本发明涉及一种包装纸箱的制作方法。
背景技术:
目前,模切工艺可以把印刷品或者其他纸制品按照事先设计好的图形进行制作成模切刀版进行裁切,从而使印刷品的形状不再局限于直边直角。一般来说,包装商在对产品进行纸盒包装或者是标签的过程中,都希望在包装上清晰的把自己产品的品牌、特点以及各类优势展现给客户,进而提升自己产品在销售市场中的竞争力,最大程度的提高产品的销售量,提高企业的经济效益。而印刷时通常借助于胶皮将印版上的图文传递到承印物上的印刷方式,该方式耗时长,且不够环保,而且图案层不耐磨,运输途中易被刮花。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保且生产效率高的包装纸箱的制作方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种包装纸箱的制作方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤1,将制作好的纸板按照预定尺寸进行裁剪成展开的箱体结构,外表面复合一层PE膜,利用数码打印机将预定图案打印于PE膜上;
步骤2,PE膜外侧面涂覆UV胶,待其干燥后将裁剪好的纸板利用粘箱机进行粘合形成箱体。
本发明的有益效果是:制作快捷,而且更加环保,同时印制的印刷层不易被刮花。

步骤1,将制作好的纸板按照预定尺寸进行裁剪成展开的箱体结构,外表面复合一层PE膜,利用数码打印机将预定图案打印于PE膜上;
步骤2,PE膜外侧面涂覆UV胶,待其干燥后将裁剪好的纸板利用粘箱机进行粘合形成箱体。
