本发明属于纸箱制造技术领域，尤其是涉及一种防变形纸箱的制造方法。
背景技术
纸箱是一种重要的外包装用品，随着快递行业的日益兴盛，纸箱的需求量越来越大，纸箱的强度小，在运输过程中，可能会承受较大的压力，容易变形，不适宜包装容易挤压变形的物品，一种强度大、防变形的纸箱的制造方法还未被发现，有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作简单、生产效率高的一种防变形纸箱的制造方法，尤其适合怕压物品的包装。
本发明的技术方案是：
本发明的一种防变形纸箱的制造方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)提供瓦楞纸板；
(2)在瓦楞纸板的内侧涂布蜡层；
(3)在瓦楞纸板的波浪空隙中填充刚性固定条；
(4)按照预定规格裁剪、压痕；
(5)粘合固定成型。
进一步，所述刚性固定条为塑料条或刚性金属条。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：
1、由于采用上述技术方案，高强度纸箱的生产更加方便；具有操作简单、生产效率高等优点。
2、蜡层和填充刚性固定条，双重固定装置，使得纸箱的强度大，避免在搬运运输过程中挤压变形。

本实例的工作过程：本发明的一种防变形纸箱的制造方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)提供瓦楞纸板；
(2)在瓦楞纸板的内侧涂布蜡层；
(3)在瓦楞纸板的波浪空隙中填充刚性固定条；
(4)按照预定规格裁剪、压痕；
(5)粘合固定成型。

(4)按照预定规格裁剪、压痕；
(5)粘合固定成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防变形纸箱的制造方法，其特征在于：所述刚性固定条为塑料条或刚性金属条。
