the synchronous belt retainer 3-10 is arranged on the support rod 4-2, the headstock arc guide groove 1-11 is arranged on the inner side of the arc headstock plate 1-1, and after the integral installation is finished, the tensioning degree of the synchronous belt can be adjusted by adjusting the tensioning screw 1-6.
Further, as shown in fig. 12-15, the belt clips are divided into A, B two groups, one behind the other, the head clamp 2-1, the middle clamp 2-2 and the tail clamp 2-3 are respectively and sequentially arranged on the upper surface of a belt 2-4, a head sliding body 2-6 is arranged on the lower surface of the belt corresponding to the head clamp 2-1, an aluminum groove is arranged on the lower surface of the belt corresponding to the middle clamp 2-2 and the tail clamp 2-3, side sliding blocks 2-5 are arranged at two ends of the aluminum groove, a guide pin on the side sliding block 2-5 is embedded in a guide groove to be capable of sliding, a groove on the head sliding body 2-6 is buckled and pressed on a transmission block 5-7 on the synchronous belt, the synchronous belt is driven by a driving pulley to rotate, and the synchronous belt drives the belt clamp to circularly move in the annular guide groove along with the synchronous belt through the transmission block fixedly connected with the synchronous belt.
Further, as shown in fig. 8-9, the two sides of the tail frame component 3 are connected by a tail frame plate 3-1 and the middle is connected by a support rod 4-2 to form a main body frame, and a driving pulley 3-6 and a driven pulley 3-7 are alternately arranged on the tail frame driving shaft 3-8; one end of a tail frame driving shaft 3-8 is provided with a bearing 3-5 with a seat, the other end is fixedly connected with a precision worm gear reducer 3-2, the power of a second servo motor 3-3 is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer to drive a driving belt wheel to rotate, and the driving belt wheel corresponds to a driven belt wheel on a head frame part 1 to form a complete system;
the synchronous belt retainer 3-10 is arranged on the support rod 4-2, the guide groove 3-11 is arranged on the inner side of the two tail frame plates 3-1, and the belt changing guide groove 3-4 is arranged at the joint end of the tail frame plate 3-1 and the middle frame part 4, so that a belt clip can be quickly and conveniently changed.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, two sides of the middle frame part 4 are formed by middle side plates 4-1, the middle is connected through a support rod 4-2 to form a main body frame, a first synchronous belt holder 4-3, a second synchronous belt holder 4-4 and a third synchronous belt holder 4-5 are symmetrically arranged on the support rod 4-2, a guide groove 4-2 is arranged on the inner side of the two middle side plates 4-1, and a dovetail connecting plate 4-6 is used for being connected and fixed with an adjacent dovetail side plate.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and fig. 10-11, two sides of the foot rest lower support 5-1 are provided with adjusting screws 5-3, the adjusting screws 5-3 are provided with foot rest upper connecting blocks 5-5 connected with the head rest part 1 or the middle frame part 4 or the side plate of the tail frame part 3 to support the whole frame of the double-ring chain, two ends of the adjusting screws 5-3 are respectively provided with nuts 5-2 and left-handed nuts 5-4 to properly adjust the height of the whole double-ring chain frame, and the head protective cover 5-6 is arranged on the arc head rest plate 1-1 of the head rest part 1 to play a safety protection role at the end.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, according to the characteristics of the material package, a package blocking and regulating device 6 can be additionally arranged, wherein a material package baffle 6-1 is arranged on the opposite side of the material package feeding, the regulating device is arranged on a material package discharging grabbing position above the main body frame, when the material package is thrown and fed, the material package is blocked by a front-end material package baffle 6-1 and falls into the clips one by one, when the material package feeding of the A group of belt clips is completed and runs to the grabbing position, before the material package is grabbed every time, the air cylinder 6-3 of the regulating device acts to drive the regulating device 6-6 to drive the material package to be orderly, then the grabs the material package tightly to the paper box by the tongs, the regularity and the attractiveness of the packing rod are realized, when the A group of belt clips starts to run to the grabbing position, the B group of belt clips continuously feed, and so on, and the alternate circulation.
In summary, the invention provides a synchronous belt type loop chain with a belt clip capable of being changed quickly, aiming at the defects that in the prior art, one line needs to adapt to the production and encasement of materials with various specifications, and a single machine product in the corresponding whole line needs to be changed with large action, so that the replacement difficulty is large, the replacement efficiency is low, and the like, so that one production line can adapt to the production of products with various specifications only by flexibly switching the belt clip of a double-loop chain, the utilization rate of the whole production line is improved, and the double-loop chain has an attractive appearance and low noise.

