Abstract
本发明涉及护肤日用品技术领域,特别涉及一种玫瑰唇膏及其制备方法,一种玫瑰唇膏,由以下重量份的组分制成:蜡15~24份,油分55~60份,着色剂5~8份,维生素13~15份,悬浮剂4~6份,芳香剂1~3份;一种玫瑰唇膏的制备方法,具体如下:(1)、蜡基料的搅拌融化;(2)、油基料搅拌融化;(3)、蜡油混合搅拌;(4)、调色;(5)、脱泡及过滤;(6)、灌装成型,脱模;(7)、冷冻、包装;本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:让双唇时刻保持鲜嫩光泽,并能有效保护唇部肌肤,令双唇保持自然清香;与唇部肌肤极具亲和力,提供唇部柔软、乳脂般的感受与舒适,最大程度减少唇部的水分流失。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤日用品技术领域,特别涉及一种玫瑰唇膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
玫瑰精油被誉为“精油之后”,是世界上最昂贵的精油,因为其直接从玫瑰花中提取,不 添加任何化学成分,是纯天然的护肤产品,一直以来都是香料工业上不可替代的原料。精油 本身清香淡雅,有良好的护肤美容等功效,属香精中的精品,因此作为调香剂被广泛地用于 护肤品中,但很少有人将其应用在唇膏方面。“纯天然,零添加,零刺激”是各大化妆品公司 追求的目标。目前市场上的唇膏多数是以人工合成的化学品加工而成,而嘴唇皮肤较薄,如 果唇膏中加入人工合成的化学品,容易引起过敏,特别是在使用含有醛、酮等不饱和化合物 的原料时,更容易刺激到皮肤,同时由于唇膏是涂抹于嘴唇之上,从而不可避免的会在人说 话或进食时通过口腔进入人体,从而对人体产生不良的影响。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种防晒保湿、修复护唇的玫瑰唇膏及其制备 方法。
本发明所述技术方案如下:
一种玫瑰唇膏,由以下重量份的组分制成:蜡15~24份,油分55~60份,着色剂5~8份,维生素13~15份,悬浮剂4~6份,芳香剂1~3份。
所述的蜡为6~7份小烛树蜡,6~7份蜂蜡,6~7巴西棕榈树蜡。
所述的油分包含白池δ-内酯、辛基十二醇、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯56~ 57份,生育酚乙酸酯1份,甘油辛酸酯0.4份,辛甘醇0.4份,突厥蔷薇花油0.5份。
所述维生素为14.2份维生素E。
所述悬浮剂为5份二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石。
所述的芳香剂为2份香精。
所述的着色剂为CI 45410 1~2份,CI 15985 1~2份,CI 77491:1~2份,CI77891: 1~2份。
一种玫瑰唇膏的制备方法,具体如下:
(1)、蜡基料的搅拌融化:将小烛树蜡、蜂蜡、巴西棕榈树蜡称取好加入到反应釜中, 加热到80-90℃,搅拌熔化,溶解均匀;
(2)、油基料搅拌融化:将油分称取好,所述油份中的白池花δ-内酯、辛基十二醇、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯单独计量,80~85℃加温溶解20分钟,加入到搅拌器中,边加热边搅拌,温度保持在80~85℃,连续搅拌1~2小时搅拌均匀;
(3)、蜡油混合搅拌:将油基料加入到蜡基料中,80-90℃保温搅拌5-10分钟;
(4)、混合:将着色剂、维生素、悬浮剂、芳香剂称量好,依次加入到反应釜中,80-90℃ 保温,搅拌1-2小时,充分溶解,调色;
(5)、脱泡及过滤:反应釜抽真空,对料液进行脱泡处理,料液经100目滤芯过滤后,理化检测合格后,冷却至室温,;
(6)、灌装成型,脱模;
(7)、冷冻、包装;
所述的反应釜为真空双搅拌反应釜。
本发明唇膏各配方的配比机理如下:
突厥蔷薇(ROSA DAMASCENA)花油(平阴玫瑰精油):其花朵主要用于食品及提炼香精玫瑰油,玫瑰油要比等重量黄金价值高,玫瑰属于蔷薇科,蔷薇亚科,蔷薇属,落叶灌木,枝杆多刺。奇数羽状复叶,小叶5~9片,椭圆形,有边刺,表面多皱纹,托叶大部和叶 柄合生。花单生数朵聚生,紫红色,有芳香。颜色有粉红色、红色、黄色、白色。现在则有 了更多种颜色,比如:蓝色、黑色、绿色等。
