本发明涉及一种防堵塞心房引流管,属于医疗器械技术领域。本发明所述防堵塞心房引流管包括管头、管身;所述管头为球形或椭球形,所述管头的外表面为凸起与凹陷交替分布,并在凹陷处设有若干个可供液体进入管头内的引流孔。本发明所述防堵塞心房引流管在使用时,因重力和柔软的管身共同作用下,金属管头可自然稳定于术野最低处,并且因为本发明所述的管头无弹簧结构,不会夹住组织,减少损伤的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防堵塞心房引流管,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
心房引流管是体外循环手术必须的材料,现有技术的心房引流管一般由硅胶制成的管身和金属制成的头端组成,也有通体由硅胶制成的类型或有金属丝缠绕成的金属弹簧头端组成的引流管,这种引流管实际使用中有三个问题。第一:因为弹簧丝制成的头端重量不足,在手术时很难保持在术野中最低的位置,而需要引流的液体因重力作用,一般都汇聚于体腔内最低的位置,所以引流效果并不好;第二:因为弹簧丝较密集,在引流时很容易被组织堵塞,导致引流不畅,此外,因为弹簧丝有向轴向运动的可能,所以弹簧丝夹住组织亦常有发生;第三:因为管身有一定韧性,并不会完全顺应重力作用,导致管身在体内一定程度上会有位移的倾向。
发明内容
本发明通过将现有的引流管头端的弹簧丝改为球形或椭球形管头,增加了头端的重量,且管头的外表面为凸起与凹陷交替分布,而引流孔位于凹陷处,解决了上述的问题。
本发明提供了一种防堵塞心房引流管,所述防堵塞心房引流管包括管头、管身;所述管头为球形或椭球形,所述管头的外表面为凸起与凹陷交替分布,并在凹陷处设有若干个可供液体进入管头内的引流孔。
本发明优选为所述管头的材质为不锈钢、镍钛合金和钛合金中的至少一种。
本发明优选为所述管身的材质为硅胶、橡胶、尼龙、聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯和乳胶中的至少一种。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明所述防堵塞心房引流管在使用时,因重力和柔软的管身共同作用下,金属管头可自然稳定于术野最低处,并且因为本发明所述的管头无弹簧结构,不会夹住组织,减少损伤的发生。
本发明所述管头的外表面为凸起与凹陷交替分布,且引流孔设置在凹陷处,可有效防止引流孔被堵塞。
