Abstract

本发明公开了一种小苏打牙膏,通过如下重量份的原料制备而成:纳米碳酸氢钠粉67.0‑67.2wt%、木糖醇3.0‑3.2wt%、聚乙二醇1.6‑1.8wt%、焦磷酸钙1.2‑1.3wt%、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠2.8‑3.0wt%、海藻酸钠0.2‑0.3wt%、瓜尔胶0.2‑0.3wt%,甜菊糖0.2‑0.3wt%、氟化钠0.1‑0.11wt%,还包括脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共4‑6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为3‑5∶1,以及适量香精,余量水。本发明提供的小苏打牙膏采用独有的牙科级小苏打配方,可抑制牙菌斑,减少牙龈红肿、出血,缓解牙龈问题,强健牙龈和牙齿。可有效预防牙结石的形成,清除口腔异味、预防蛀牙。本发明提供的小苏打牙膏性质稳定,长期储存也不会导致小苏打分解。

一种小苏打牙膏
技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种小苏打牙膏。
背景技术
牙膏为人们生活中十分常见的可清洁牙齿以及维护口腔环境卫生的安全性日用品。目前市面上所销售牙膏主要分为普通型、氟化物型以及药物型三种,虽然各种类型均有优点,能够起到洁齿固龈以及防龋齿等作用,但由于成分简单、氟毒性以及刷牙时间较短药效无法发挥等限制,效果仍然不理想。伴随科学以及医学技术飞速进步,牙膏制作工艺逐渐完善并不断创新,多种新型牙膏问世,其中小苏打牙膏引起口腔专家重视。小苏打牙膏以牙科级别小苏打为主要成分,能够对牙齿缝隙以及牙龈线等部位进行彻底清洁,并且有助于保持牙齿洁白,受到广大使用者高度评价。
但是通常含有小苏打(碳酸氢钠)的牙膏稳定性问题较难解决,因为小苏打易于与产品中其他成分产生不稳定的二氧化碳,既会气胀也会让牙膏分水等,这也就严重限制了小苏打在牙膏等口腔护理产品中的应用。
现有技术中,已经公开了很多小苏打牙膏,比如中国专利(CN105748306A)公开了一种小苏打牙膏,虽然其声称可以提高小苏打牙膏的稳定性,但是根据其制备方法,是将碳酸氢钠先溶解在溶液中,然后与其它组分混合,碳酸氢钠溶解在溶液中其最后以离子形式分散在药膏中,根本无法在碳酸氢钠颗粒表面形成有效薄膜,稳定性不是很好;美国专利(US4721614A)公开了一种稳定的小苏打牙膏,虽然也公开了一种不胀气的小苏打,但是其并不能高效地提高小苏打胀气造成的不稳定性;中国专利(CN1121310A)公开了一种含有焦磷酸亚防治剂的小苏打牙膏,但是其并没解决小苏打胀气造成的牙膏稳定性不好的问题。中国专利(CN1899261A)公开了一种小苏打牙膏,其所解决的技术问题是较好的除去口臭、防治牙龈炎,也没有解决小苏打胀气造成的牙膏稳定性不好的问题;王延军(″小苏打牙膏″,王延军,《牙膏工业》,第4期)公开了一种小苏打牙膏,也没有没解决小苏打胀气造成的牙膏稳定性不好的问题。
基于现有技术中小苏打牙膏稳定性不好的问题,申请人通过不断探索,提出了一种性质稳定的小苏打牙膏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种性质稳定的小苏打牙膏。
本发明的上述目的是通过下面的技术方案得以实现的:
一种小苏打牙膏,其原料组成为纳米碳酸氢钠粉67.0-67.2wt%、木糖醇3.0-3.2wt%、聚乙二醇1.6-1.8wt%、焦磷酸钙1.2-1.3wt%、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠2.8-3.0wt%、海藻酸钠0.2-0.3wt%、瓜尔胶0.2-0.3wt%,甜菊糖0.2-0.3wt%、氟化钠0.1-0.11wt%,还包括脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共4-6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为3-5∶1,以及适量香精,余量水。
所述的小苏打牙膏,其原料组成为纳米碳酸氢钠粉66.0wt%、木糖醇3.0wt%、聚乙二醇1.7wt%、焦磷酸钙1.25wt%、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠2.9wt%、海藻酸钠0.27wt%、瓜尔胶0.25wt%,甜菊糖0.3wt%、氟化钠0.1wt%,还包括脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾共6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾重量份比为5∶1,以及适量香精,余量水。
所述的小苏打牙膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,木糖醇、聚乙二醇、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶,甜菊糖、氟化钠、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯、香精混合均匀,得混合组分A;
步骤S2,将焦磷酸钙与碳酸氢钠、磷酸钾混合得组分B;
步骤S3,将组分A和组分B搅拌混合均匀,并加入适量的水调成膏状物,包装即得。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明提供的小苏打牙膏采用独有的牙科级小苏打配方,运用大量超细(纳米级)碳酸氢钠,碳酸氢钠更容易均匀分散在牙膏中,同时更容易进入牙齿的损失的细缝以及牙龈与牙齿结合部,可高效抑制牙菌斑,显著减少牙龈红肿、出血,缓解牙龈问题,强健牙龈和牙齿。纳米级的小苏打(碳酸氢钠)能深层清洁齿缝和牙龈线,可有效预防牙结石的形成,且能提升牙齿光洁度并持续亮白,同时能清除口腔异味、预防蛀牙;
(2)本发明提供的小苏打牙膏,由于加入聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯等组分,使超细的碳酸氢钠被一层薄薄的胶状膜包裹,减缓碳酸氢钠的被酸性物质分解,能够有效提高牙膏稳定性。尤其是磷酸钾和脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯的加入,磷酸钾的加入,可以是避免酸性物质与碳酸氢铵反应,磷酸钾呈碱性,可以酸性物质生成磷酸氢钾或磷酸二氢钾,而脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯容易在纳米碳酸氢钠颗粒表面成膜,进一步减缓碳酸氢钠被酸分解的可能,二者协同作用,有效提高小苏打牙膏性质稳定,不易胀气。通过优化脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共4-6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为3-5∶1时小苏打稳定性最佳。

