Description

内衣罩杯和内衣罩杯的制造方法
技术领域
本申请涉及衣物和衣物制造,具体地,涉及一种内衣罩杯和内衣罩杯的制造方法。
背景技术
内衣罩杯通常由杯芯和覆盖在杯芯两面的织物层构成。通常的内衣通常与穿衣者的身体紧密贴合,以具有良好的视觉效果。但是,尤其对于炎热天气或者运动时来说,内衣与身体的贴合会造成难以散热,从而给穿衣者带来不适。
发明内容
本申请旨在提出一种内衣罩杯及其制造方法,克服以上提到的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提出了一种内衣罩杯,包括:杯芯,其第一表面形成有多个第一凹槽,与第一表面相反的第二表面形成有多个第二凹槽,多个第一凹槽和多个第二凹槽中的每个凹槽具有条状的开口、与开口对应的底部、以及在每个凹槽的纵向两侧位于开口和底部之间的凸起侧壁;第一织物层,覆盖杯芯的第一表面;以及第二织物层,覆盖杯芯的第二表面,其中,第一织物层附接至杯芯的第一表面,以使至少一部分第一凹槽的凸起侧壁的顶部与第一织物层附接,但至少一部分第一凹槽的底部的至少一部分不与第一织物层附接。
根据本申请的另一方面,提出了一种制造内衣罩杯的方法,包括:利用模具形成杯芯,杯芯在第一表面具有多个第一凹槽,在与第一表面相反的第二表面具有多个第二凹槽,多个第一凹槽和多个第二凹槽中的每个凹槽具有条状的开口、与开口对应的底部、以及在每个凹槽的纵向两侧位于开口和底部之间的凸起侧壁;将第一织物层覆盖于杯芯的第一表面;以及将第二织物层覆盖于杯芯的第二表面,其中,将第一织物层附接至第一表面,以使至少一部分第一凹槽的凸起侧壁的顶部与第一织物层附接,但至少一部分第一凹槽的底部的至少一部分不与第一织物层附接。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本申请,以下将参照附图结合示例性实施方式对本申请的技术方案进行描述。
在下文中,以胸罩为例对制造胸罩罩杯的方法和由此得到的胸罩的实施方式进行了描述。但是,应当理解,本申请的实施方式并不限于胸罩的罩杯,而是还可应用于包括罩杯的其他衣物。如图6所示,胸罩通常包括在中间连接材料连接的两个罩杯,并且罩杯上附接有肩带和侧翼。本申请的罩杯包括杯芯、附接于杯芯内侧的内层、以及附接于杯芯外侧的外层。杯芯通常由聚氨酯泡沫体或其他任何适当的可模制材料形成。罩杯的形状大致由杯芯限定。应当理解,本申请中的内侧和外侧均是针对穿着衣物者的身体来定义的。因此,内侧为靠近穿衣者身体的一侧,外侧为远离穿衣者身体的一侧。
图1和图2示出了根据本申请的示例性实施方式用于形成杯芯的设备和方法的示意图。如图所示,可使用包括凸模110和凹模120的模具。凸模110和凹模120具有与期望的杯芯形状对应的形状。液态的发泡材料130通过喷头注入到由凹模120形成的空间中。在注入了期望量的发泡材料130之后,将凸模110和凹模120合拢,以使注入的发泡材料130通过注压成型为具有期望形状的杯芯140。如图2所示,成型的杯芯140在其两侧均有多个条状的凹槽142和位于凹槽142中的多个孔141。
图3A和图3B分别示出了根据本申请的示例性实施方式由图1和图2所示的设备和方法形成的杯芯的正视图和侧视图。如图3B所示,在杯芯140的外表面1410上形成有多个凹槽142-1,并在杯芯140的内表面1420上形成有多个凹槽142-2。外表面1410上的凹槽142-1和内表面1420上的凹槽142-2交替形成,从而内表面1420上的凹槽142-2也呈现为外表面1410上的突起或顶部。图3B示出的侧视图直接示出了杯芯140的外表面1410和在外表面1410上的多个凹槽142-1,并示出了呈现为外表面1410上的突起或顶部的内表面1420上的多个凹槽142-2。以外表面1410上的凹槽142-1为例,每个凹槽142-1具有与凹槽形状对应的条状的开口1421、与开口对应的底部或通道1422、以及在凹槽的纵向两侧分别形成的位于开口1421和底部1422之间的侧壁1423。侧壁1423具有凸起的形状,并具有顶部1423A。在凹槽142-1和凹槽142-2的底部1422,形成有多个孔141。孔141例如形成为贯穿孔。对于每个凹槽142-1和142-2来说,孔141的尺寸小于开口1421的尺寸。条状的开口1421和孔141允许空气在其间流通。通过这样的结构,增强了罩杯中的空气流通效果。应当理解,不具有孔141的凹槽也能够改善空气流通效果,因此,孔141在申请中不是必须存在的。但是,具有孔141的凹槽能够进一步提高空气流通效果,因此,凹槽中具有孔141的技术方案是优选的。
在示例性的实施方式中,多个凹槽142-1和多个凹槽142-2是彼此平行的直线形凹槽、或非水纹状的弧线形(例如,凸形或凹形)凹槽,并且多个凹槽142-1和142-2被形成为交替排列的。直线形或凸形/凹形的凹槽有利于增强罩杯中的空气流通效果。
图4示出了根据本申请的示例性实施方式形成罩杯的示意图。如图所示,使用凸模410和凹模420对杯芯140和覆盖其两个表面的织物层或纤维层进行模压定型。例如,第一织物层440覆盖于杯芯140的外表面1410,第二织物层430覆盖于杯芯140的内表面1420,并对如此叠放的织物层和杯芯进行模压。也就是,第一织物层440置于杯芯140和凹模420之间,第二织物层430置于杯芯140和凸模410之间。在杯芯140和第一织物层440之间可提供例如胶水的粘合剂460,在杯芯140和第二织物层430之间可提供例如胶水的粘合剂450。通过模压,将第一织物层440和第二织物层430分别粘附至杯芯140的两个表面。但是,根据本申请,模具的形状为凸模和凹模的内表面之间具有一定的厚度或距离,因此在模压定型的过程中,织物层和杯芯不会受到挤压挤压,由此杯芯的至少凹槽底布与织物层之间是不受压力挤压的,从而使得杯芯两个表面上的凹槽底部不会与织物层彼此附接。这样就在凹槽的底部形成了空气通道,从而增强了空气流通效果。关于此点,将在下文结合图5的剖视图进一步说明。为了进一步确保空气通道的形成,可选地,可仅对凹槽侧壁的顶部提供粘合剂,而不在凹槽底部提供粘合剂。粘合剂可以通过手动涂覆的方式提供,也可通过喷涂而提供。
应当理解,使用的粘合剂可以是不同于胶水的其他材料。进一步地,也可以不使用粘合剂,而使用其他方法或材料将第一织物层440和第二织物层430分别附接至杯芯140的两个表面。
图4还示出了经模压定型得到的内衣罩杯裁片150,以及对罩杯裁片150进行裁剪得到的内衣罩杯160。
图5示出了根据本申请的示例性实施方式对内衣罩杯160沿线A-A得到的内衣罩杯160的剖视图。由于在模压过程中织物层和杯芯不受到挤压,由此杯芯的至少凹槽底布与织物层之间是不受压力挤压的,因此,如图5所示,第一织物层440附接至杯芯140的外表面1410,以使至少一部分第一凹槽142-1的凸起侧壁1423的顶部1423A与第一织物层440附接,但第一凹槽142-1或至少一部分第一凹槽142-1的底部1422或其至少一部分不与第一织物层440附接。由此,在杯芯140和第一织物层440之间形成空气流通槽。
类似地,第二织物层430附接至杯芯140的内表面1420,以使至少一部分第二凹槽142-2的凸起侧壁1423的顶部1423A与第二织物层430附接,但第二凹槽142-2或至少一部分第二凹槽142-2的底部1422或其至少一部分不与第二织物层430附接。由此,在杯芯140和第二织物层430之间形成空气流通槽。
应当理解,以上实施方式中的第一织物层可以指的是内衣罩杯的外织物层或内织物层,第二织物层可以指的是内衣罩杯的内织物层或外织物层。第一和第二织物层中的任意一者或其二者可以上文所述的方式附接至罩杯杯芯。
图6示出了根据本申请的示例性实施方式形成的包括本申请的内衣罩杯160的内衣成品的示意图。
根据本申请的罩杯,其杯芯与杯芯两侧的纤维层之间形成有空气流通槽和透气孔,从而有利于穿衣者在运动时或者在天气炎热时的散热。
以上描述仅为本申请的较佳实施例以及对所运用技术原理的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,本申请中所涉及的发明范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖在不脱离所述发明构思的情况下,由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案。

Claims (16)

1.一种内衣罩杯,包括:
杯芯(140),所述杯芯(140)的第一表面(1410)形成有多个第一凹槽(142-1),所述杯芯(140)的第二表面(1420)形成有多个第二凹槽(142-2),所述第二表面(1420)是与所述第一表面(1410)相反的表面,所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)中的每个凹槽具有条状的开口(1421)、与开口(1421)对应的底部(1422)、以及在每个凹槽的纵向两侧位于开口(1421)和底部(1422)之间的凸起侧壁(1423);
第一织物层(440),覆盖所述杯芯(140)的所述第一表面(1410);以及
第二织物层(430),覆盖所述杯芯(140)的所述第二表面(1420),
其中,所述第一织物层(440)附接至所述第一表面(1410),以使至少一部分第一凹槽(142-1)的凸起侧壁(1423)的顶部(1423A)与所述第一织物层(440)附接,但所述至少一部分第一凹槽(142-1)的底部(1422)的至少一部分不与所述第一织物层(440)附接。
2.如权利要求1所述的内衣罩杯,其中,所述第二织物层(430)附接至所述第二表面(1420),以使至少一部分第二凹槽(142-2)的凸起侧壁(1423)的顶部(1423A)与所述第二织物层(430)附接,但所述至少一部分第二凹槽(142-2)的底部(1422)的至少一部分不与所述第二织物层(430)附接。
3.如权利要求1所述的内衣罩杯,其中,在所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)中的至少一部分中形成有多个孔(141)。
4.如权利要求3所述的内衣罩杯,其中,所述多个孔(141)中的每个孔的尺寸小于所述每个孔所在的凹槽的开口(1421)的尺寸。
5.如权利要求3所述的内衣罩杯,其中,所述孔(141)是贯穿孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的内衣罩杯,其中,所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)是彼此平行的直线形凹槽、或非水纹状的弧线形凹槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的内衣罩杯,其中,所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)是交替排列的。
8.如权利要求1所述的内衣罩杯,其中,所述杯芯(140)由液态的发泡材料通过注压而形成。
9.一种制造内衣罩杯的方法,包括:
利用模具(110,120)形成杯芯(140),所述杯芯(140)在第一表面(1410)具有多个第一凹槽(142-1),在与所述第一表面(1410)相反的第二表面(1420)具有多个第二凹槽(142-2),所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)中的每个凹槽具有条状的开口(1421)、与开口(1421)对应的底部(1422)、以及在每个凹槽的纵向两侧位于开口(1421)和底部(1422)之间的凸起侧壁(1423);
将第一织物层(440)覆盖于所述杯芯(140)的所述第一表面(1410);以及
将第二织物层(430)覆盖于所述杯芯(140)的所述第二表面(1420),
其中,将所述第一织物层(440)附接至所述第一表面(1410),以使至少一部分第一凹槽(142-1)的凸起侧壁(1423)的顶部(1423A)与所述第一织物层(440)附接,但所述至少一部分第一凹槽(142-1)的底部(1422)的至少一部分不与所述第一织物层(440)附接。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,将所述第二织物层(430)附接至所述第二表面(1420),以使至少一部分第二凹槽(142-2)的凸起侧壁(1423)的顶部(1423A)与所述第二织物层(430)附接,但所述至少一部分第二凹槽(142-2)的底部(1422)的至少一部分不与所述第二织物层(430)附接。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,在所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)中的至少一部分中形成有多个孔(141)。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述多个孔(141)中的每个孔的尺寸小于所述每个孔所在的凹槽的开口(1421)的尺寸。
13.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述孔(141)是贯穿孔。
14.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)是彼此平行的直线形凹槽、或非水纹状的弧线形凹槽。
15.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述多个第一凹槽(142-1)和所述多个第二凹槽(142-2)是交替排列的。
16.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述杯芯(140)由液态的发泡材料通过注压而形成,所述模具(110,120)是发泡模具。
