Abstract
本发明涉及一种改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,它包括地板本体,在所述地板本体宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫和凹槽,所述地板本体依次包括耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层,所述耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层的厚度比为1:(7‑12):(2‑3):(1‑2):2,在所述地板本体底部设有通风槽,所述防起皱防开裂竹篾层为竹篾浸胶固化处理层。本发明耐磨、不易变形、阻燃、防起皱防开裂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,具体涉及一种复合地板。
背景技术
目前市场上,有较多的全木地板,全木地板由于木材本身的缺陷,易变形,外观不太美,而复合木地板也具有耐磨、不易变形等优点,也被不断应用。但是木地板通常底板为木单板,而木单板有天然树种制成,不可避免的存在缺陷,如节疤、虫孔等,需要在加工过程额外的处理如修补等,浪费人力,耽误生成效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种耐磨、不易变形、阻燃、防起皱防开裂的竹地板。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,它包括地板本体,在所述地板本体宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫和凹槽,所述地板本体依次包括耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层,所述耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层的厚度比为1:(7-12):(2-3):(1-2):2,在所述地板本体底部设有通风槽,所述防起皱防开裂竹篾层为竹篾浸胶固化处理层。
所述耐磨层为三氧化二铝耐磨层。
所述阻燃层为无卤阻燃剂层。
所述耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层的厚度比为1:8:2:1:2。
所述防起皱防开裂竹篾层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选取宽度为18-25mm的竹片,去除竹青与竹黄;
(2)将竹片剖成厚度3-6mm的竹片;
(3)将竹片进行剖蔑,剖成宽度为4-6mm的均匀竹篾;
(4)将竹蔑置入压力容器,控制温度为130-135℃、压强为3-45kg/cm2,持续2-6小时进行脱脂、脱糖和碳化处理;
(5)将竹篾在60-70℃进行烘干,控制含水率在10%以下;
(6)将竹蔑浸入胶水中浸泡,竹蔑表面裹胶;
(7)将浸胶后的竹蔑在60-70℃烘干至含水率14-16%;
(8)将胶后干燥好的竹蔑,通过冷压机和模具相配合,压制成方料;
(9)将压制好的方料连同模具一起进入温度为125-135℃的固化窑,固化10-16小时;
(10)将脱去模具后的方料进行10-12天的养身;
(11)将养身好的方料按需要的规格进行剖片,制成地板坯料。
其中,所述步骤(6)中胶水浓度为58-60%,浸渍时间为2分钟。
其中,所述胶水为热固性高分子胶。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明整体结构设置合理,采用三氧化二铝耐磨层,有效提高地板的耐磨性,采用防起皱防开裂竹篾层,使整体强度高,不会产生跳丝或起皱现象,同时,整个竹地板中的竹篾不会产生丝路断裂,采用无卤阻燃剂层,无毒环保,采用高密度亚麻纤维层,防潮静音性能好,采用厚度比为1:8:2:1:2的耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层,结构层次厚度设置合理,各层作用最优化,能很好的适用于各种装饰场合。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,它包括地板本体1,在所述地板本体1宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫2和凹槽3,所述地板本体1依次包括耐磨层4、防起皱防开裂竹篾层5、杨木皮层6、阻燃层7和高密度亚麻纤维层8,所述耐磨层4、防起皱防开裂竹篾层5、杨木皮层6、阻燃层7和高密度亚麻纤维层8的厚度比为1:8:2:1:2,在所述地板本体1底部设有通风槽9,所述防起皱防开裂竹篾层5为竹篾浸胶固化处理层;所述耐磨层4为三氧化二铝耐磨层;所述阻燃层7为无卤阻燃剂层。本发明整体结构设置合理,采用三氧化二铝耐磨层,有效提高地板的耐磨性,采用防起皱防开裂竹篾层,使整体强度高,不会产生跳丝或起皱现象,同时,整个竹地板中的竹篾不会产生丝路断裂,采用无卤阻燃剂层,无毒环保,采用高密度亚麻纤维层,防潮静音性能好,采用厚度比为1:8:2:1:2的耐磨层、防起皱防开裂竹篾层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和高密度亚麻纤维层,结构层次厚度设置合理,各层作用最优化,能很好的适用于各种装饰场合。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,其特征在于:它包括地板本体(1),在所述地板本体(1)宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫(2)和凹槽(3),所述地板本体(1)依次包括耐磨层(4)、防起皱防开裂竹篾层(5)、杨木皮层(6)、阻燃层(7)和高密度亚麻纤维层(8),所述耐磨层(4)、防起皱防开裂竹篾层(5)、杨木皮层(6)、阻燃层(7)和高密度亚麻纤维层(8)的厚度比为1:(7-12):(2-3):(1-2):2,在所述地板本体(1)底部设有通风槽(9),所述防起皱防开裂竹篾层(5)为竹篾浸胶固化处理层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(4)为三氧化二铝耐磨层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(7)为无卤阻燃剂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进的防起皱、防开裂竹地板,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(4)、防起皱防开裂竹篾层(5)、杨木皮层(6)、阻燃层(7)和高密度亚麻纤维层(8)的厚度比为1:8:2:1:2。
