随着养猪业的迅速发展,各种猪饲料也随之迅速发展,现阶段市场的各种饲料品种繁多,作用各异。因此,提供一种增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料及其制备方法对猪的养殖来说是非常重要的。

本发明的目的在于:提供一种增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料的制备方法。

(2)将步骤(1)过滤后得到的药渣烘干后,粉碎后加入炒热的大豆油中拌炒;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的粉末,拌炒后的药渣及其它剩余成分混合,制粒,即得产物。
优选地,步骤(1)的具体过程如下:将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎至40-60目后,加入3-5倍量的水煎煮0.5-1h后得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/2-4/5后喷雾干燥得粉末备用。
优选地,步骤(1)的具体过程如下:将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎至50目后,加入4倍量的水煎煮0.7h后得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/2后喷雾干燥得粉末备用。
优选地,步骤(2)中拌炒时间为7-12min。
优选地,步骤(2)中拌炒时间为10min。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的饲料营养丰富,适口性强,增加了猪的采食量,同时,通过加入大蒜、绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣等,使其具有杀菌,增强免疫力的功效,能够降低仔猪的发病率。

上述增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎至50目后,加入4倍量的水煎煮0.7h后得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/2后喷雾干燥得粉末备用;
(2)将步骤(1)过滤后得到的药渣烘干后,粉碎后加入炒热的大豆油中拌炒10min;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的粉末,拌炒后的药渣及其它剩余成分混合,制粒,即得产物。

一种增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料,包括以下重量份的原料:
膨化玉米70份、高粱麸8份、黄豆粉18份、小米6份、油渣8份、益生素2份、洋槐花1份、食盐1份、壳寡糖8份、大豆油3份、红薯渣3份、甜象草0.2份、乳猪多维0.2份、脱脂黄粉虫粉0.2份、大蒜0.3份、绞股蓝0.3份、茴香1份、鱼腥草0.3份、淡竹叶0.4份、板蓝根0.4份、红枣0.5份。
上述增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎至40-60目后,加入5倍量的水煎煮1h后得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的4/5后喷雾干燥得粉末备用;
(2)将步骤(1)过滤后得到的药渣烘干后,粉碎后加入炒热的大豆油中拌炒12min;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的粉末,拌炒后的药渣及其它剩余成分混合,制粒,即得产物。
实施例4
在养猪场选取200只健康的猪仔,随机分为两组,每组100只,分为对照组和实验组喂食本发明制备得到的猪饲料,对照组喂食传统饲料,连续喂养60天后,猪群的生长状况如下表:

从表中可以看出,实验组猪群在连续喂养过程中,日增重较对照组增加明显,料重比得到降低,饲料利用率高,有效的降低了养殖成本。
食用本发明的饲料,猪的发病率相比较食用正常饲料而言降低了8%。

膨化玉米60-70份、高粱麸4-8份、黄豆粉12-18份、小米4-6份、油渣4-8份、益生素1-2份、洋槐花0.5-1份、食盐0.5-1份、壳寡糖4-8份、大豆油1-3份、红薯渣1-3份、甜象草0.1-0.2份、乳猪多维0.1-0.2份、脱脂黄粉虫粉0.1-0.2份、大蒜0.1-0.3份、绞股蓝0.1-0.3份、茴香0.5-1份、鱼腥草0.1-0.3份、淡竹叶0.2-0.4份、板蓝根0.2-0.4份、红枣0.3-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
膨化玉米65份、高粱麸7份、黄豆粉15份、小米5份、油渣6份、益生素1.5份、洋槐花0.8份、食盐0.6份、壳寡糖7份、大豆油2份、红薯渣2份、甜象草0.15份、乳猪多维0.15份、脱脂黄粉虫粉0.15份、大蒜0.2份、绞股蓝0.2份、茴香0.8份、鱼腥草0.2份、淡竹叶0.3份、板蓝根0.3份、红枣0.4份。
3.一种根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎后加水煎煮后得滤液,将滤液浓缩、喷雾干燥后得粉末配用;
(2)将步骤(1)过滤后得到的药渣烘干后,粉碎后加入炒热的大豆油中拌炒;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的粉末,拌炒后的药渣及其它剩余成分混合,制粒,即得产物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)的具体过程如下:将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎至40-60目后,加入3-5倍量的水煎煮0.5-1h后得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/2-4/5后喷雾干燥得粉末备用。
5.根据权利要求3所述的增加猪抗病能力的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)的具体过程如下:将绞股蓝、茴香、鱼腥草、淡竹叶、板蓝根、红枣粉碎至50目后,加入4倍量的水煎煮0.7h后得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/2后喷雾干燥得粉末备用。
