Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a community garbage disposal system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The community garbage disposal system in fig. 1 includes a detection apparatus 100, a control apparatus 200, and a property management apparatus 300.
The detecting device 100 is disposed on a garbage collection container, such as a garbage can, etc., and is mainly used for detecting related indexes of garbage in the garbage collection container. The garbage related indicators may include odor indicators and garbage amount indicators. Accordingly, the sensing device 100 may include an odor sensing device 110 and a garbage amount sensing device 120.
Since the diffusion of odor has a great influence on the living experience of the resident, the odor index may be prioritized as the first judgment index. The detection device can be an odor sensor (gas sensor) arranged on the garbage collection container and used for detecting odor information of the garbage collection container, converting a chemical signal into an electric signal and judging whether the chemical signal exceeds a preset odor threshold value or not. The odour sensor may be provided at the outside of the waste collection container, e.g. at the top of the lid, the peripheral wall, etc.
The odor sensor may be an ammonia gas sensor for detecting pungent odors, and the preset threshold may be set to a concentration that the human body can smell, such as 4-7ppm, such as 5 ppm. Since ammonia gas is lighter than air, the ammonia gas sensor is preferably provided on the top of the lid.
The garbage quantity index is used for measuring the quantity of the garbage in the garbage collection container. The waste amount indicator may include a volume indicator and/or a weight indicator.
The volume index may be used as the second judgment index, and a volume value or a volume percentage may be used. For example, multiple infrared sensors may be installed in the depth direction within the waste collection container to detect different volumes, and corresponding volume data may be obtained when the infrared signal is cut off by an object within the waste collection container. When the volume percentage is used as a judgment index, the garbage storage is judged to reach a preset percentage value of the maximum volume, for example, the infrared sensor can be arranged at a height position corresponding to the preset percentage of the total volume, and when the infrared signal is cut off by an object in the garbage collection container, the infrared sensor cannot detect the infrared signal, so that the volume of the garbage can be judged to exceed the preset volume. Volume threshold value can set up according to garbage collection container's volume size, when adopting volume percentage as the threshold value, can set up for example 75 ~ 90%, for example 80%, 85% etc. like this, before garbage collection container is not filled up completely, carries out the early warning in advance, improves resident's experience. Volume percentages are preferred, which reduces the number of sensors and reduces costs.
The weight index may be used as the third determination index, and a weight value or a weight percentage may be used. For example, a weight sensor may be provided at the bottom of the waste collection container. A specific weight value or weight percentage can be set as a predetermined weight threshold value depending on the weight that the waste collection container can withstand. The weight percentage for inventory detection may be the weight detected by the weight sensor as a percentage of the maximum inventory value of the refuse collection container. When the weight percentage is used as the threshold, the threshold can be set to be 75-90%, such as 80%, 85% and the like, so that the garbage collection container can be pre-warned and treated in advance before reaching the maximum bearing capacity, and the garbage collection container can be prevented from being damaged due to overweight.
Can set up positioner on garbage collection container, positioner can be for example GPS locator, big dipper locator etc.. The detection device 100 may transmit the positioning information to the control device 200 at the same time as transmitting the information on the spam-related index to the control device 200.
In the case where the garbage collection location is fixed, the positioning device may not employ a GPS locator. For example, when the garbage collection container corresponds to the fixed placement position, that is, the garbage collection container is always at the position, and when the garbage collection container is not replaced, a memory may be provided in the garbage collection container to store the position information thereof in advance; or a number or an identifier of the garbage collection container, etc. may be stored, and the control device 200 determines its location information according to the corresponding number, whereby more accurate location information may be obtained.
In addition, under the condition that the garbage collection position is fixed, a radio frequency tag containing position information can be arranged at the placement position of the garbage collection container (such as the position close to the wall surface, the ground surface and the like of the garbage collection container), a radio frequency tag reader can be arranged on the garbage collection container, and corresponding position information can be read, so that the garbage collection container can be directly loaded into the garbage truck, the garbage in the garbage collection container does not need to be poured into the garbage truck, and odor diffusion in the process is prevented. And because the garbage collection container can be replaced, the garbage collection container can be cleaned in time. Further, more accurate position information can be obtained by a radio frequency tag or the like.
