Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, which is a front view of a GRC wallboard 1a of the present invention, illustrating the principal structure of the GRC wallboard. The invention is mainly characterized in that the window body and the solar water heater are arranged in the GRC wallboard. GRC board means glass fiber reinforced concrete board, which is a board made by using alkali-resistant fiber as a main reinforcing material, cement and various modified admixtures as a cementing material, sand as an aggregate and other additive materials through certain process molding and maintenance. As can be seen from the figure, the upper end of the window frame is also fixedly connected with the back frame through the second cushion block of the screw. As shown in fig. 4, the specific structure of the receiving portion of the solar water heater is shown, that is, the receiving portion is recessed inwards, three side surfaces and a bottom surface are formed by GRC panels, a sleeve with internal threads is pre-embedded on each side surface, the fasteners on the three side surfaces form a fixing structure through the first cushion block and the bolt fixing fasteners, and when the solar water heater is fastened into each fastener, a stable connecting structure is formed with the GRC panels. When the solar water heater is split, the bottom surface of the accommodating part is also pre-embedded with a threaded sleeve, a connecting piece is fixed through a bolt and a cushion block, and two ends of the connecting piece are respectively fixedly connected with the clamping piece so as to provide a clamping structure for the adjacent solar water heater. In this embodiment, the GRC panel parallel to the plane of the back frame is used as the bottom surface, and three surfaces perpendicular to the bottom surface are used as the side surfaces.
The construction process of the invention is as follows: one end of the connecting piece is welded on a vertical square pipe of the light steel keel back frame, and the other end of the connecting piece is embedded in the GRC panel. The GRC panel and the vertical tube of the light steel keel back frame are connected together through a connecting piece. The distance between the vertical pipes is generally not more than 600 mm.

After the GRC wallboard is produced in a factory, the GRC wallboard is transported to a site to be hoisted, debugged and positioned, and then is fixed on a main body structure. The inlet and outlet water pipes of the solar water heater are connected: the hoses are connected together by quick connectors. The pipeline is pre-installed in the cavity of the GRC wallboard and is fixed on the GRC panel through the interface. The whole solar water heater is communicated with a tap water inlet pipe through a hose quick connection interface. The same as the connection of the water inlet at the lower part, the quick connector connection of the water pipe is communicated with the whole hot water outlet at the upper part, wherein the quick connector connection is positioned in the cavity of the GRC wallboard and directly leads to the hot water tank for use.
Installing an external sunshade: in summer, the window is pushed open, and the outer sunshade is adjusted, so that hot air between the outer sunshade and the sliding window is pulled out;
in winter, in daytime, the window is closed, and the angle of the louver is adjusted, so that sunlight can penetrate through the louver and enter the room, and the effects of lighting and heating are achieved; in winter, the window is closed at night, and the shutter is closed, so that the function of keeping warm can be achieved.
In a word, the invention is a brand-new building industrialization and building integrated product, can integrate GRC wallboard, solar energy utilization and external sunshade into a whole, and effectively integrates beauty and functions into a whole. All sleeves required for fixing the solar water heater are embedded completely, and the wall plate cannot be damaged. Therefore, the solar water heater is arranged on the wall surface, and the anti-cracking and waterproof performance of the wall body is not influenced. The installation and maintenance of the solar water heater can be carried out indoors, and can be realized only by opening a window from the indoor, so that the solar water heater is very convenient and safe. The cavity of the GRC wallboard provides a convenient channel for the water inlet and outlet pipe wiring of the solar water heater, and the cavity is safe and does not affect the appearance.
The invention can integrate solar energy utilization, external shading, ventilation and lighting, heat preservation and insulation with GRC wall boards to complete building integration. GRC wallboard can be produced in the factory and then shipped to the site for hoisting. Other parts can be conveniently installed on site.

the connecting pipe is embedded in the accommodating part of the solar water heater and is detachably connected with the clamping piece;
or a connecting plate is embedded in the accommodating part of the solar water heater, a threaded connecting part is arranged on the connecting plate, and the clamping piece is fixed on the GRC panel through a bolt or a nut; the solar water heater is fixed with the GRC panel through the clamping piece;
