本发明公开一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将编织成型的拖网表面洗净后,放入浸泡液中,并进行超声处理20‑30min,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:磺基琥珀酸二丁酯钠盐17‑22份、二硫代氨基甲酸铵10‑15份、磷酸乙醇胺1‑3份、水290‑320份;(2)然后再在拖网的表面涂刷耐磨涂料,烘干后制得成品。本发明提供的一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,能有效的提升拖网的耐磨性能,并且对其耐腐蚀性能有一定的提升,特别适合在海底环境中使用。

技术领域
本发明属于拖网制备技术领域,具体涉及一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法。
背景技术
拖网又称拖斗。拖网是利用船舶的运动,拖曳渔具在海底或海水中前进,迫使渔具经过水域中的鱼虾蟹等捕捞对象进入网囊,达到捕捞的目的。拖网作业机动灵活,适应性强,有较高生产效率。现代拖网渔具不但可用于捕捞鱼类,也能用于捕捞头足类、贝类和甲壳类;不但可用于捕捞栖息水深只有几米、几十米的捕捞对象,也能用于捕捞栖息水深达到数千米的深海种。拖网需要有优异的耐磨性能,现有技术中制得的拖网并不能满足耐磨性能的要求,导致其使用寿命较短,更换成本高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的拖网表面洗净后,放入浸泡液中,并进行超声处理20-30min,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:磺基琥珀酸二丁酯钠盐17-22份、二硫代氨基甲酸铵10-15份、磷酸乙醇胺1-3份、水290-320份;
(2)然后再在拖网的表面涂刷耐磨涂料,烘干后制得成品,其中耐磨涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:苯丙乳液38-44份、磷酸三乙酯1-3份、磷酸铜钙4-7份、间苯二胺2-5份、滑石粉8-10份、去离子水12-15份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠4-9份。
具体地,超声处理时的频率为24-28kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,耐磨涂料的涂刷量为:每千克渔网涂刷350-400g耐磨涂料。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,能有效的提升拖网的耐磨性能,并且对其耐腐蚀性能有一定的提升,特别适合在海底环境中使用。其中,步骤(1)中的浸泡液,能有效的提升耐磨涂料在其表面的附着力,进而提升了涂料的防护效果;步骤(2)中的耐磨涂料,干燥后,膜层致密,分子间的作用力强,进而有效的提升了渔网的耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的拖网表面洗净后,放入浸泡液中,并进行超声处理20min,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:磺基琥珀酸二丁酯钠盐17份、二硫代氨基甲酸铵10份、磷酸乙醇胺1份、水290份;
(2)然后再在拖网的表面涂刷耐磨涂料,烘干后制得成品,其中耐磨涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:苯丙乳液38份、磷酸三乙酯1份、磷酸铜钙4份、间苯二胺2份、滑石粉8份、去离子水12份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠4份。
具体地,超声处理时的频率为24kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,耐磨涂料的涂刷量为:每千克渔网涂刷350g耐磨涂料。
实施例2
一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的拖网表面洗净后,放入浸泡液中,并进行超声处理25min,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:磺基琥珀酸二丁酯钠盐20份、二硫代氨基甲酸铵13份、磷酸乙醇胺2份、水310份;
(2)然后再在拖网的表面涂刷耐磨涂料,烘干后制得成品,其中耐磨涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:苯丙乳液40份、磷酸三乙酯2份、磷酸铜钙5份、间苯二胺3份、滑石粉9份、去离子水13份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠7份。
具体地,超声处理时的频率为26kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,耐磨涂料的涂刷量为:每千克渔网涂刷380g耐磨涂料。
实施例3
一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的拖网表面洗净后,放入浸泡液中,并进行超声处理30min,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:磺基琥珀酸二丁酯钠盐22份、二硫代氨基甲酸铵15份、磷酸乙醇胺3份、水320份;
(2)然后再在拖网的表面涂刷耐磨涂料,烘干后制得成品,其中耐磨涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:苯丙乳液44份、磷酸三乙酯3份、磷酸铜钙7份、间苯二胺5份、滑石粉10份、去离子水15份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠9份。
具体地,超声处理时的频率为28kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,耐磨涂料的涂刷量为:每千克渔网涂刷400g耐磨涂料。

(1)将编织成型的拖网表面洗净后,放入浸泡液中,并进行超声处理20-30min,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:磺基琥珀酸二丁酯钠盐17-22份、二硫代氨基甲酸铵10-15份、磷酸乙醇胺1-3份、水290-320份;
(2)然后再在拖网的表面涂刷耐磨涂料,烘干后制得成品,其中耐磨涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:苯丙乳液38-44份、磷酸三乙酯1-3份、磷酸铜钙4-7份、间苯二胺2-5份、滑石粉8-10份、去离子水12-15份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠4-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海水中使用耐磨拖网的制备方法,其特征在于,超声处理时的频率为24-28kHz。
