本发明公开了一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机和工艺,包括机架、油箱、导柱、针板、刺针和控制系统,机架底部为油箱,机架在油箱的上部设置工作台,工作台上设置有针板,针板上设置有刺针,机架在针板的上方设置有导柱,机架上设置有控制系统。本发明针刺机安装在胚布生产线后,胚布、起绒连线生产,针刺机无需起绒毛刷,胚布无需收卷、周转,减少材料损耗5%,降低生产成本,减少加工成本和设备维修保养成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制造技术领域,尤其涉及了一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机和工艺。
背景技术
现有汽车起绒地毯制造方法种类主要为:1.地毯胚布制造→2收卷→3起绒。起绒机配置叉型刺针:起绒机(专门用于起绒地毯生产的设备、主要由机架、油箱、导柱、针板、毛刷、毛刷龙架及电器控制系统组成),起绒机结构复杂、购置价格高(200万到300左右)、配件成本高,特别是毛刷使用量大(1280个)、单价高(110元/个),使用寿命约1年,使用成本高,现行业竞争激烈,急需寻找新的制造方法解决成本压力。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机和工艺,能够解决现有技术的成本压力。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机,包括机架、油箱、导柱、针板、刺针和控制系统,所述机架底部为油箱,所述机架在油箱的上部设置工作台,所述工作台上设置有针板,针板上设置有刺针,所述机架在针板的上方设置有导柱,所述机架上设置有控制系统。
进一步地,所述机架在针板的两端设置有限位柱。
进一步地,所述刺针为冠型刺针。
一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、地毯胚布制造:单种或多种PET纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺和成卷;
b、起绒:针刺机配冠型刺针连线起绒。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明针刺机安装在胚布生产线后,胚布、起绒连线生产,针刺机无需起绒毛刷,胚布无需收卷、周转,减少材料损耗5%,降低生产成本,减少加工成本和设备维修保养成本。

如图1所示的一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机,包括机架1、油箱2、导柱3、针板4、刺针5和控制系统6,机架1底部为油箱2,机架1在油箱2的上部设置工作台7,工作台7上设置有针板4,针板4上设置有刺针5,机架1在针板4的上方设置有导柱3,机架1上设置有控制系统6。
在本实施例中,机架1在针板4的两端设置有限位柱8,具有较好的限位效果。
在本实施例中,刺针5为冠型刺针。
一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、地毯胚布制造:单种或多种PET纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺和成卷;
b、起绒:针刺机配冠型刺针连线起绒。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机,其特征在于:所述机架在针板的两端设置有限位柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的针刺机,其特征在于:所述刺针为冠型刺针。
4.一种用于制造汽车起绒地毯的工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
