Detailed Description
The structure and other aspects of the wire terminal assembling mechanism of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments.
Fig. 1-2 show partial perspective views of a wire terminal assembly mechanism of the present invention according to an embodiment, and fig. 3 shows a partial perspective front view of the wire terminal assembly mechanism of the present invention according to an embodiment. As shown in the drawings, the wire terminal assembling mechanism of the present invention includes a front wire clamping device 11, a rear wire clamping device 12 and a power device 13, wherein the front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 are arranged in parallel along a wire direction, the front wire clamping device 11 is used for clamping a front end 91 of a wire 90, and a clamping position of the rear wire clamping device 12 for clamping the wire is further away from the front end 91 relative to a clamping position of the front wire clamping device 11. The power device 13 is used for driving the front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 to horizontally move along the wire guiding direction, or driving the front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 to open or close.
In particular embodiments, power plant 13 may include multiple power components, and different power components may be used to control or drive different devices or modules. In the present embodiment, the front thread tension device 11 and the rear thread tension device 12 are individually driven and controlled by the power device 13.
In the case of using only one wire clamping device, if the clamping position of the wire clamping device is relatively close to the front end 91 of the wire, although the front end 91 can be accurately inserted into the wire hole of the wire connecting terminal 95, the wire clamping device and the wire connecting terminal are easily interfered after the front end of the wire is inserted into the wire connecting terminal, so that the front end 91 of the wire cannot be continuously inserted in place along the wire direction and is easily dropped off. On the other hand, if the clamping position of the wire clamping device is far away from the front end 91 of the wire, the front end 91 of the wire is liable to be inclined downward by gravity for a wire with a large flexibility, so that the front end 91 of the wire cannot be accurately inserted into the wire hole of the wire connecting terminal 95. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs two front and rear wire clamps, the front wire clamp 11 is used to ensure that the front end 91 of the wire can be accurately inserted into the wire hole of the terminal, and the rear wire clamp 12 is used to ensure that the front end 91 of the wire can be further inserted into position in the direction of the wire.
In a particular embodiment, the front and rear cable clamps 11, 12 are mounted on the bracket 30. The bracket 30 can move horizontally along the lead on the slide rail 31 under the driving of the power device 13.
In the present embodiment, the front yarn trapper 11 and the rear yarn trapper 12 are configured identically, but in other embodiments, they may be configured differently. Since the front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 have the same structure, the structure and the operation principle of the wire clamping device will be described with reference to the wire clamping device 12.
In the preferred embodiment, the rear thread take-up 12 comprises in the longitudinal direction a nozzle 121, a cheek 122 and a grip 123, wherein the rear thread take-up 12 is rotatably mounted on the housing 128 at the position of the cheek 122. As shown in fig. 2, the rear thread tension device 12 includes left and right clamping members in the lateral direction, which are rotatably mounted on the housing 128 by a rotation shaft provided at the cheek 122. The opening or closing of the rear thread tension device 12 can be realized when the left and right clamping parts rotate around the rotating shaft. A spring 124 for opening the rear clamping device 12 is provided at the clamping mouth 121, and a groove or a protrusion for fixing an end of the spring 124 is provided at the inner sides of both the left and right clamping members, thereby fixing the spring 124 at the inner side of the clamping mouth 121. Meanwhile, a wedge-shaped block 125 for closing the rear wire clamping device 12 is arranged at the clamping handle 123, and the wedge-shaped block 125 is driven by the power device 13 to force the rear wire clamping device 12 to keep a closed state. After the wedge 125 is withdrawn from between the clamping shanks 123 of the rear clamping device 12, the rear clamping device 12 is opened by the spring 124 at the clamping mouth 121.

When the wire terminal assembling mechanism works, the movement of the rear wire clamping device 12 along the wire towards the wire connecting terminal 95 is divided into two strokes. In the first stroke, the power device 13 drives the front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 to move horizontally toward the wire connecting terminal 95 along the wire direction until the front end 91 of the wire 90 is just inserted into the wire hole of the wire connecting terminal 95, and at this time, the front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 stop moving toward the wire connecting terminal 95 under the action of the limiting device. The front clamping device 11 is then opened and no longer clamps the front end 91 of the conductor, only the rear clamping device 12 continues to clamp the conductor 90. After the front wire clamping device 11 is opened and the spacing releasing device releases the spacing effect on the rear wire clamping device 12, the rear wire clamping device 12 further inserts the front end portion 91 of the wire into the wire hole of the wire connecting terminal 95 under the driving force, thereby completing the assembly of the wire and the wire connecting terminal.

At this time, the leading end portion 91 of the wire is just inserted into the wire hole of the terminal 95 as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, in a preferred embodiment, the spacing release means includes a first rotating rod 40 and a return spring 41, wherein the first rotating rod 40 is rotatably mounted on the bracket 30 and is rotatable by the power unit 13, and an end 401 of the first rotating rod 40 abuts against the upper end of the spacing rod 20; and the return spring 41 is disposed between the bracket 30 and the end 402 of the first rotating lever 40 to return the first rotating lever 40 to the initial position when the power unit 13 does not act on the first rotating lever 40. The pressing lever 50 is moved in a vertical direction by the power unit 13 to rotate the first rotating lever 40, that is, the end 401 of the first rotating lever 40 is raised, and the end 402 is lowered, and the return spring 41 is compressed, and the upper end of the stopper rod 20 is separated from the end 401.
In a preferred embodiment, a thrust spring 21 is provided at the upper end of the stopper rod 20, and the thrust spring 21 can push the stopper rod 20 to rotate after the end 401 of the first rotating rod 40 is separated from the upper end of the stopper rod 20, so that the stopper rod 20 is in a stopper released state.
In a specific embodiment, the wire terminal wiring device of the present invention further includes a second rotating lever 60, the second rotating lever 60 being rotatably mounted at the rear wire clamping device 12. The end 601 of the second rotating rod 60 is connected to the front wire clamping device 11, the other end 602 is connected to the power device 13, and the second rotating rod 60 can rotate around the rotating shaft under the action of the power device 13, so as to drive the front wire clamping device 11 to move along the direction perpendicular to the wires to avoid the wire connecting terminal 95 in the vertical direction.
In the case where the stopper is in the stopper released state, the front wire clamping device 11 is in the opened state and is lifted to avoid the wire connecting terminal 95. The rear wire clamping device 12 is driven by the power device 13 to move continuously along the wire 90 towards the direction of the wire connecting terminal 95 so as to further insert the front end part 91 of the wire 90 into the wire connecting terminal 95, thus realizing the assembly process of the wire core and the wire connecting terminal of the front end part of the wire.
After the assembly process is completed, the rear clamping device 12 is opened by the power device 13 to release the clamping of the wire, as shown in fig. 6-7. The front wire clamping device 11 and the rear wire clamping device 12 are driven by the power device 13 to move along the conducting wire 90 in a direction away from the wiring terminal 95. In the moving process, the power device 13 drives the second rotating rod 60 to rotate, so that the front wire clamping device 11 moves downwards to the clamping position, and meanwhile, the first rotating rod 40 is separated from the pressing rod 50, so that the initial state is restored under the action of the return spring 41.
In a preferred embodiment, the wire terminal assembling mechanism of the present invention further includes a position limiting and restoring device 70, and the position limiting and restoring device 70 is disposed at an end of the slide rail 31 on a side away from the wire connecting terminal 95.