下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的实质性内容,但并不以此限定本发明保护范围。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
实施例1:小苏打牙膏的制备
原料重量份比:纳米碳酸氢钠粉67.0份、木糖醇3.2份、聚乙二醇1.8份、焦磷酸钙1.3份、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠2.8份、海藻酸钠0.3份、瓜尔胶0.3份,甜菊糖0.3份、氟化钠0.1份,还包括脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共4份,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为3∶1,以及适量香精,余量水。
制备方法:
包括如下步骤:步骤S1,木糖醇、聚乙二醇、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶,甜菊糖、氟化钠、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯、香精混合均匀,得混合组分A;
步骤S2,将焦磷酸钙与碳酸氢钠、磷酸钾混合得组分B;
步骤S3,将组分A和组分B搅拌混合均匀,并加入适量的水调成膏状物,包装即得。
实施例2
脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共5份,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为4∶1,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
实施例3
脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共6份,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为5∶1,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
实施例4
脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共3份,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为2∶1,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
实施例5
脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共7份,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为6∶1,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
实施例6
加入脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯4份,不加入磷酸钾,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
实施例7
加入磷酸钾1份,不加入脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
实施例8
不加入脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾,其它组分与制备步骤与实施1相同。
对比例
市售小苏打牙膏。
实施例9:效果实施例
分别测试实施例1~8制备的小苏打牙膏以及市售的小苏打牙膏的存储稳定性,试验考察期限36个月,试验温度25±5℃,试验湿度50±5%RH。考察指标:胀气率(%)。
胀气率测定方法:
将小苏打牙膏按常规牙膏灌装工艺灌装密封,使用排水法测定初始体积;存放36个月后,使用排水法测定末期体积。
胀气率%=(末期体积-初始体积)/初始体积×100%。
实验结果如下表:
上述结果表明,本发明提供的小苏打牙膏性质稳定,不易胀气,小苏打不易分解,而市售的小苏打牙膏性质很不稳定,不加入脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾的情况下,制备小苏打牙膏也不稳定,单独加入脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯或者磷酸钾,虽然能够提高小苏打牙膏稳定性,但是不能达到最佳效果,而加入同时脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾,二者协同作用,可以显著提高小苏打牙膏稳定性,尤其的脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共4-6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为3-5∶1时,效果最佳,得到小苏打牙膏性质最稳定。

Claims (3)

1.一种小苏打牙膏,其特征在于:其原料组成为纳米碳酸氢钠粉67.0-67.2wt%、木糖醇3.0-3.2wt%、聚乙二醇1.6-1.8wt%、焦磷酸钙1.2-1.3wt%、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠2.8-3.0wt%、海藻酸钠0.2-0.3wt%、瓜尔胶0.2-0.3wt%,甜菊糖0.2-0.3wt%、氟化钠0.1-0.11wt%,还包括脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾共4-6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾重量份比为3-5∶1,以及适量香精,余量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的小苏打牙膏,其特征在于:其原料组成为纳米碳酸氢钠粉66.0wt%、木糖醇3.0wt%、聚乙二醇1.7wt%、焦磷酸钙1.25wt%、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠2.9wt%、海藻酸钠0.27wt%、瓜尔胶0.25wt%,甜菊糖0.3wt%、氟化钠0.1wt%,还包括脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯和磷酸钾共6wt%,其中脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯和磷酸钾重量份比为5∶1,以及适量香精,余量水。
3.如权利要求1~2任一所述的小苏打牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,木糖醇、聚乙二醇、质量浓度为30%的聚(氧代丙烯)油基醚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶,甜菊糖、氟化钠、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺硼酸酯、香精混合均匀,得混合组分A;
步骤S2,将焦磷酸钙与碳酸氢钠、磷酸钾混合得组分B;
步骤S3,将组分A和组分B搅拌混合均匀,并加入适量的水调成膏状物,包装即得。