小烛树蜡,淡黄角有光泽蜡状固体,有芳香气味性,脆而硬的植物性蜡,是从墨西哥北 部及美国得克萨斯州南部、加利福尼亚州南部等地特产的小烛树灌木表皮中提取出来的。小 烛树蜡含有特种树脂成分和对温度变化性较强等特性。在熔融的混合物中,它凝固得很慢, 且在长时间内不能达到最大硬度。加入油酸或类似的酸,会使结晶过程变慢,且使软度迅速 增加,不溶于水,溶于丙酮、氯仿、松节油及醇苯混合溶剂。主要成分为烷基酯、游离醇、 烃类化合物和游离酸等。
蜂蜡,呈黄色、淡黄棕色或黄白色,不透明或微透明,表面光滑,体较轻,有蜂蜜样香 气,味微甘;有收涩、敛疮,生肌,祛风润燥、和血解毒之效能。在配方中起到粘结、愈合唇裂伤口的作用。
巴西棕榈蜡是从生长于南美洲巴西东北部的棕榈树叶上提取的天然植物蜡。它为防止巴 西棕榈树在干燥地区水分蒸发发挥了重要的作用,主要由酸和羟基酸的酯组成的复杂混合物, 大部分是脂肪酸酯。本品为淡黄色或黄色粉末、薄片或块状物。
维生素E(Vitamin E)是一种脂溶性维生素,又称生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。 溶于脂肪和乙醇等有机溶剂中,不溶于水,对热、酸稳定,对碱不稳定,对氧敏感,对热不 敏感,但油炸时维生素E活性明显降低。
辛基十二醇:润滑剂、乳化剂、溶剂和增稠剂。用于化妆品和外用制剂中,具有乳化剂 和润滑剂的作用。辛基十二醇具有透皮促进作用,可促进萘普生透皮吸收。对于透皮性能不 好的药物,以辛基十二醇为辅料的微乳可以提高透皮速度。
二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯:一种润肤剂和皮肤调理剂二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯的功能二异硬脂醇 苹果酸酯是一种润肤剂和皮肤调理剂。该成分主要用于唇部产品中,如唇膏和唇彩,有时候 可以出现在其他化妆品中,如染发剂、眼影、防晒霜、眼线中。
山梨坦倍半油酸酯:在药物制剂中作为乳化剂主要用于乳膏、乳液和软膏的制备。当单 独使用时,山梨醇酯能形成稳定的油包水(W/O)乳剂和微乳剂,但通常与不同比例的聚山 梨酯合用从而形成不同均一性的油包水或水包油乳剂。
甘油辛酸酯:甘油辛酸酯是可用于乳液、表面活性剂产品、水醇体系的产品,有抗菌、 保湿、加脂等功效。
辛甘醇:在化妆品上面用处比较多,它主要给你皮肤补水的,是一种化学成份。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过采用优质有机玫瑰原料精制而成,不含重金属及矿物油,对人体健康无威胁,纯天 然的玫瑰精油和玫瑰花粉等天然成分可深层滋养唇部肌肤,最大程度减少唇部的水分流失, 让双唇时刻保持鲜嫩光泽,并能有效保护唇部肌肤,令双唇保持自然清香;与唇部肌肤极具 亲和力,提供唇部柔软、乳脂般的感受与舒适,最大程度减少唇部的水分流失。
原料采用纯天然材料,安全无刺激,长期使用不会对人体产生不良影响,适用于所有人 群,能有效滋润嘴唇,长效保持湿润,材料容易获取,成本低廉,制造工艺简单,适合大批 量生产。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明实施方 式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
一种玫瑰唇膏,由以下重量份的组分制成:蜡为6份小烛树蜡,7份蜂蜡,7巴西棕榈树蜡,油分包含白池δ-内酯、辛基十二醇、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯56份,生育酚乙酸酯1份,甘油辛酸酯0.4份,辛甘醇0.4份,突厥蔷薇花油0.5份,维生素为14.2份维生素E,悬浮剂为0.5份二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石,芳香剂为0.2份香精,着色剂为 CI45410 1份,CI 15985 1份,CI 77491:2份,CI 77891:2份。
实施例2