In addition, a display device may be provided on the waste collection container, which may be a simple digital display screen, and may be connected to the detection device 100 to display the detected relevant data and/or determination results. Moreover, an audio reminding device and/or a light reminding device can be arranged on the garbage collection container. The audio device may be a voice prompt or a buzzer. The voice prompter can play voice prompt information according to the alarm information, and the voice prompt information can be voices such as odor exceeding, volume exceeding and the like. The buzzer can send out different reminding information with different sound sizes and frequencies. In addition, the audio device and the display device can simultaneously send out related reminding information. Of course, the display device and the audio device may be integrated. The reminding device for the rubbish related index exceeding can also comprise a warning lamp, and different lighting modes can be adopted according to different exceeding projects, such as lighting with different lighting colors, lighting intensities and frequency combinations.
Therefore, when the related indexes of the garbage exceed the standard, the state of the garbage collection container can be intuitively known by cleaning personnel or property management personnel in the patrol process, and therefore countermeasures can be flexibly taken.
The control means 200 is connected to the detection means 100 to monitor whether the refuse related indicators of the refuse collection container are out of compliance.
For example, the detection apparatus 100 may collect only the garbage related indicators, upload the garbage related indicators to the control apparatus 200 together with the position information of the garbage collection container, and compare the garbage related indicators with the corresponding predetermined threshold by the control apparatus 200 to determine whether the related indicators exceed the standards. For example, the odor sensor, the volume sensor, and the weight sensor may periodically transmit the respective detected odor concentration, the garbage volume (or volume percentage), and the garbage weight (or weight percentage) to the control device 200 at a predetermined period.
In addition, the detecting device 100 may also collect indexes related to garbage and determine whether the indexes related to garbage exceed standards, and after the corresponding indexes exceed standards, the information that the indexes exceed standards and the information related to the positions of the garbage collection containers are uploaded to the control device 200, so that the control device 200 may monitor whether the indexes related to garbage of the garbage collection containers exceed standards. For example, the odor detection device 110 of a certain garbage collection container determines whether the ammonia gas concentration exceeds 5ppm after the odor sensor detects the ammonia gas concentration, and if the ammonia gas concentration exceeds 5ppm, sends odor exceeding information and information related to the position of the garbage collection container to the control device 200. The location-related information may be a specific location (e.g., location coordinates, location name) of the garbage collection container, or may be a number or identifier of the garbage collection container. When the volume of the garbage in a certain garbage collection container exceeds the height of the infrared sensor at the preset threshold position (for example, the height position of 80% of the volume), the infrared signal is cut off, and thereby it can be determined that the volume capacity of the garbage exceeds 80%, so that the volume exceeding information and the position related information of the garbage collection container are transmitted to the control device 200. If a plurality of infrared sensors are provided, for example, two infrared sensors for detecting whether the volume of the garbage exceeds 60% and 80%, corresponding information can be sent when the volume of the garbage exceeds 60% and 80%, respectively.
When monitoring that the relevant indexes of the garbage collection containers in the community exceed the standard, the control device 200 classifies and marks the garbage collection containers exceeding the standard according to the exceeding condition of the relevant indexes of the garbage, and generates a garbage disposal route by using the community map information and the position relevant information of the garbage collection containers exceeding the standard. And generating garbage disposal routes for garbage collection containers with different classification marks, wherein the odor has the most obvious influence on the experience of community comfort, so that the garbage collection containers with the overproof odor are preferentially treated, namely the garbage collection containers with the overproof odor are preferentially treated. The waste amount indicators may include volume indicators and weight indicators. On the premise that the odor index does not exceed the standard, if the volume index exceeds the standard, the processing route of the garbage collection container with the volume exceeding the standard is a suboptimal processing route, and if the volume index does not exceed the standard but the weight index exceeds the standard, the processing route of the garbage collection container with the weight index exceeding the standard is the final processing route.
The control device 200 may transmit the generated garbage disposal route to the property management device 300, so that the property-related person can perform the disposal according to the generated garbage disposal route in accordance with the corresponding priority order. From this, not only can in time clear up the garbage collection container, can skip the garbage collection container that rubbish volume is few moreover, improve cleaning efficiency. Moreover, the garbage collection container with the odor exceeding the standard is preferentially treated, and the experience degree of residents is improved.
Of course, the garbage amount index can be only a volume index or a weight index, a route with excessive odor is treated preferentially, and then a route with excessive volume index or excessive weight index is treated.
