Abstract

本发明提供一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥制备方法,它由原料组分几丁寡糖或/和蚯蚓粪或/和蚕砂、水或/和过氧化氢、含有有机锰元素的溶液、聚山梨酯、羧甲基纤维素钠在一定条件下进行有效复混制得。对改善工程创面土壤理化特性、增强土壤锰元素的有效性、防治植物缺锰引起的生理病害、促进植物生长发育方面效果显著。

一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肥料,特别是指一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥制备方法。
背景技术
在公路、铁路、水利、矿山、电力等工程建设过程中,伴随着大量的山体开挖,导致原有土壤植被覆盖层剥离,造成了很多的裸露工程创面。工程建设产生的工程创面对原有生境中各种生态过程有直接或间接影响,其影响尺度从种群一直延伸到景观。工程创面因存在石质化、土地贫瘠、边坡高陡、原生植被缺失等一种或多种特殊生境,使其生态功能难以自然恢复。针对生境十分特殊的工程创面,采用特定方式将土壤堆放在工程创面上并进行植被重建的土壤修复措施是现代工程创面治理和生态绿化的有效途径(如中国专利ZL200810046488.6、中国专利ZL 201510620706.2)。锰是植物必须的微量元素,施用锰肥是提高土壤肥力、确保植物锰营养供应的根本措施。然而,由于缺乏有针对性的、使用效果良好的专用有机锰肥,在工程创面土壤修复过程中仍采用市场上购买的用于农田土壤的锰肥,存在用肥不合理、养分供应不协调、肥料利用率低等系列生产问题,导致工程创面土壤培肥和植被恢复的效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的不足,具有原料易得、生产成本低、性能稳定、肥效持久、生物学有效性高等特点,对改善工程创面土壤理化特性、增强土壤锰元素的有效性、防治植物缺锰引起的生理病害、促进植物生长发育方面效果显著。
本发明的目的是通过如下的技术方案来实现的,一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
①将组分重量百分比为35%~65%的几丁寡糖、蚯蚓粪、蚕砂中至少一种放入反应釜中,加入组分重量百分比为35%~65%的水、过氧化氢中一种或二种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.3~2小时,为样品1;
②将组分重量百分比为10%~40%的巯基乙酸、谷氨酸、柠檬酸中至少一种放入反应釜中,用组分重量百分比为15%~40%的水溶解,再加入组分重量百分比为0.5%~9.5%的过氧化氢、乙醇、三乙醇胺中一种或多种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.3~2小时;然后,将组分重量百分比为30%~70%的硫酸锰加入反应釜中,在90~130℃下熬煮0.5~4小时,为样品2;
③取组分重量百分比分别为5%~35%的样品1、60%~95%的样品2、0~3%的聚山梨酯、0~2%的羧甲基纤维素钠经过复混制得最终产品。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
将组分重量百分比为50%的几丁寡糖放入反应釜中,加入组分重量百分比为50%的水进行溶解,在80℃下搅拌0.3小时,制得几丁寡糖溶液备用。将组分重量百分比为25%的巯基乙酸放入反应釜中,用组分重量百分比为30%的水溶解,再加入组分重量百分比为5%的过氧化氢进行溶解,在80℃下搅拌0.3小时;然后,将组分重量百分比为40%的硫酸锰加入反应釜中,在100℃下熬煮0.5小时,制得有机锰元素溶液备用。取组分重量百分比分别为9%的几丁寡糖溶液、89%的有机锰元素溶液、0.8%的聚山梨酯、1.2%的羧甲基纤维素钠经过复混制得最终产品。
实施例2:
制备时操作程序与实施例1相同。只是在本发明的操作程序所规定的范围内对原材料的种类、数量和溶解温度、搅拌时间以及熬煮时间有改变,仍同样制备成本发明的一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥。

Claims (1)

1.一种工程创面土壤修复专用的有机锰肥制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
①将组分重量百分比为35%~65%的几丁寡糖、蚯蚓粪、蚕砂中至少一种放入反应釜中,加入组分重量百分比为35%~65%的水、过氧化氢中一种或二种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.3~2小时,为样品1;
②将组分重量百分比为10%~40%的巯基乙酸、谷氨酸、柠檬酸中至少一种放入反应釜中,用组分重量百分比为15%~40%的水溶解,再加入组分重量百分比为0.5%~9.5%的过氧化氢、乙醇、三乙醇胺中一种或多种进行溶解,在30~90℃下搅拌0.3~2小时;然后,将组分重量百分比为30%~70%的硫酸锰加入反应釜中,在90~130℃下熬煮0.5~4小时,为样品2;
③取组分重量百分比分别为5%~35%的样品1、60%~95%的样品2、0~3%的聚山梨酯、0~2%的羧甲基纤维素钠经过复混制得最终产品。
