 2013, the network interface 2014, and the memory 2020.
It should be noted that although the above devices only show the processor 2010, the video display adapter 2011, the disk drive 2012, the input/output interface 2013, the network interface 2014, the memory 2020, the bus 2030 and the like, in a specific implementation, the devices may also include other components necessary for normal operation. Furthermore, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the apparatus described above may also include only the components necessary to implement the solution of the present application, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.
Where fig. 26 illustratively shows the architecture of an electronic device, for example, device 2100 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, an aircraft, or the like.
Referring to fig. 26, device 2100 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 2102, a memory 2104, a power component 2106, a multimedia component 2108, an audio component 2110, an input/output (I/O) interface 2112, a sensor component 2114, and a communications component 2116.
The processing component 2102 generally controls overall operation of the device 2100, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 2102 may include one or more processors 2120 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods provided by the presently disclosed subject matter. Further, the processing component 2102 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 2102 and other components. For example, the processing component 2102 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 2108 and the processing component 2102.
Memory 2104 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at device 2100. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 2100, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 2104 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 2106 provides power to the various components of the device 2100. The power components 2106 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 2100.
The multimedia component 2108 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 2100 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 2108 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 2100 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 2110 is configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component 2110 can include a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 2100 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 2104 or transmitted via the communication component 2116. In some embodiments, the audio component 2110 further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 2112 provides an interface between the processing assembly 2102 and a peripheral interface module, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 2114 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the device 2100. For example, the sensor component 2114 may detect an open/closed state of the device 2100, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 2100, the sensor component 2114 may also detect a change in position of the device 2100 or a component of the device 2100, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 2100, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 2100, and a change in temperature of the device 2100. The sensor assembly 2114 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 2114 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 2114 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 2116 is configured to facilitate communications between the device 2100 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 2100 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication part 2116 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 2116 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communication. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the device 2100 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 2104 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 2120 of the device 2100 to perform the methods provided by the aspects of the present disclosure is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (48)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
a first server side obtains identification information submitted by at least one first client side, wherein the identification information comprises identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with the first client side and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag;
and determining relative position relation information among the electronic price tags according to the identification information, sending the relative position relation information to a second server side, so that the second server side determines the placing position information of the commodity object associated with each electronic price tag according to the relative position relation information, verifies the placing position information according to legal display mode information, and sends verification result information to a second client side.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining identification information of electronic price tags associated with different shelves;
and determining the identification information of the shelf associated with the first electronic price tag according to the identification information of the first electronic price tag, and sending the identification information to the second server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the identification information further includes identification information of a guide rail on which the first electronic price tag is located, the method further comprising:
obtaining identification information of guide rails respectively associated with different levels of the goods shelf;
and determining shelf level information associated with the first electronic price tag according to the identification information of the guide rail where the first electronic price tag is located, and sending the shelf level information to the second server.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and if the identification information of the second electronic price tag comprises identification information of an interference electronic price tag, deleting the identification information of the interference electronic price tag, wherein the interference electronic price tag is an electronic price tag with different hierarchy information associated with the first electronic price tag.
5. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
the second server side obtains identification information of electronic price tags associated with commodity objects in the entity stores and legal display mode information associated with the commodity objects;
obtaining relative position relation information of an electronic price tag sent by a first server, wherein the relative position relation information is determined by the first server according to identification information submitted by at least one first client, and the identification information comprises identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with the first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag;
determining the placement position information of the commodity object associated with the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag associated with the commodity object and the relative position relation information;
and verifying the placement position information according to the legal display mode information to obtain verification result information and issuing the verification result information to a second client associated with the entity shop.
6. The method of claim 5,
the step of issuing the information of the obtained verification result to a second client associated with the entity shop includes:
and when the verification result information is determined to indicate that the placement position information of the commodity object does not accord with the legal display mode information, the verification result information is issued to the second client.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a task processing request submitted by the second client, wherein the task processing request comprises identification information of a first commodity object determined from the commodity objects with wrong placement;
determining a target electronic price tag associated with the first commodity object, removing the association relationship between the first commodity object and the target electronic price tag, and establishing the association relationship between the target electronic price tag and a second commodity object, wherein the second commodity object is a commodity object placed at the position of the first commodity object determined according to the legal display mode information;
and issuing the related information of the second commodity object to the target electronic price tag for information display.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a verification result updating request submitted by the second client, wherein the verification result updating request comprises identification information of a third commodity object determined from the commodity objects with wrong placement and reason information of the wrong placement of the third commodity object;
and updating the verification result information corresponding to the third commodity object according to the reason information, and issuing the updated verification result information to the second client.
9. The method of claim 5, wherein if the identification information of the area where the electronic price tag sent by the first service end is located is obtained, the method further comprises:
obtaining the identification information of a designated area which can be displayed in a personalized way;
and determining the electronic price tags located in the designated area according to the identification information of the area where the electronic price tags are located, and stopping position verification of the commodity objects related to the electronic price tags in the designated area.
10. The method of claim 9,
and the identification information of the area where the electronic price tag is located is the identification information of the goods shelf where the electronic price tag is located.
11. The method of claim 9,
the identification information of the area where the electronic price tag is located is identification information of a shelf where the electronic price tag is located and shelf level information.
12. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and sending the verification result information to a third server, so that the third server can conveniently perform related evaluation on the operating personnel executing the commodity object display task according to the verification result information.