一种玫瑰唇膏,由以下重量份的组分制成:蜡7份小烛树蜡,67份蜂蜡,6巴西棕榈树 蜡,油分包含白池δ-内酯、辛基十二醇、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯56份,生 育酚乙酸酯1份,甘油辛酸酯0.4份,辛甘醇0.4份,突厥蔷薇花油0.5份,维生素为14.2份维生素E,悬浮剂为0.5份二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石,芳香剂为0.2份香精,着色剂为CI 454102份,CI 15985 1份,CI 77491:2份,CI 77891:1份。
实施例1-2中,各组分含量及作用如下表:
本发明实施例的使用效果实验对比:
第一组:参与实验人数40名,均为女性志愿者,年龄18-23岁,不使用任何唇膏,让嘴唇保持最初的状态,周期为1个月。
第二组:参与实验人数40名,均为女性志愿者,年龄18-23岁。使用本发明实施例产品,使用方法是:均匀涂于双唇。使用周期为1个月,平均每人每日使用2~3次。
实验对照结果:第二组女性志愿者满意率86.6%;反馈表使用后明显感到舒适、柔软, 无油腻感,嘴唇滋润亮泽。
实验结果:本发明所述的唇膏,对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻 感,具有明显的防晒保湿、修复护唇的效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之 内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分制成:蜡15~24份,油分55~60份,着色剂5~8份,维生素13~15份,悬浮剂4~6份,芳香剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于,所述的蜡为6~7份小烛树蜡,6~7份蜂蜡,6~7巴西棕榈树蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于,所述的油分包含白池δ-内酯、辛基十二醇、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯56~57份,生育酚乙酸酯1份,甘油辛酸酯0.4份,辛甘醇0.4份,突厥蔷薇花油0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于,所述维生素为14.2份维生素E。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于,所述悬浮剂为5份二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于,所述的芳香剂为2份香精。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰唇膏,其特征在于,所述的着色剂为CI 45410 1~2份,CI 15985 1~2份,CI 77491:1~2份,CI 77891:1~2份。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的玫瑰唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于具体如下:
(1)、蜡基料的搅拌融化:将小烛树蜡、蜂蜡、巴西棕榈树蜡称取好加入到反应釜中,加热到80-90℃,搅拌熔化,溶解均匀;
(2)、油基料搅拌融化:将油分称取好,所述油份中的白池花δ-内酯、辛基十二醇、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯单独计量,80~85℃加温溶解20分钟,加入到搅拌器中,边加热边搅拌,温度保持在80~85℃,连续搅拌1~2小时搅拌均匀;
(3)、蜡油混合搅拌:将油基料加入到蜡基料中,80-90℃保温搅拌5-10分钟;
(4)、混合:将着色剂、维生素、悬浮剂、芳香剂称量好,依次加入到反应釜中,80-90℃保温,搅拌1-2小时,充分溶解,调色;
(5)、脱泡及过滤:反应釜抽真空,对料液进行脱泡处理,料液经100目滤芯过滤后,理化检测合格后,冷却至室温;
(6)、灌装成型,脱模;
(7)、冷冻、包装。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种玫瑰唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的反应釜为真空双搅拌反应釜。
