Abstract

本发明提供一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥制备方法,它由原料组分几丁寡糖或/和蚯蚓粪或/和蚕砂、水或/和过氧化氢、含有有机硼元素的溶液、烷基苯磺酸钠、聚山梨酯在一定条件下进行有效复混制得。对改善工程创面土壤理化特性、增强土壤硼元素的有效性、防治植物缺硼引起的生理病害、促进植物生长发育方面效果显著。

一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肥料,特别是指一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥制备方法。
背景技术
公路、铁路、水利等基础设施建设的迅猛发展产生了大量的工程创面,改变了原先的地形地貌,破坏了原有的自然土壤和植被。工程创面既影响到基础设施的安全,又导致了自然环境的恶化,需要及时进行生态恢复。工程创面土壤修复是工程创面植被恢复的基础,也是工程创面生态恢复的主要任务。针对生境十分特殊的工程创面,采用特定方式将土壤堆放在工程创面上并进行植被重建的土壤修复措施是现代工程创面治理和生态绿化的有效途径(如中国专利ZL 200810046488.6、中国专利ZL 201510620706.2)。硼是植物必须的微量元素,施用硼肥是提高土壤肥力、确保植物硼营养供应的根本措施。然而,由于缺乏有针对性的、使用效果良好的专用有机硼肥,在工程创面土壤修复过程中仍采用市场上购买的用于农田土壤的硼肥,存在用肥不合理、养分供应不协调、肥料利用率低等系列生产问题,导致工程创面土壤培肥和植被恢复的效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的不足,具有原料易得、生产成本低、性能稳定、肥效持久、生物学有效性高等特点,对改善工程创面土壤理化特性、增强土壤硼元素的有效性、防治植物缺硼引起的生理病害、促进植物生长发育方面效果显著。
本发明的目的是通过如下的技术方案来实现的,一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
①将组分重量百分比为30%~70%的几丁寡糖、蚯蚓粪、蚕砂中至少一种放入反应釜中,加入组分重量百分比为30%~70%的水、过氧化氢中一种或二种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.3~2小时,为样品1;
②将组分重量百分比为15%~40%的海藻酸钠、三乙醇胺、丙三醇中至少一种放入反应釜中,用组分重量百分比为15%~40%的水溶解,再加入组分重量百分比为1%~15%的过氧化氢、氯酸钠、乙醇胺中一种或多种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.2~3小时;然后,将组分重量百分比为30%~65%的硼酸、硼砂中至少一种加入反应釜中,在80~130℃下熬煮0.5~6小时,为样品2;
③取组分重量百分比分别为5%~20%的样品1、70%~90%的样品2、0~6%的烷基苯磺酸钠、0~6%的聚山梨酯经过复混制得最终产品。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
将组分重量百分比为50%的几丁寡糖放入反应釜中,加入组分重量百分比为50%的水进行溶解,在80℃下搅拌0.5小时,制得几丁寡糖溶液备用。将组分重量百分比为20%的海藻酸钠放入反应釜中,用组分重量百分比为30%的水溶解,再加入组分重量百分比为10%的乙醇胺进行溶解,在80℃下搅拌0.5小时;然后,将组分重量百分比为40%的硼酸加入反应釜中,在100℃下熬煮0.5小时,制得有机硼元素溶液备用。取组分重量百分比分别为5%的几丁寡糖溶液、90%的有机硼元素溶液、2%的烷基苯磺酸钠、3%的聚山梨酯经过复混制得最终产品。
实施例2:
制备时操作程序与实施例1相同。只是在本发明的操作程序所规定的范围内对原材料的种类、数量和溶解温度、搅拌时间以及熬煮时间有改变,仍同样制备成本发明的一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥。

Claims (1)

1.一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机硼肥制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
①将组分重量百分比为30%~70%的几丁寡糖、蚯蚓粪、蚕砂中至少一种放入反应釜中,加入组分重量百分比为30%~70%的水、过氧化氢中一种或二种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.3~2小时,为样品1;
②将组分重量百分比为15%~40%的海藻酸钠、三乙醇胺、丙三醇中至少一种放入反应釜中,用组分重量百分比为15%~40%的水溶解,再加入组分重量百分比为1%~15%的过氧化氢、氯酸钠、乙醇胺中一种或多种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.2~3小时;然后,将组分重量百分比为30%~65%的硼酸、硼砂中至少一种加入反应釜中,在80~130℃下熬煮0.5~6小时,为样品2;
③取组分重量百分比分别为5%~20%的样品1、70%~90%的样品2、0~6%的烷基苯磺酸钠、0~6%的聚山梨酯经过复混制得最终产品。
