Abstract
本发明提供一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,由上至下依次包括防水表层、耐候面板、岩棉夹芯板以及墙体贴合板;防水表层的表面均匀分布有防水凸起;耐候面板的上表面均匀开有流通槽;岩棉夹芯板的内部均匀分布有保温腔体;保温腔体中填充有气凝胶;墙体贴合板的下表面还向内开有墙面干挂槽。本发明在保证与墙体贴合安装的同时,最大限度降低岩棉复合板整体重量,同时保证防水以及保温性能,有效推动了环保节能建材的使用与推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环保建筑领域,具体涉及一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板。
背景技术
岩棉保温板是以玄武岩及其他天然矿石等为主要原料制成非连续性纤维,加入一定量的粘结剂等辅助剂再经过沉降、固化、切割等工艺制成不同密度的板状产品,用于工业设备、建筑的绝热隔音等;同时随着建筑节能观念的推广,岩棉保温板的使用范围也越来越广,其种类也越来越多,其中有一种无饰面岩棉复合板,常常应用于外墙装饰,但是其防水性能较差,极其容易受到雨水、潮气等影响,导致其保温性能的降低。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种防水保温性能较为优秀的无饰面岩棉板是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,由上至下依次包括防水表层、耐候面板、岩棉夹芯板以及墙体贴合板;防水表层的表面均匀分布有防水凸起;耐候面板的上表面均匀开有流通槽;岩棉夹芯板的内部均匀分布有保温腔体;保温腔体中填充有气凝胶;墙体贴合板的下表面还向内开有墙面干挂槽。
进一步地,岩棉夹芯板为竖丝岩棉夹芯板。
进一步地,耐候面板由双层无纺布透气膜与水泥石英砂板压合形成。
进一步地,防水凸起为疏水性叶片经过烧结形成的具有球面的凸起。
进一步地,防水凸起的高度小于其所在球形的半径。
进一步地,流通槽呈放射状分布于耐候面板的上表面。
进一步地,保温腔体为由第一腔体与第二腔体相互环绕组成的螺旋形腔体。
进一步地,保温腔体中填充有二氧化硅气凝胶。
本发明提供了一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,由表层至靠墙一侧依次由防水表层、耐候面板、岩棉夹芯板以及墙体贴合板组成;其中防水表层表面均匀分布有由疏水性叶片经过烧结形成的具有球面的防水凸起,保证防水表层的疏水效果;耐候面板上表面均匀开有呈放射状的流通槽,便于流淌至内部的雨水流通,耐候面板还设计为由双层无纺布透气膜与水泥石英砂板压合形成,具有良好的耐候性;岩棉夹芯板选用竖丝岩棉夹芯板,保证整体抗压抗拉强度;岩棉夹芯板的内部均匀分布有保温腔体,保温腔体由相互环绕的第一腔体以及第二腔体环绕组成,其中填充二氧化硅气凝胶,在降低岩棉夹芯板整体重量的同时,显著提升岩棉夹芯板的保温性能。
本发明与现有技术相比,在保证与墙体贴合安装的同时,最大限度降低岩棉复合板整体重量,同时保证防水以及保温性能,有效推动了环保节能建材的使用与推广。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,本发明为一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,由上至下依次包括防水表层1、耐候面板2、岩棉夹芯板3以及墙体贴合板4。
防水表层1的表面均匀分布有防水凸起5,防水凸起5为疏水性叶片经过烧结形成的具有球面的凸起,并且防水凸起5的高度小于其所在球形的半径。
耐候面板2由双层无纺布透气膜与水泥石英砂板压合形成,如图2,耐候面板2的上表面均匀开有流通槽6,并且流通槽6呈放射状分布于耐候面板的上表面。
岩棉夹芯板3为竖丝岩棉夹芯板,内部均匀分布有保温腔体,保温腔体为由第一腔体与第二腔体相互环绕组成的螺旋形腔体,保温腔体中填充有气凝胶7,气凝胶7为二氧化硅气凝胶。
墙体贴合板4的下表面还向内开有墙面干挂槽8。

1.一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:由上至下依次包括防水表层(1)、耐候面板(2)、岩棉夹芯板(3)以及墙体贴合板(4);所述防水表层(1)的表面均匀分布有防水凸起(5);所述耐候面板(2)的上表面均匀开有流通槽(6);所述岩棉夹芯板(3)的内部均匀分布有保温腔体;所述保温腔体中填充有气凝胶(7);所述墙体贴合板(4)的下表面还向内开有墙面干挂槽(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述岩棉夹芯板(3)为竖丝岩棉夹芯板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述耐候面板(2)由双层无纺布透气膜与水泥石英砂板压合形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述防水凸起(5)为疏水性叶片经过烧结形成的具有球面的凸起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述防水凸起(5)的高度小于其所在球形的半径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述流通槽(6)呈放射状分布于耐候面板的上表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述保温腔体为由第一腔体与第二腔体相互环绕组成的螺旋形腔体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种无饰面防水耐候岩棉复合板,其特征在于:所述保温腔体中填充有二氧化硅气凝胶。
