本实用新型涉及一种简易保温墙体,属于建筑用保温材料结构技术领域。该保温墙体结构简单,包括墙体基面、粘结层和菩力聚氨酯节能保温装饰板。首先将基层墙体找平,在基层墙体表面上涂刷聚氨酯双组分发泡胶。本实用新型解决了传统外墙保温施工方法中的一些困难,如必须使用更多的原材料而造成大量浪费。该简易保温墙体避免了繁杂的施工工序及在施工时所产生的废弃物,并具有环保的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑材料,具体地说是一种带饰面的简易保温墙。
背景技术
随着国民经济的发展,工作和居住环境在逐步改善,建筑行业对建筑外墙保温的要求也越来越高,国家已制定相应的建筑外墙保温技术标准及规程,推广建筑保温节能技术,加快建筑节能技术的推广及应用。然而传统外墙保温施工系统中存在如下缺点和不足:(1)传统施工方式一般使用内外墙保温板,安装必须经过繁琐的工序与更多的材料,缺一不可,才能完成;(2)传统施工法事先必须准备大量材料,如:水泥、胶、砂、固定钉或扣件(金属)、玻璃纤维网格布等才能进行施工,而且工期长,影响进度,无法及时完工。(3)传统施工方法个流程为:A、墙体先进行抹灰、找平。B、刷浆。C、粘贴网格布。D、板材上胶浆贴合。E、打钉。F、上泥浆,贴纤维网格布。G、抹面。H、涂层(贴瓷砖)等工序。
发明内容
聚氨酯保温板是目前所知道的导热系数最低,保温隔热性能最好的一种保温材料,本实用新型的目的是利用菩力聚氨酯节能保温装饰板提供了一种简易保温墙,该简易保温墙解决了传统外墙保温施工方法中的一些困难,如:必须使用更多的原材料而造成大量浪费,更增添了繁杂的施工工序及在施工时所产生的废弃物,影响环境。为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种简易保温墙,该简易保温墙包括墙体基面,粘结层和菩力聚氨酯节能保温装饰板,粘结层采用聚氨酯双组份发泡胶(本公司研制)。聚氨酯双组份发泡胶由聚氨酯(polyol)聚醚多元醇组合配方和异氰酸酯(ISO)组方均匀混合而成。该胶稍微发泡,在墙体稍不平整情况下,微发泡可填补墙体与板材间隙,防止雨水进入内部产生隔离层,能达到断热保温更佳的效果。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、隔凉隔热效果好
由于采用聚氨脂保温板,所以,无论是在冬季或夏季室内保温隔凉、隔热效果明显,保温性能好,而且具有防潮的功能。
2、节约能源
由于保温效果好,所以,节省了能源,不仅具有良好的经济效益而且具有明显的社会效益。本实用新型可铺设在住宅、医院、幼园、酒店、写字楼、商场、车间等各种建筑物的外墙面上。
3、具有环保效果。

以下结合附图,给出具体实施例,用来对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图2提供了一种带饰面的简易保温墙,它包括墙体基面、粘结层、菩力聚氨酯节能保温装饰板。它的施工流程如下:首先将基层墙体找平,然后在菩力聚氨酯节能保温装饰板上涂刷聚氨酯双组份发泡胶,最后将保温装饰板与墙体粘合。为了使节能保温装饰板的表面不被划损,还可以在表面设置保护膜,保护膜可以是粘接或吸附在保温装饰板外表面的塑料膜。

1.一种简易保温墙,包括墙体基面,其特征在于还包括粘结层和节能保温装饰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简易保温墙,其特征在于所述节能保温装饰板采用菩力聚氨酯节能保温装饰板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的简易保温墙,其特征在于所述节能保温装饰板的表面具有保护膜。