Example 1
FIG. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a community garbage disposal method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In step S110, it is monitored whether garbage related indexes of the garbage collection containers of the community exceed standards, where the garbage related indexes include an odor index and a garbage amount index, and the garbage amount index may be a volume index or a weight index.
For example, the detection device 100 described above detects the refuse-related index of each refuse receptacle. Then, the detection apparatus 100 may transmit the garbage-related index to the control apparatus 200. When the detection apparatus 100 sends the garbage-related indicator, the detection apparatus 100 may send the position-related data of the garbage collection container at the same time, such as directly sending the position information of the detection apparatus 100, or sending the related symbol identifier, and the control apparatus 200 determines the position of the garbage collection container where the garbage-related indicator exceeds the standard according to the related symbol identifier.
For example, the odor indicator of a certain garbage collection container received by the control device 200 is 9ppm, and the odor indicator is compared with a preset threshold (for example, 5ppm), and the odor indicator is determined to be out of compliance due to the fact that the odor indicator exceeds the preset threshold. Of course, the odor detection device 110 may determine whether the odor concentration obtained by the odor sensor exceeds a preset threshold, and when the odor index exceeds the standard, send the information that the odor index exceeds the standard to the control device 200.
In step S120, when the odor index and/or the garbage volume index are/is monitored, the garbage collection container with the odor index exceeding the standard is marked as a first type of object to be processed, and the garbage collection container with the odor index not exceeding the standard but with the garbage volume index exceeding the standard is marked as a second type of object to be processed.
For example, when the control device 200 determines that the odor of a certain garbage collection container exceeds the standard according to the information sent by the detection device 100, the control device 200 marks the certain garbage collection container as a first type of object to be processed; and if the odor of the garbage collection container does not exceed the standard, and the volume index or the weight index exceeds the standard, marking the garbage collection container as a second type of object to be processed.
In step S130, a garbage disposal route is generated using the community map information and the location-related information of the overproof garbage collection container, the garbage disposal route including a first route for the first type of object to be disposed of with priority and/or a second route for the second type of object to be disposed of.
For example, the control device 200 may acquire map information of a corresponding community. Distribution information of all garbage collection containers may be included in the map information in advance. Of course, the map information may not include the distribution information of the garbage collection container in advance, and after the location-related information of the garbage collection container is obtained, the distribution condition of the corresponding garbage collection container is provided on the community map.
The control apparatus 200 may generate a garbage disposal route including a first route of the garbage collection container for which an odor index for preferential disposal is out of limits and a second route of the garbage collection container for which a volume index or a weight index for the disposal priority is lower than that of the first route is out of limits using the community map information and the location-related information of the out of limits garbage collection container. Certainly, when the odor exceeding or the garbage amount exceeding is not detected, a corresponding route cannot be generated. Further, the end point of the first route is preferably used as the start point of the second route.
As described above, the control device 200 may transmit the generated garbage disposal route to the property management device 300, and the property-related person may perform the processing according to the generated garbage disposal route in accordance with the corresponding priority order.
The control apparatus 200 and the property management apparatus 300 are two independent devices in the above embodiments. However, two devices may be combined into one, and the functions of both the control apparatus 200 and the property management apparatus 300 may be performed by one computer device. The computer device may display route related information on its display screen when it is determined that the compliance is exceeded and the property personnel need to be notified. Of course, the property management apparatus 300 may include a mobile terminal, such as a smart phone, a tablet pc, etc., in addition to a desktop computer, a portable computer, etc., which are provided at a center of a material pipe, so that property-related persons can grasp a spam status in time and can perform a spam process with reference to route-related information displayed on the mobile terminal.
In addition, when the garbage disposal route is generated, if a second type of objects to be processed, such as garbage collection containers with excessive volume indexes or weight indexes, are included on the first route of the garbage collection containers with excessive odor, the garbage collection containers with excessive volume indexes or weight indexes are included in the first route, and the second route is generated according to the position related information of the remaining garbage collection containers with excessive volume indexes or weight indexes. Because the first route of the garbage collection container with the odor exceeding the standard comprises the second type of objects to be processed, the second type of objects to be processed can be collected along the same route while the garbage collection container with the odor exceeding the standard is collected, so that the overlapping condition of the first route and the second route is reduced, the length of the total collection route can be shortened, and the collection efficiency is further improved.