Claims (8)

1. A synchronous belt type loop chain with a belt clip capable of being quickly replaced is characterized by comprising a rack and a belt clip part, wherein a driving wheel and a driven wheel are respectively arranged at two ends of the rack, the driving wheel is connected with the driven wheel through the loop chain, the driving wheel is connected with a motor, the belt clip part comprises a belt clip and a transmission block, the transmission block is arranged at the bottom of the belt clip and is arranged on the loop chain, an annular guide groove is formed in the rack, the belt clip is arranged in the annular guide groove, the motor drives the loop chain to rotate through the driving wheel, and the loop chain drives the belt clip to circularly move along the annular guide groove through the transmission block;
the annular guide groove comprises a belt changing guide groove and a fixed guide groove, the fixed guide groove is an annular groove with an opening, the length of the belt changing guide groove is consistent with that of the opening in the fixed guide groove, one end of the belt changing guide groove is hinged with one end of the opening of the fixed guide groove, and the other end of the belt changing guide groove is in butt joint with the other end of the opening of the fixed guide groove; forming a closed state of the annular guide groove, enabling the belt clip to move along the annular guide groove, enabling the belt changing guide groove to rotate along the hinge point, lifting up the belt changing guide groove to form an open state of the annular guide groove, enabling the belt clip to move from the annular guide groove, and performing quick replacement;
the number of the annular guide grooves is 2, the two annular guide grooves are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the rack respectively, and two ends of the belt clip are arranged in the two annular guide grooves respectively;
the belt checkpost includes belt and a plurality of checkposts, and a plurality of checkposts have evenly distributed in the upper surface of belt along length direction in proper order, and the lower surface of belt has distributed a plurality of draw-in grooves along length direction in proper order, and the both ends of draw-in groove are equipped with the side slider, are equipped with the uide pin on the side slider, and the uide pin inlays in annular guide slot, and the side slider can follow annular guide slot through the uide pin and remove.

The synchronous belt type link chain with the belt clips capable of being rapidly replaced according to claim 1, wherein the number of the driving wheels, the driven wheels, the link chain and the belt clips is 2, each driving wheel is individually connected with one motor, the two link chains are arranged side by side, the two belt clips are respectively distributed on the two link chains in a staggered manner, and the two motors respectively drive the belt clips to circularly move through the link chains to form two stations which alternately work.
3. The belt fastener quick-change timing belt link chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the engaging groove is an aluminum groove.

The synchronous belt type link chain with a quickly replaceable belt fastener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the belt is further provided with a head slider, the bottom of the head slider is provided with a groove, the upper end of the driving block is disposed in the groove, so that the head slider is buckled on the driving block through the groove, and the link chain drives the head slider and the belt to move along the annular guide groove through the driving block.

The synchronous belt type link chain with the belt clip capable of being quickly replaced according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of clips are divided into a head clip, a middle clip and a tail clip, the head clip and the tail clip are arranged at two ends of the belt, the plurality of middle clips are distributed between the head clip and the tail clip, the plurality of clamping grooves are distributed under each middle clip and each tail clip in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the upper ends of the plurality of clamping grooves penetrate through the belt to be respectively connected with the middle clip and the tail clip, and the head sliding body is arranged under the head clip and penetrates through the belt to be connected with the head clip.