the method comprises the steps that a first client obtains identification information of a first electronic price tag related to the first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag, wherein the identification information of the second electronic price tag is sent to the first electronic price tag by the second electronic price tag in an optical communication mode;
and submitting the identification information to a first service end so that the first service end determines relative position relationship information among the electronic price tags according to the identification information submitted by at least one first client, further a second service end determines the placement position information of the commodity object associated with each electronic price tag according to the relative position relationship information, verifies the placement position information according to legal display mode information, and sends verification result information to a second client.

displaying the identification information of the commodity object with the wrong placement, and providing an operation option for submitting the reason information of the wrong placement of the third commodity object when the identification information of the third commodity object selected by the user is obtained;
and after the reason information is obtained through the operation options, generating a verification result updating request and submitting the verification result updating request to the second server.

the first server provides an access interface for a first client associated with the third-party shop;

and determining relative position relation information among the electronic price tags according to the identification information, and sending the relative position relation information to a second server so that the second server can determine the placement position information of the commodity object associated with each electronic price tag according to the relative position relation information, verify the placement position information according to legal display mode information associated with the third-party shop, and send verification result information to a second client associated with the third-party shop.

the method comprises the steps that a second server side obtains identification information of an electronic price tag associated with a commodity object in a third-party shop and legal display mode information associated with the third-party shop;
obtaining relative position relation information of an electronic price tag sent by a first service end, wherein the relative position relation information is determined by the first service end according to identification information submitted by at least one first client associated with the third-party shop, and the identification information comprises identification information of the first electronic price tag associated with the first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag;
determining the placement position information of the commodity object associated with the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag associated with the commodity object and the relative position relation information;
and verifying the placement position information according to the legal display mode information to obtain verification result information and issuing the verification result information to a second client associated with the third-party shop.
19. An electronic price tag, comprising:
the electronic price tag comprises an electronic price tag body, an information transmitter, an information receiver, a controller and a communication module, wherein the information transmitter and the information receiver are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the electronic price tag body;
when the electronic price tag is arranged on a guide rail arranged on a shelf, the information emitter and the information receiver respectively face two extending directions of the guide rail;
the information emitter is used for externally sending the identification information of the electronic price tag;
the information receiver is used for obtaining identification information sent by other electronic price tags and transmitting the identification information to the controller, so that the controller can submit the identification information of the electronic price tags and the identification information of the other electronic price tags to a cloud server through the communication module.

one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
obtaining identification information of an electronic price tag associated with a commodity object in an entity store and legal display mode information associated with the commodity object;
obtaining relative position relation information of an electronic price tag sent by a first server, wherein the relative position relation information is determined by the first server according to identification information submitted by at least one first client, and the identification information comprises identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with the first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag;
determining the placement position information of the commodity object associated with the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag associated with the commodity object and the relative position relation information;
and verifying the placement position information according to the legal display mode information to obtain verification result information and issuing the verification result information to a second client associated with the entity shop.
41. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
obtaining identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with a first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag, wherein the identification information of the second electronic price tag is sent to the first electronic price tag by the second electronic price tag in an optical communication mode;
and submitting the identification information to a first service end so that the first service end determines relative position relationship information among the electronic price tags according to the identification information submitted by at least one first client, further a second service end determines the placement position information of the commodity object associated with each electronic price tag according to the relative position relationship information, verifies the placement position information according to legal display mode information, and sends verification result information to a second client.
42. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
obtaining verification result information issued by a second server, wherein the verification result information is obtained by the second server according to legal display mode information and commodity object placement position information determined based on relative position relation information of an electronic price tag sent by a first server, the relative position relation information is determined by the first server according to identification information submitted by at least one first client, and the identification information comprises identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with the first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag;
and pushing the verification result information to a user associated with the second client.
43. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
providing an access interface to a first client associated with a third party store;
obtaining, through the access interface, identification information submitted by at least one first client, where the identification information includes identification information of a first electronic price tag associated with the first client and identification information of a second electronic price tag adjacent to the first electronic price tag, and the first electronic price tag and the second electronic price tag belong to the third-party store;
and determining relative position relation information among the electronic price tags according to the identification information, and sending the relative position relation information to a second server so that the second server can determine the placement position information of the commodity object associated with each electronic price tag according to the relative position relation information, verify the placement position information according to legal display mode information associated with the third-party shop, and send verification result information to a second client associated with the third-party shop.
44. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
obtaining identification information of an electronic price tag associated with a commodity object in a third party store and legal display mode information associated with the third party store;
