Abstract

一种复合型油溶性催化剂在油煤共炼工艺中的使用方法,原料包括渣油和煤粉,原料油与油溶性催化剂先在原料/催化剂混合系统进行混合,混合温度为150‑250℃,混合时间为15‑20分钟;所述油溶性催化剂为:所述油溶性催化剂活性组分为V、Ni组合。本发明使油溶性催化剂先与原料油互溶混合,其后再加入煤粉制备油煤浆、溶胀、加人氢气、反应、分离。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合型油溶性催化剂在油煤共炼工艺中的使用方法,属于炼油化工领域。
背景技术
炼油工艺发展至今,已形成以催化裂化、焦化和加氢为核心的加工流程。随着常规原油储量的不断减少,原油劣质化趋势越来越严重,加工难度越来越大;传统原油加工以催化裂化和焦化为主,这两种工艺在加工过程中的大气污染较为严重,轻油收率较低。
以沸腾床和悬浮床为代表的新型加氢工艺,具有原料适应性强、轻油收率高的特点,广受关注,但其问题是催化剂成本高、给设备、管道带来的磨损问题严重。
发明内容
本发明在对炼油工艺和催化剂深入研究和技术积累的基础上,提出一种复合型油溶性催化剂在油煤共炼工艺中的使用方法,油溶性催化剂通过特有的混合工艺能够实现其在原料中的均匀分布。本发明使油溶性催化剂先与原料互溶混合,再加入煤粉制备油煤浆、溶胀、反应和分离,最终得到目标产品。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种复合型油溶性催化剂在油煤共炼工艺中的使用方法,其特征在于原料为渣油和煤粉,原料油与油溶性催化剂先在原料/催化剂混合系统进行混合,再加入煤粉,经充分溶胀,使催化剂在反应物料中的浓度达到均一状态;混合完成的反应物料与催化剂和氢气进入反应器,进入方式为下进上出;所述油溶性催化剂为:所述油溶性催化剂活性组分为V、Ni组合。优选的催化剂与原料油混合温度为100-150℃,混合时间为30-50分钟。
优选的催化剂以活性金属计添加量不超过反应原料量的1wt%。
优选的反应器为空筒结构的悬浮床反应器,反应器串联数量为1-2台。
优选的反应温度不超过450℃,反应压力不超过20MPa。
本发明的技术效果如下:
本发明使油溶性催化剂先与原料油互溶混合、再加入煤粉制备油煤浆、溶胀、加入氢气、进入床反应、分离,并限定了具体的操作条件,催化剂在原料中得到均匀分布,进而发挥良好的催化效果。所述油溶性催化剂活性中心为V、Ni组合,本发明可用于油煤共炼,具有如下述突出优势:
本发明能够最大程度地发挥油溶性催化剂的优点,能够提高企业经济效益。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合型油溶性催化剂在油煤共炼工艺中的使用方法,其特征在于原料包括渣油和煤粉,原料油与油溶性催化剂先在原料/催化剂混合系统进行混合,再加入煤粉,经溶胀,使催化剂与原料充分混合;混合完成的反应物料与催化剂和氢气进入反应器;所述油溶性催化剂活性组分为V、Ni组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于催化剂与原料油混合温度为100-150℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于反应产物进入分离系统,分离后的产物进人蒸馏系统切割出石脑油、煤油、柴油、蜡油馏分。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的工艺,其特征在于催化剂以活性金属计添加量不超过反应原料量的1wt%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的工艺,其特征在于反应器为空筒结构的反应器。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的工艺,其特征在于反应温度不超过450℃,反应压力不超过20MPa。