In addition, in some large communities, if objects to be processed are classified in the whole community and then garbage processing is performed according to the priority of each classification, the overlapping part of routes of all levels may be too long. Therefore, the community can be divided into a plurality of areas in advance and stored as community partition information, when a garbage disposal route is generated, the community partition information in the community map information can be called, and corresponding garbage disposal routes are generated for the areas respectively, namely, garbage in one area is disposed after garbage disposal in another area is finished, so that repeated traveling routes of workers can be reduced, and the garbage disposal efficiency is effectively improved. For example, in a certain area, even if no garbage collection container with odor exceeding the standard exists, the garbage collection container with odor exceeding the standard is also processed aiming at the garbage collection containers with other indexes exceeding the standard, so that the garbage collection container with odor exceeding the standard is processed as preferentially as possible for the processing work of the whole community, meanwhile, higher garbage processing efficiency is guaranteed, and the integral user satisfaction is improved.
Moreover, for a large community, due to the fact that the route planning of the subareas is carried out, a plurality of processing groups can be dispatched at the same time to process different subareas, and different areas can be allocated to different processing groups. In this case, the number of the first type of objects to be processed in each region may be counted, and the processing priority of each region may be determined according to the number of the first type of objects to be processed.
For example, according to the number of the first type of objects to be processed, at least one processing group may be dispatched to preferentially process the area with the high number of the first type of objects to be processed, and the rest of the processing groups may be processed normally in sequence from the area beginning from the processing community entrance. Therefore, at least one processing group preferentially processes the areas with more garbage collection containers with overproof odor, so that the processing efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the comfort level and the satisfaction degree of residents are further improved.
Alternatively, all processing groups are processed from an area where the number of the first type of objects to be processed is high. For example, if there are two processing groups, the first processing group may process the region with the highest number of the first type of objects to be processed, the second processing group may process the region with the second highest number of the first type of objects to be processed, and after one region is processed, each processing group continues to process the region with the highest number of the first type of objects to be processed in the remaining region.
In addition, when the garbage collection container is monitored not to exceed the standard but the garbage volume index exceeds the preset value, the garbage collection container exceeding the preset value can be marked as a third type of object to be processed. Thus, the garbage disposal route may further include a third route for a third type of object to be processed for final processing. For example, on the premise that neither the odor index nor the garbage amount (such as volume index or weight index) index exceeds the standard, the volume index exceeds 60%, and the volume exceeds a majority of the garbage collection containers, so that the containers are brought into the treatment category, and the frequency of garbage treatment by workers can be reduced.
In addition, after the garbage collection container exceeding the preset value is marked as the third type of object to be processed, the third route is not generated, and only the third type of object to be processed is displayed in the map information for the staff to refer to. For example, if the third type of object to be processed is in the first route and the second route, the worker may process the third type of object to be processed along the way when processing the first type of object to be processed and the second type of object to be processed.
Each route and each type of object to be processed can be displayed in different colors or shapes on the community map so as to be convenient for workers to distinguish.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is: in step S110, the garbage amount index is a volume index and a weight index.
In step S120, marking the garbage collection container with the odor index not exceeding the standard but the garbage amount index exceeding the standard as the second type of object to be processed includes: marking the garbage collection container with the volume index exceeding the standard as a first sub-class object to be processed, and marking the garbage collection container with the volume index not exceeding the standard but with the weight index exceeding the standard as a second sub-class object to be processed; the second route comprises a first sub-route for preferentially processing the first sub-class of the object to be processed and/or a second sub-route for the second sub-class of the object to be processed. And if the corresponding index does not exceed the standard, not generating the corresponding route, for example, if the volume index does not exceed the standard, not generating the first sub-route.
Thus, in this embodiment, the worker may first handle the waste receptacle with the odor exceeding the standard along the first route, then handle the waste receptacle with the volume exceeding the standard along the first sub-route, and finally handle the waste receptacle with the weight exceeding the standard along the second sub-route.
Of course, other optional or preferred features of embodiment 1 may also be applied to this embodiment. For example, when a garbage disposal route having a high priority includes a processing object having a low priority, the processing object having a low priority may be included in the garbage disposal route having a high priority, so that the overlapping degree between different routes can be reduced, and the garbage disposal efficiency can be further improved.
