本发明是一种简易台式年糕切片装置，包括左右对称设置的支撑板和穿过支撑板上方的支撑轴，在支撑轴上方设置物料板，在物料板上还设置数个放置年糕的凹槽，在凹槽上和物料板上还等距设置刀槽，在物料板的下方还设置料箱，在支撑板的上方还设置有支撑杆，穿过两个支撑杆还设置滑动刀板，在滑动刀板的下方还等距设置切刀，在滑动刀板的上方还设置把手。将年糕放置在凹槽内，然后向下压滑动刀板，滑动刀板下面的切刀完成对年糕的切割，切刀切割年糕后切入到刀槽内，切割完成后，抬起滑动刀板，为了避免年糕粘黏在切刀上，因此，在弹簧的租用下挤压下料板，使得年糕能迅速下料。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域，具体的说是涉及一种简易台式年糕切片装置。
背景技术
在制造年糕时，年糕切片通常是人工进行切片，但是人工切片对切片的年糕厚度不好控制，容易出现年糕厚度不均匀的情况，容易影响销售以及制作。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种简易台式年糕切片装置，该切片装置能够快速完成对年糕的切片，年糕切片厚度一致。
为了达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明是一种简易台式年糕切片装置，包括左右对称设置的支撑板和穿过支撑板上方的支撑轴，在支撑轴上方设置物料板，在物料板上还设置数个放置年糕的凹槽，在凹槽上和物料板上还等距设置刀槽，在物料板的下方还设置料箱，在支撑板的上方还设置有支撑杆，穿过两个支撑杆还设置滑动刀板，在滑动刀板的下方还等距设置切刀，在滑动刀板的上方还设置把手。
本发明的进一步改进在于：在相邻的两个切刀之间还设置弹簧，在弹簧的下端还设置下料板。
本发明的进一步改进在于：在物料板的一侧还设置T型拨动板。
本发明的进一步改进在于： 在物料板的左右两侧还分别设置挡板。
本发明的有益效果是：将年糕放置在凹槽内，然后向下压滑动刀板，滑动刀板下面的切刀完成对年糕的切割，切刀切割年糕后切入到刀槽内，切割完成后，抬起滑动刀板，为了避免年糕粘黏在切刀上，因此，在弹簧的租用下挤压下料板，使得年糕能迅速下料。
本发明结构简单、设计合理新颖，操作方便，能提高切割效果，并且切割后的宽度一致，提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解，下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述，该实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1-2所示，本发明是一种简易台式年糕切片装置，包括左右对称设置的支撑板1和穿过所述支撑板1上方的支撑轴2，在所述支撑轴2上方设置物料板3，在所述物料板3的左右两侧还分别设置挡板4，防止物料掉落，并且还起到了物料的组织作用，起到了良好限位作用，在所述物料板3的一侧还设置T型拨动板8，可以通过T型拨动板将物料板抬起，便于切割后的年糕掉入到料箱内，便于收集，在所述物料板3上还设置数个放置年糕的凹槽5，优选的，凹槽的数量为两个，凹槽为方形或者半圆形，两个凹槽均为方形或者是均为半圆形或一个为方形一个是半圆形，在所述凹槽5上和所述物料板3上还等距设置刀槽6，在所述物料板3的下方还设置料箱9，在所述支撑板1的上方还设置有支撑杆10，在支撑杆上面有滑动限位槽，穿过两个所述支撑杆10还设置滑动刀板11，滑动刀板11在滑动限位槽内上下滑动，在所述滑动刀板11的下方还等距设置切刀13，在所述滑动刀板11的上方还设置把手12，在相邻的两个所述切刀13之间还设置弹簧14，在所述弹簧14的下端还设置下料板15。
本发明将年糕放置在凹槽内，然后向下压滑动刀板，滑动刀板下面的切刀完成对年糕的切割，切刀切割年糕后切入到刀槽内，切割完成后，抬起滑动刀板，为了避免年糕粘黏在切刀上，因此，在弹簧的租用下挤压下料板，使得年糕能迅速下料。

1.一种简易台式年糕切片装置，包括左右对称设置的支撑板（1）和穿过所述支撑板（1）上方的支撑轴（2），其特征在于：在所述支撑轴（2）上方设置物料板（3），在所述物料板（3）上还设置数个放置年糕的凹槽（5），在所述凹槽（5）上和所述物料板（3）上还等距设置刀槽（6），在所述物料板（3）的下方还设置料箱（9），在所述支撑板（1）的上方还设置有支撑杆（10），穿过两个所述支撑杆（10）还设置滑动刀板（11），在所述滑动刀板（11）的下方还等距设置切刀（13），在所述滑动刀板（11）的上方还设置把手（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种简易台式年糕切片装置，其特征在于：在相邻的两个所述切刀（13）之间还设置弹簧（14），在所述弹簧（14）的下端还设置下料板（15）。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种简易台式年糕切片装置，其特征在于：在所述物料板（3）的一侧还设置T型拨动板（8）。
