Description

一种木皮用胶粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木制品用胶粘剂,特别是一种木皮用胶粘剂。
背景技术
木饰面板通常由木皮和底板构成,通过热压胶水将木皮粘附在底板上,并通过热压的方式贴合。由于现有热压胶水在固化后其脆性较大,木饰面板在使用一段时间后,胶水层就会容易发生破碎,使得木皮容易翘开脱落,影响木饰面板的正常使用,缩短木饰面板的使用寿命。因此,现有的技术存在着木饰面板使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种木皮用胶粘剂。本发明具有能够有效提高木饰面板使用寿命的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种木皮用胶粘剂,包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯醇,4.5-5.5份;甲基丙烯酸,0.5-1.2份;交联剂1.5-2.0份;聚醋酸乙烯酯,20-25份;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,0.5-0.8份;端羟基聚硅氧烷,0.2-0.3份;纳米活性炭,1.3-2.2份;过硫酸铵,0.2-0.4份;单分散聚苯乙烯微球,0.9-1.2份;聚丙烯酸钠,0.15-0.35份;去离子水,10-15份。
前述的一种木皮用胶粘剂中,包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯醇,5份;甲基丙烯酸,0.8份;交联剂1.8份;聚醋酸乙烯酯,22份;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,0.6份;端羟基聚硅氧烷,0.25份;纳米活性炭,2份;过硫酸铵,0.3份;单分散聚苯乙烯微球,1份;聚丙烯酸钠,0.25份;去离子水,13份。
前述的一种木皮用胶粘剂中,所述交联剂包括以下组分:N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙酸乙酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷;且N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙酸乙酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷四者之间的配比为0.5:3:7:2。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸、交联剂、醋酸乙烯酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、端羟基聚硅氧烷、纳米活性炭、过硫酸铵、单分散聚苯乙烯微球、聚丙烯酸钠和去离子水之间的相互配合,并通过严格限制各个组分之间的配比,从而可以有效的提高胶粘剂的粘度,降低胶粘剂固化后的脆性,还能够改善胶粘剂内部的流动性,使得在涂胶过程中胶水涂覆均匀。通过对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和端羟基聚硅氧烷的相互配合,可以有效提高胶粘剂的阻燃性能,通过纳米活性炭和单分散聚苯乙烯微球之间的相互配合,使得污染气体能够被牢牢吸附在胶粘剂层内,减少有害气体的释放,提高环保性能,而且单分散聚苯乙烯微球还能够对胶粘剂内部流动起到促进作用。综上所述,本发明具有能够有效提高木饰面板使用寿命的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种木皮用胶粘剂,包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯醇,4.5-5.5份;甲基丙烯酸,0.5-1.2份;交联剂1.5-2.0份;聚醋酸乙烯酯,20-25份;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,0.5-0.8份;端羟基聚硅氧烷,0.2-0.3份;纳米活性炭,1.3-2.2份;过硫酸铵,0.2-0.4份;单分散聚苯乙烯微球,0.9-1.2份;聚丙烯酸钠,0.15-0.35份;去离子水,10-15份。
包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯醇,5份;甲基丙烯酸,0.8份;交联剂1.8份;聚醋酸乙烯酯,22份;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,0.6份;端羟基聚硅氧烷,0.25份;纳米活性炭,2份;过硫酸铵,0.3份;单分散聚苯乙烯微球,1份;聚丙烯酸钠,0.25份;去离子水,13份。
所述交联剂包括以下组分:N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙酸乙酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷;且N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙酸乙酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷四者之间的配比为0.5:3:7:2。
一种木皮用胶粘剂的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将聚乙烯醇与三分之一重量份的去离子水混合,得到a品;
B、在a品中依次加入甲基丙烯酸、聚醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵和聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到b品;
C、在b品中加入四分之一重量份的交联剂,搅拌均匀得到c1品,然后将c1品升温至60-70℃,保温10-15min,自然冷却至室温后即得到c品;
D、然后再依次将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、端羟基聚硅氧烷和单分散聚苯乙烯微球倒入c品中,搅拌均匀,得到d品
E、将剩余重量份的去离子水、纳米活性炭和剩余重量份的交联剂依次倒入d品中,得到e品,将e品温度升至50-65℃,并搅拌20-30min,自然冷却后得到成品。
所述步骤A中的具体步骤为:先将聚乙烯醇与三分之一重量份的去离子水混合,混合均匀后得到a1品,然后将a1品以1.5-2.2℃/s的线性升温速度升温至50-60℃,保温10-15min,得到a2品;然后以3.1-3.3℃/s的线性升温速度将a2品升温至95-97℃,保温30-40min,得到a3品;最后,以6-7℃/s的线性降温速度将a品的温度降至40-45℃,得到a品。
所述交联剂的具体制备方法为:1)先将N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和乙酸乙酯按配比混合,得到混合液A;然后将混合液A的温度升至40-45℃后,将甲苯二异氰酸酯加入温度为40-45℃的混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;最后,将混合液B的温度升至80-85℃,并将三羟甲基丙烷加入温度为80-85℃的混合液B中,搅拌40-50min,自然冷却至室温后得到交联剂成品。

1.一种木皮用胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯醇,4.5-5.5份;甲基丙烯酸,0.5-1.2份;交联剂1.5-2.0份;聚醋酸乙烯酯,20-25份;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,0.5-0.8份;端羟基聚硅氧烷,0.2-0.3份;纳米活性炭,1.3-2.2份;过硫酸铵,0.2-0.4份;单分散聚苯乙烯微球,0.9-1.2份;聚丙烯酸钠,0.15-0.35份;去离子水,10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木皮用胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯醇,5份;甲基丙烯酸,0.8份;交联剂1.8份;聚醋酸乙烯酯,22份;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,0.6份;端羟基聚硅氧烷,0.25份;纳米活性炭,2份;过硫酸铵,0.3份;单分散聚苯乙烯微球,1份;聚丙烯酸钠,0.25份;去离子水,13份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木皮用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述交联剂包括以下组分:N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙酸乙酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷;且N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙酸乙酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷四者之间的配比为0.5:3:7:2。
