Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于测量双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙的方法。该方法是将被测量的的双列圆锥滚子轴承的内圈固定,在其外圈上施加一个由下而上的外力负荷,消除其内组件中的滚子球基面与内圈直档边之间的间隙,然后通过游隙仪测出轴承外圈上、下移动极限值,并计算其两者之差。本发明所述的测量方法构思科学、使用简便、易掌握,它不仅大大减轻了劳动强度,而且测量效率和精度大为提高,是一种可广泛用于双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙测量的行之有效的方法。

Description

双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙测量方法
本发明属于滚动轴承精度测量技术领域。
双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙的测量,是当前轴承行业长期存在而又未能解决的技术难题之一。由于双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙,受到轴承上列内组件中的滚子球基面与内圈直档边出现的间隙δ的影响(见图1),故目前双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙的测量,一般采用分体测量法。采用该方法对双列圆锥滚子轴承进行轴向游隙测量时,为消除轴承上列内组件中滚子球基面与内圈直档边出现的间隙,须分两次分别将内组件上的圆锥滚子的大头朝下,使其球基面在重力的作用下与内圈直档边相接触,然后进行测量,最后通过计算,才能得到其轴向游隙的准确数值。这种分体式测量方法用于单件生产的大直径双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙的测量尚可。但由于其测量效率低、劳动强度大、工序多,而且还需逐个配置测量,因此,很难在工业化生产中推广应用。
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种测量方法简单、劳动强度低,且测量效率高而又精确的整体式动态双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙测量方法。
本发明所述的双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙测量方法是这样来实现的:它将被测量的双列圆锥滚子轴承的内圈固定,在其外圈施加一个由下而上的外力负荷,同时使其内外圈作相对转动,以消除轴承内组件中滚子球基面与内圆直档边之间的间隙,然后通过轴向游隙检测仪测出轴承外圈上、下移动的极限值,并计算出两者之差,从而即可得到被测双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙。
本发明所述的双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙测量方法的优点是:构思科学、使用简便、劳动强度低,且测量效率高而又精确,因而适用于在批量生产中使用。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方案进行详细说明:
将被测量的双列圆锥滚子轴承固定在轴向游隙检测仪的心轴3上,并用螺帽4通过垫圈将其内圈压紧。通过下顶杆7向被测量的轴承外圈6施加一个由下而上的外力Q。与此同时,用手转动轴承外圈6,克服其磨擦力,将内组件中的上一列滚子球基面1推向内圈直档边2,使两者之间的轴向间隙δ变小,直至趋于零。亦即,使内组件中的上一列滚子球基面与内圈直档边紧密相接触为止。此时,可通过游隙检测仪测出轴承外圈向上移至极限位置的极限值S1。然后,再通过上顶杆5向轴承外圈6施加一个由上而下的外力负荷2Q,使轴承外圈沿轴线向下移动至另一个极限位置,得到下限极限值S2。两极限值之差即为动态状况下测得的该双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙值。

1.一种用于双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙的测量方法,其特征是该测量方法是将被测量的双列圆锥滚子轴承的内圈固定,在其外圈施加一个由下而上的外力负荷,同时使其内外圈作相对转动,消除轴承内组件中滚子球基面与内圈直档边之间的间隙,然后通过轴向游隙检测仪测出轴承外圈上、下移动极限值,两者之差,即为该双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙。
