Arduino is not only the most popular open source hardware in the world, but also an excellent hardware development platform, and is a trend of hardware development. The simple development mode of Arduino makes the developer pay more attention to originality and realization, accomplishes own project development faster, has practiced thrift the cost of study greatly, has shortened the cycle of development.
It can be understood that the electronic tag provided by the invention is designed based on ATmega128RFA1 of AVR. The chip is a reduced instruction set 8-bit low-power consumption microcontroller and is internally provided with a radio frequency transceiver with link budget of 103.5dBm of 2.4G of IEEE802.15.4 standard. The chip Flash is 128KB, RAM16KB and EEPROM4KB, and has the advantages of rich resources, small volume, wide working voltage and the like. The wireless communication module employs an AT86RF212 wireless transceiver. Due to its advanced instruction set and single-cycle instruction execution time, the data throughput of ATmega128 is as high as 1 MIPS/MHz, thereby alleviating the contradiction between power consumption and processing speed of the system. The AVR core has a rich instruction set and 32 general purpose working registers. All registers are directly connected to an Arithmetic and Logic Unit (ALU) so that an instruction can access two separate registers simultaneously in one clock cycle. This architecture greatly improves code efficiency and has a data throughput rate 10 times higher than that of a conventional complex instruction set microprocessor. On-chip ISP Flash can be programmed multiple times through SPI interface, general purpose programmer, or bootstrap program. The boot program may use any interface to download the application program to the application Flash memory. And when the application Flash memory is updated, the program of the Flash area is guided to continuously run, so that RWW operation is realized. The system adopts an Atmega128RFA1+ AT86RF212 wireless transceiver of AVR to establish a WSN wireless network, and the wireless transceiver function adopts an IEEE802.15.4 communication standard. And wireless communication is realized with the information pushing gateway, when the information pushing gateway pushes information to the electronic tag, the electronic tag judges whether the data is the data of the electronic tag after receiving the data, and if the data is the data of the electronic tag, the data of the electronic tag is updated, and a screen is refreshed.
It can be understood that the electronic tag system provided by the invention can be connected into a plurality of electronic tag groups, is very suitable for occasions such as large supermarkets, warehouse logistics, large ward buildings and the like, and can also greatly reduce the energy consumption of data transmission. The electronic label system provided by the invention adopts the electronic ink display screen, and after the electronic label is powered off, the electronic ink display screen can still normally display, so that ultralow power consumption and even zero power consumption are realized. The paper printing ink can be effectively prevented from being used, the workload of daily maintenance is reduced, and the effects of environmental protection and low-carbon economy are achieved. The system adopts an Atmega128RFA1 controller, a microcontroller and a radio frequency device are integrated in the same chip, and the complete radio frequency function can be realized only by a simple external radio frequency communication circuit. The cost and the volume of the whole module can be effectively reduced. The electronic tag system has a real-time updating function, is low in cost and is convenient to manage and maintain.
Referring to fig. 3, a method for controlling an electronic label system as described above includes:
step S1, the background server receives and stores the corresponding relation table of the electronic label MAC address and the commodity serial number and the browsing times of the commodity, which are input by the user;
step S2, the background server receives commodity information input by a user, packages and encrypts the commodity information and the corresponding relation table, and sends the commodity information and the corresponding relation table to an information pushing gateway; the commodity information comprises newly-built commodity information, promotion advertisement information of the commodity information to be updated and price information;
step S3, the information pushing gateway pushes the commodity information to the electronic tags in the corresponding electronic tag groups according to the corresponding relation table;
step S4, when the electronic tag detects that a human body approaches, the LED display screen is controlled to play a sales promotion advertisement of a commodity, and the electronic ink display screen is controlled to display price information of the commodity;
step S5, the electronic tag sends a feedback signal that the commodity information is successfully displayed and a human body approaches the electronic tag to the background server through the information pushing gateway;
and step S6, the background server analyzes the feedback signal to accumulate the browsing times of the commodity and store the corresponding position on the corresponding relation table.
Preferably, the control method of the electronic label system further includes:
step S7, the electronic label mobile editing client scans the two-dimensional code on the electronic label of the commodity information to be updated so as to send a commodity information updating request to the background server and send the commodity information to be updated to the electronic label;
step S8, after the background server agrees with the commodity information updating request sent by the electronic tag mobile editing client, modifying the stored commodity information, and sending a commodity information updating instruction to the electronic tag through the information pushing gateway;
and step S9, the electronic tag displays the commodity information to be updated, and sends a feedback signal of successful commodity information update to the background server through the information push gateway.
Preferably, the step S1 is specifically:
the background server receives and stores the electronic tag MAC address and the commodity serial number input by the user and the corresponding relation table of the browsing times of the commodity and the taking times of the commodity;
the step S5 specifically includes:
the electronic tag sends a feedback signal that commodity information is successfully displayed, a person approaches the electronic tag and the person takes the commodity on the goods shelf corresponding to the electronic tag to the background server through the information pushing gateway;
the step S6 specifically includes:
and the background server analyzes the feedback signal so as to accumulate the browsing times and the taking times of the commodity and store the corresponding position on the corresponding relation table.
Preferably, the electronic tag has a sleep mode, a low power consumption mode and a receiving mode;
after the electronic tag is started, the electronic tag enters a receiving mode, and if commodity information is not received within preset time, the electronic tag starts to enter a sleep mode;
and if the human body approaches the electronic tag, the electronic tag exits the sleep mode and enters the low power consumption mode, otherwise, the electronic tag keeps the sleep mode.

