Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和电辅助泵的车辆中检测由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵的不密封性的方法,该不密封性是在内燃机停止过程中由于曲轴的旋转方向反转引起的。
背景技术
由现有技术已知,在轿车和商用车领域中变速器的油供给经由构成为定量泵的容积式泵实现,其用作主泵并且被机动车的内燃机驱动。此外,由现有技术已知,在机动车的混合动力总成的变速器中为了确保在内燃机切断的情况下(例如在车辆静止或在纯电动行驶时)确保油供给,设置电辅助泵。借助于辅助泵应当确保在电动行驶时的挡位追踪以及确保变速器的冷却。辅助泵通常仅仅在由内燃机或其它驱动机组驱动的主泵不再能确保所需的体积流或油压时才运行。
过去借助于测量发现,在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和电辅助泵的车辆中在内燃机停止过程中内燃机和因此曲轴的旋转方向可能反转,由此内燃机可能在短的时间内朝向相反的旋转方向反转振动/后坐。这在由内燃机驱动的主泵(其通常构成为叶片泵)中不利地导致不密封性。该不密封性由此产生,即叶片泵仅仅在一个旋转方向上正确工作并且在相反方向上旋转时在叶片和壁之间出现间隙,其引起泄露。
主泵的该不密封性导致电辅助泵的不确定的转速并且因此导致不确定的压力油和润滑油特性,这不利地影响耐久性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和包括电辅助泵的车辆中检测由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵的不密封性的方法,该不密封性是在内燃机停止过程中通过曲轴的旋转方向反转引起的。本发明的目的还在于提供一种实施该方法的装置。
该目的通过一种用于在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和包括电辅助泵的车辆中检测由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵的不密封性的方法实现,该不密封性是在内燃机停止过程中通过曲轴的旋转方向反转引起的,采用电辅助泵的转速作为主泵的密封性的参考指标,其中当识别到电辅助泵的转速具有超过预定的转速阈值的值时,所述值仅可能在主泵由于曲轴的旋转方向反转是不密封时出现,则认定主泵是不密封的、记录故障并且请求启动内燃机。
据此建议一种用于在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和包括电辅助泵的车辆中检测由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵的不密封性的方法,该不密封性是在内燃机停止过程中通过曲轴的旋转方向反转引起的,其中采用电辅助泵的转速作为主泵的密封性的参考指标,其中当识别到电辅助泵的转速具有超过预定的转速阈值的值(该值仅可能在下面的情况下出现,即主泵由于曲轴的旋转方向反转是不密封的)时,认定主泵是不密封的、在车辆的故障存储器中记录故障并且请求启动内燃机。
根据本发明的进一步发展,替代地或附加地检查,在关掉内燃机起的适当的/适用的时间之后电辅助泵的转速是否达到预定的值,其中当未达到该预定的值时,认定由于曲轴的旋转方向反转引起泄露、在车辆的故障存储器中记录故障并且请求启动内燃机,因为不存在电辅助泵的足够高的泵功率。
此外,本发明的用于实施所述方法的装置包括用于测定电辅助泵的转速的测量装置并且包括分析和控制单元,其中当识别到电辅助泵的转速具有超过预定的转速阈值的值时,所述值仅可能在主泵由于曲轴的旋转方向反转是不密封时出现,则分析和控制单元可以认定主泵是不密封的、记录故障并且请求和开始启动内燃机。
通过本发明的构思确保了,在内燃机停止过程中在由于曲轴的旋转方向反转而出现主泵泄露和不存在电辅助泵的足够高的泵功率时,启动内燃机,由此不损害润滑和冷却系统的耐久性。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和包括电辅助泵的车辆中检测由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵的不密封性的方法,该不密封性是在内燃机停止过程中通过曲轴的旋转方向反转引起的,其特征在于,采用电辅助泵的转速作为主泵的密封性的参考指标,其中当识别到电辅助泵的转速具有超过预定的转速阈值的值时,所述值仅可能在主泵由于曲轴的旋转方向反转是不密封时出现,则认定主泵是不密封的、记录故障并且请求启动内燃机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于在包括由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵和包括电辅助泵的车辆中检测由车辆内燃机驱动的主泵的不密封性的方法,该不密封性是在内燃机停止过程中由于曲轴的旋转方向反转引起的,其特征在于,替代地或附加地检查,在关掉内燃机起的适当的时间之后电辅助泵的转速是否达到预定的值,其中当未达到该预定的值时,则认定由于曲轴的旋转方向反转引起泄露、记录故障并且请求启动内燃机,因为不存在电辅助泵的足够高的泵功率。
3.一种用于实施根据权利要求1所述的方法的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括用于测定电辅助泵的转速的测量装置并且包括分析和控制单元,其中当识别到电辅助泵的转速具有超过预定的转速阈值的值时,所述值仅可能在主泵由于曲轴的旋转方向反转是不密封时出现,则分析和控制单元能够认定主泵是不密封的、记录故障并且请求和开始启动内燃机。
