本发明公开了一种弧齿锥齿齿轮倒角机,包括数控系统和底座,在所示的底座上固定有回转工作台,在底座上设有横向导轨、横移电机和横移丝杠,在横向导轨上设有纵向滑板,横移电机和横移丝杠配合驱动纵向滑板沿横向导轨移动,在纵向滑板上设有纵向导轨、纵移电机和纵移丝杠,在纵向导轨上设有主轴立柱,纵移电机和纵移丝杠配合驱动主轴立柱沿纵向导轨移动,其特征在于:在主轴立柱上设有垂直导轨、竖移电机和竖移丝杠,在垂直导轨上设有主轴滑板,竖移电机和竖移丝杠配合驱动主轴滑板沿垂直导轨移动,在主轴滑板上活动设置有电主轴,在主轴滑板上设有驱动电主轴摆动的伺服电机和减速器。

技术领域
本发明涉及齿轮倒角机,尤其涉及到一种对弧齿锥齿齿轮进行加工的倒角机。
背景技术
传统的倒角机对直齿齿轮进行倒角较为成熟,但是还没有对弧齿和锥齿进行倒角的专用设备,由于弧齿锥齿齿轮齿长方向有一定倾角,而传统倒角机的刀头与齿长方向夹角无法改变,用传统倒角机很难实现对齿长方向实施倒角,一般都是通过手工倒角,工作效率低,且加工精度不高。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种能够实现对弧齿锥齿齿轮齿廓和齿长进行倒角加工,提高加工效率和加工精度的倒角机,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种弧齿锥齿齿轮倒角机,包括数控系统和底座,在所示的底座上固定有回转工作台,在所述的底座上设有横向导轨、横移电机和横移丝杠,在所述的横向导轨上设有纵向滑板,所述的横移电机和横移丝杠配合驱动纵向滑板沿横向导轨移动,在所述的纵向滑板上设有纵向导轨、纵移电机和纵移丝杠,在所述的纵向导轨上设有主轴立柱,所述的纵移电机和纵移丝杠配合驱动主轴立柱沿纵向导轨移动,其特征在于:在所述的主轴立柱上设有垂直导轨、竖移电机和竖移丝杠,在所述的垂直导轨上设有主轴滑板,所述的竖移电机和竖移丝杠配合驱动主轴滑板沿垂直导轨移动,在所述的主轴滑板上活动设置有电主轴,在所述的主轴滑板上设有驱动电主轴摆动的伺服电机和减速器。
所述的横移电机、纵移电机、回转工作台、竖移电机、电主轴和伺服电机均由数控系统控制。
采用该齿轮倒角机,主轴在X、Y、Z轴向移动以及回转工作台转动的基础上,主轴在伺服电机和减速器的作用下能够实现一定角度的调整摆动,从而既能够实现对弧齿锥齿齿廓的加工,又能够根据齿长的角度来调整主轴刀头的角度,从而实现对弧齿锥齿齿长长度方向上的倒角加工,提高了工作效率和加工精度。

具体实施方式
如图1至3所示该弧齿锥齿齿轮倒角机包括底座1,在底座1上固定有回转工作台2,回转工作台2用于安装弧齿锥齿齿轮,在底座1上设有横向导轨3、横移电机4和横移丝杠5,在横向导轨3上设有纵向滑板6,通过横移电机4和横移丝杠5驱动纵向滑板6沿横向导轨3移动。
在纵向滑板6上设有纵向导轨7、纵移电机8和纵移丝杠9,在纵向导轨7上设有主轴立柱10,纵移电机8和纵移丝杠9配合驱动主轴立柱10沿纵向导轨7移动。
在主轴立柱10上设有垂直导轨11、竖移电机12和竖移丝杠13,在垂直导轨11上设有主轴滑板14,竖移电机12和竖移丝杠13配合驱动主轴滑板14沿垂直导轨11移动。
在主轴滑板14上活动设置有电主轴15,在主轴滑板14上设有驱动电主轴15摆动的伺服电机16和减速器17。
以上的横移电机4、纵移电机8、回转工作台2、竖移电机12、电主轴15和伺服电机16均由数控系统实现控制。
在对弧齿锥齿齿轮齿长进行倒角加工时,通过伺服电机16和减速器17的驱动使电主轴15改变一定角度,从而在加工过程中使电主轴15上的刀头在弧齿锥齿齿轮齿长方向上有吃刀量和吃刀角度,从而实现高效精确的倒角加工。

1.一种弧齿锥齿齿轮倒角机,包括数控系统和底座(1),在所示的底座(1)上固定有回转工作台(2),在所述的底座(1)上设有横向导轨(3)、横移电机(4)和横移丝杠(5),在所述的横向导轨(3)上设有纵向滑板(6),所述的横移电机(4)和横移丝杠(5)配合驱动纵向滑板(6)沿横向导轨(3)移动,在所述的纵向滑板(6)上设有纵向导轨(7)、纵移电机(8)和纵移丝杠(9),在所述的纵向导轨(7)上设有主轴立柱(10),所述的纵移电机(8)和纵移丝杠(9)配合驱动主轴立柱(10)沿纵向导轨(7)移动,其特征在于:在所述的主轴立柱(10)上设有垂直导轨(11)、竖移电机(12)和竖移丝杠(13),在所述的垂直导轨(11)上设有主轴滑板(14),所述的竖移电机(12)和竖移丝杠(13)配合驱动主轴滑板(14)沿垂直导轨(11)移动,在所述的主轴滑板(14)上活动设置有电主轴(15),在所述的主轴滑板(14)上设有驱动电主轴(15)摆动的伺服电机(16)和减速器(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弧齿锥齿齿轮倒角机,其特征在于:所述的横移电机(4)、纵移电机(8)、回转工作台(2)、竖移电机(12)、电主轴(15)和伺服电机(16)均由数控系统控制。
