本发明是一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%预聚物,10~35%丙烯酸单体,1~10%煤矸石粉,0~3%表面活性剂,0~2.5%超微亚硒酸钠,5~20%光引发剂,10~20%纳米陶土,30~60%氧化锌,通过本方法制备的产品,拥有极好的粘胶性,同时不会对环境造成伤害。

近年来随着对环保的提升越来越高,新能源行业的发展也越来越快吗,现有的技术中,新能源设备的额粘结材料,大都会对环境造成一定程度的损伤。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,拥有极好的粘胶性,同时不会对环境造成伤害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%预聚物,10~35%丙烯酸单体,1~10%煤矸石粉, 0~3%表面活性剂,0~2.5%超微亚硒酸钠,5~20%光引发剂,10~20%纳米陶土,30~60%氧化锌。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,拥有极好的粘胶性,同时不会对环境造成伤害。

实施例1
一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%预聚物,10%丙烯酸单体,1%煤矸石粉,1%表面活性剂,1%超微亚硒酸钠,5%光引发剂,10%纳米陶土,30%氧化锌,此时不会对环境造成伤害,但是粘胶的粘胶性较差。
实施例2
一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%预聚物,35%丙烯酸单体,10%煤矸石粉,3%表面活性剂,2.5%超微亚硒酸钠,20%光引发剂,20%纳米陶土,60%氧化锌,此时粘胶具有较好的粘胶性,但是会对环境造成污染。
实施例3
一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%预聚物,23%丙烯酸单体,5%煤矸石粉, 1.5%表面活性剂,1.25%超微亚硒酸钠,13%光引发剂,15%纳米陶土,45%氧化锌,此时拥有极好的粘胶性,同时不会对环境造成伤害。

1.一种新能源设备的粘结材料的配方,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%预聚物,10~35%丙烯酸单体,1~10%煤矸石粉,0~3%表面活性剂,0~2.5%超微亚硒酸钠,5~20%光引发剂,10~20%纳米陶土,30~60%氧化锌。
