本发明涉及一种矿山用皮带架,属于皮带架技术领域。
背景技术
皮带机是运用输送带的连续或间歇运动来输送各种轻重不同的物品;目前所使用的皮带机支架大多为固定式结构,两端的传动辊角度无法进行调节。为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿山用皮带架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种矿山用皮带架,包括主基座与侧基座,所述主基座上设置有上吊耳与传动槽,所述上吊耳对称焊接于主基座顶部,所述传动槽开设于主基座前端,所述侧基座通过重型合页铰接于主基座两端。
优选的,所述上吊耳顶部开设有凹槽,所述凹槽上设置有紧定螺栓与连接轴,所述紧定螺栓螺纹连接于凹槽内壁上,所述连接轴放置于凹槽内部,连接轴上设置有定位孔与传动辊,所述定位孔开设于连接轴两端,所述传动辊通过轴承过盈连接于连接轴外侧。
优选的,所述紧定螺栓与定位孔的尺寸位置相对称。
优选的,所述传动槽上设置有下吊耳与光轴,所述下吊耳对称焊接于传动槽内部,下吊耳上过盈连接有双向螺母,所述双向螺母上设置有六角柱与传动螺杆,所述六角柱一体成型连接于双向螺母中段,所述传动螺杆螺纹连接于双向螺母两端,且传动螺杆外端焊接有限位板,所述光轴对称焊接于传动槽内部后壁上,光轴上嵌套有角度条。
优选的,所述侧基座顶部对称焊接有上吊耳。
优选的,所述角度条呈半圆形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明侧基座通过重型合页铰接于主基座两端,可带动侧基座轻松围绕主基座进行翻转;传动辊通过轴承过盈连接于连接轴外侧,可使传动辊轻松围绕连接轴进行旋转;传动螺杆螺纹连接于双向螺母两端,且传动螺杆外端焊接有限位板,可通过双向螺母轻松带动限位板顺着传动槽内壁相对进行滑动;光轴上嵌套有角度条,可通过角度条轻松带动侧基座进行翻转。

如图1-3所示,一种矿山用皮带架,包括主基座1与侧基座2,主基座1上设置有上吊耳3与传动槽4,上吊耳3对称焊接于主基座1顶部,传动槽4开设于主基座1前端,侧基座2通过重型合页5铰接于主基座1两端。
具体使用方式:对侧基座2进行角度调节时,旋拧六角柱14带动双向螺母13进行旋转,双向螺母13旋转带动传动螺杆15上的限位板16顺着传动槽4的内壁向外进行移动,限位板16向外移动带动角度条17顺着光轴12向外滑动,角度条17向外滑动对侧基座2进行支撑翻转。

1.一种矿山用皮带架,包括主基座(1)与侧基座(2),其特征在于:所述主基座(1)上设置有上吊耳(3)与传动槽(4),所述上吊耳(3)对称焊接于主基座(1)顶部,所述传动槽(4)开设于主基座(1)前端,所述侧基座(2)通过重型合页(5)铰接于主基座(1)两端;所述上吊耳(3)顶部开设有凹槽(6),所述凹槽(6)上设置有紧定螺栓(7)与连接轴(8),所述紧定螺栓(7)螺纹连接于凹槽(6)内壁上,所述连接轴(8)放置于凹槽(6)内部,连接轴(8)上设置有定位孔(9)与传动辊(10),所述定位孔(9)开设于连接轴(8)两端,所述传动辊(10)通过轴承过盈连接于连接轴(8)外侧;所述传动槽(4)上设置有下吊耳(11)与光轴(12),所述下吊耳(11)对称焊接于传动槽(4)内部,下吊耳(11)上过盈连接有双向螺母(13),所述双向螺母(13)上设置有六角柱(14)与传动螺杆(15),所述六角柱(14)一体成型连接于双向螺母(13)中段,所述传动螺杆(15)螺纹连接于双向螺母(13)两端,且传动螺杆(15)外端焊接有限位板(16),所述光轴(12)对称焊接于传动槽(4)内部后壁上,光轴(12)上嵌套有角度条(17),所述侧基座(2)顶部对称焊接有上吊耳(3),所述角度条(17)呈半圆形结构;
对侧基座(2)进行角度调节时,旋拧六角柱(14)带动双向螺母(13)进行旋转,双向螺母(13)旋转带动传动螺杆(15)上的限位板(16)顺着传动槽(4)的内壁向外进行移动,限位板(16)向外移动带动角度条(17)顺着光轴(12)向外滑动,角度条(17)向外滑动对侧基座(2)进行支撑翻转。