1. An electronic label system, comprising: background server, information push gateway, multiple electronic label groups and electronic label mobile editing client, wherein,
the background server is wirelessly connected with a plurality of electronic tag groups through the information pushing gateway, and any electronic tag group comprises a plurality of electronic tags; the background server is provided with a commodity information publishing system used for distributing data to be displayed to the electronic tag and confirming the display state of the electronic tag;
the electronic tag mobile editing client is installed in intelligent mobile equipment of a user, and the intelligent mobile equipment is respectively in wireless connection with the electronic tag and the background server; the electronic tag mobile editing client is used for the tag inspection personnel to check and modify the content displayed in the electronic tag on site;
electronic tags includes the casing and sets up electronic tags circuit in the casing, electronic tags circuit includes: an Arduino main controller, a wireless communication module, a thermal infrared human body sensor, a light sensor, a gravity sensor, a voice broadcast module, a voice broadcast button and an ink display screen driving circuit which are respectively and electrically connected with the Arduino main controller,
the thermal infrared human body sensor is embedded in the front of the shell and used for sensing whether a human body approaches the electronic tag or not; the light sensor is embedded in the upper part of the shell and used for sensing whether a human body takes a commodity from the goods shelf or not; the gravity sensor is arranged outside the shell, attached to the upper surface of the goods shelf corresponding to the electronic tag and used for sensing the gravity of the goods on the goods shelf corresponding to the electronic tag;
the output end of the ink display screen driving circuit is connected with an electronic ink display screen; the voice broadcast button is arranged on the shell of the electronic tag, and the Arduino main controller controls the voice broadcast module to broadcast the price when receiving the trigger information that the user presses the voice broadcast button;
the electronic tag system also comprises a scanning device, and the scanning device is wirelessly connected with the background server; the scanning device is used for scanning the MAC address of the electronic tag and the serial number of the commodity and sending the MAC address and the serial number to the background server so that the background server can establish a corresponding relation table of the MAC address of the electronic tag and the barcode of the commodity.

The electronic label system of claim 1, wherein the thermal infrared human body sensor is further configured to send to the Arduino main controller when detecting a human body approaching signal, so that the Arduino main controller controls the electronic ink display screen to display the price information of the commodity.
3. The electronic label system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said electronic label further comprises a USB interface circuit electrically connected to said Arduino host controller.
4. The electronic tag system according to claim 1, wherein the information pushing gateway comprises a processor, and a WSN wireless transceiver, a wireless network communication module and a power supply which are respectively electrically connected with the processor.
5. The electronic label system according to claim 1, wherein said electronic label further comprises a power module for powering said electronic label;
the power module includes: the power supply comprises a power plug, a first voltage conversion module and a second voltage conversion module which are electrically connected in sequence, wherein the first voltage conversion module is used for converting commercial power into 5V direct current, and the second voltage conversion module is used for converting the 5V direct current into 3.3V direct current.

step S3, the information pushing gateway pushes the commodity information to the electronic tags in the corresponding electronic tag groups according to the corresponding relation table;
step S4, when the electronic tag detects that a human body approaches, the electronic tag controls an LED display screen to play a sales promotion advertisement of a commodity, and controls the electronic ink display screen to display price information of the commodity;
step S5, the electronic tag sends a feedback signal that the commodity information is successfully displayed and a human body approaches the electronic tag to the background server through the information pushing gateway;
step S6, the background server analyzes the feedback signal to accumulate the browsing times of the commodity and store the corresponding position on the corresponding relation table;
step S7, the electronic label mobile editing client scans the two-dimensional code on the electronic label of the commodity information to be updated so as to send a commodity information updating request to the background server and send the commodity information to be updated to the electronic label;
step S8, after the background server agrees with the commodity information updating request sent by the electronic tag mobile editing client, modifying the stored commodity information, and sending a commodity information updating instruction to the electronic tag through the information pushing gateway;
and step S9, the electronic tag displays the commodity information to be updated, and sends a feedback signal of successful commodity information update to the background server through the information push gateway.
7. The method for controlling an electronic tag system according to claim 6, wherein the step S1 is specifically:
