The invention solves the problem that in the cleaning process of the potato vegetables in the prior art, the potato vegetables need to be turned over manually, mucilage on the potato vegetables is mixed into water and contacts with the skin of workers through the water, so that the skin of the workers is itchy, and waste water generated after the potato vegetables are cleaned is directly discharged, so that the environment is easily polluted.
